Great location, good food and secure parking. Would definitely recommend if you’re on a road trip through Europe.

Good location from the main road with secure parking.

The spa was nice but had some work going on which meant the showers were out of action. It also wasn’t very peaceful due to chit chat from two women, which was non stop but this wasn’t the hotels fault at all. Just two women that couldn’t stop talking.

Underground parking. The quality of the shower. BBC1 on the television.

Poor choice of tea bags, Earl Grey is not a popular taste. Beds too soft. Asking €55 for a couple to have breakfast is ludicrous and annoying when the receptionist talked down to me when I refused. It is the most I've ever been asked to pay, fine if you're not paying the bill....Not the most salubrious location for the hotel.

Stay where very reluctant too speak too us and made things awkward through out the stay Quite unfair that this happened especially when you pay over £€350 for this it's ridiculous feel robbed for a bottom tier service from a supposedly high end hotel .

Fabulous hotel with the most comfortable bed!

The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful too. There was so much choice and the quality was first class. The décor, the rooms, the facilities, the service, was all first class too.

Great hotel in the outskirts of Gent

The room was large and pleasant, the beds were extraordinarily comfortable, the breakfast was very complete, the bathroom, large enough and split (toilet / shower). It was very pleasant to be able to open the window. There is a small gym at the top floor with a great view of Gent in the distance. Very pleasant lobby, good wifi.

The hotel is very far from the centre of Gent, so not practical for tourism. Other than at the top floors, there is really no view worthy of the name.

Luxary hotel in the industrial zone

Great hotel. Excellent restaurant. Good skybar. Good rooms. Can recommend the breakfast, worth it, even if it is a little expensive.

The blankets were too warm unless you set the thermostat really low. The room was cleaned eventhough we took the option to have a tree planted instead. The location was outside the city with a view of the industrial area.
