It is good to have a free parking place. But the location is far from romantic.

There were no sockets near the bed. This is today a must-have. The room is quite small. For € 110,- you might expect more comfort.

The hotel is dated. Very basic… you pay for what you get. A bed,kettle and a bathroom. Used a lot by lorry drivers and foreigners.

Nice quiet hotel .One of the oldest in area a little tired but welcoming .Friendly helpful staff .Small menu with good food .Ample parking spaces free of charge .No complaints from us ..

Basic comfortable hotel easy to find when travelling through

Great staff helpful and friendly. The hotel is easy to find when you’re travelling through and good parking. Had a comfortable night’s sleep and we were able to make a hot drink in our room. Clean room and bathroom.Nice bar with a small terrace. Good breakfast.

The look of the hotel from the outside is somewhat rundown and could do with a freshen up. Let’s it down as the reception restaurant and bar area was very pleasant. Disappointed that the restaurant wasn’t open when we stayed over. Maybe a quick note to guests advising of this would of been helpful

Some staff are very friendly and helpful, other staff showing not much interest on customer’s need.

Reasonable price, bus station across the road to get you to near by train station.

The room is very basic, literally basic. Very hot in August and the window doesn’t help to cool the room. You will hear other people shutting the door very loudly.

To expensive, and requested a lot of money. No free coffee nor breakfast, no free food. I paid a lot if taxes. The hotel was not very clean, especially the toilet, my girlfriend could not use it to urinate, saying she should catch diseases. It was not satisfactory at all

ok, got what i expected except "extra coffee sachets" - next time I'd offer to exchange some teabags

stayed here before and with campanile you know what you're going to get

the inability to let me have more coffee sachets after my allocation of two had been used up. I had a zoom meeting 10.30 pm to 1.30 am and needed coffee but was told I'd have to pay for a cup of coffee- but it wouldn't have been available at the time I needed it, and cold by the time i got back to my room. This was unwelcoming (especially as I'd been driving all day and needed something to keep me awake - for the sake of 25 cents or so) and likely to mean on my next trip I'll look for somewhere else. On the positive side apart from this instance the staff were friendly and welcoming. You need to paint the external side of doors to the rooms and put strips or brushes on the base to fill the gap; or replace the doors. First impressions are that it looks like you've had a dog scratching to try to get in - not a good look. the room at 1st floor that i stayed in previously was better.

Very friendly staff, good location albeit limited food options around on a Sunday.

I could be cleaner and better maintained; if no a/c make sure there is mosquito netting in front of windows and mosquito repellent inside.

Breakfast is very good and plentiful Staff are friendly and helpful Locations is perfect for the motorway Great value Parking is include in the price and close to the rooms

it depends which side of the hotel you get as to how quiet it is - The car park side is quiet but the side facing the factory is fairly noisy. The rooms are basic and look like they need some updating but at the price it is hard to criticise.

Old rooms | no fan or AC (was super hot in there) | ageing room with mold traces in the shower and the shower was leaking. wifi was also off. Even at this price, this is really not worth it (but staff is very gentle).

The furniture in the rooms is quite dated. Old impractical plugs, the electrical heater looked dangerous but it was clean and everything worked. I stayed just one night so it was good for me.

The hotel was fine for a quick stopover on the motorway journey. Having the restaurant on site was convenient and the staff were all friendly.

Disappointed in hotel. Gent old town centre was nice to experience.

Breakfast was good, but not as good as Campanile Gouda.

We were not informed that you had to book for supper and did not feel welcome. The same meal on the menu was not half as good as that at your Gouda hotel.
