Nice B&B in West Flanders

Good location for exploring West Flanders. Easy to find. Lots of parking. Easy to walk the dog. Very friendly hosts. Excellent breakfast. Kitchen at our disposal and well stocked fridge and snack counter for purchase. We had a private entrance. Nice common patio area, but the weather wasn’t too good during our stay.

Very nice stay and beautiful, spacious rooms. You can tell the hosts love to accommodate the guests from all the details around the house. Very thoughtful.

Wow wow wow, book now, you won't regret it

The location, the hosts, and the property are incredible. Rooms are luxuriously high tech, with such great though put into it. My room was on the ground floor, with a huge bed, tv, table with chairs, separate toilet to shower, the shower is a rain shower style with side jets and there is a sauna. The kitchen is shared with other guests, but it has everything you would need. Hanne and Christtofe are incredible. They called me once I'd book to query time of arriving due to them being away from the home. Hanne welcomed me and came to check in in the morning. Boomer, the golden lab is a massive treat, I am sure he is guest relations and checked in on me in the evening. Absolutely adorable. There is nothing more to say than perfect, and I would definitely go back even if I wasn't planning on going to Brugge but was close to the border.

A lovely place off the beaten track

A lovely place to stay with a good sized room and direct access to outdoors, with an outdoor seating area. The kitchen facilities are shared and there are a number of provisions available for purchase. A good big comfortable bed, great shower and for those who would use it a sauna in the room.

The toilet is quite low - which is hard if you have problems with your knees.

Fabulous B&B in a quiet location.

Lovely, quiet location & very nice surroundings. Friendly, helpful & accommodating hosts. A very last minute booking & we were made very welcome. Fantastic room. Very big & comfortable. Loved the little kitchen area downstairs to make drinks. Hopefully get the chance to stay there again! Thank you 😊

How a pleasant treat instantly becomes a huge hangover.

We search for a pet-friendly resort, reserve through Booking and pay in advance. Our part done. First impression was great place, nice and quiet and seemingly welcoming people. Our dog and their played together in the garden, we even shared with pleasure some of our treats with their dog.

How a seemingly great experience can turn into a nightmare quickly. The hangover was the morning after when we were asked at checkout to pay additional 20 euro for our dog. Cash, without an official receipt or invoice. Leaving a very bad taste in our mouths. The place is marvellous; the people still have long way to go to become great hosts.

Best place in the middle of Gent, Brügge, Kortrijk, nearby train to Brussel ( €7,50 if you are 65) and lots of historical places ( WW 1). The best: fantastic wine selection and dinner. Real fine cooking by the Lady of the house. Big room and a cosy place by the little lake.

Superb

Nice great size bedroom nicely decorated with king size bed, the bathroom is in the open space with a half separation wall, the large shower with hydro jets was great and a sauna in the room! For who likes it there is a large flat screen TV with Netflix and other platforms. I did order breakfast and dinner, all home made very fresh and nice. A kitchen with microwave, coffee machine, fridge etc...is available next to the room for who wants to prepare meals by him self. The hosts are very friendly and always happy to help if needed.

Mooie B&B rond Roeselare

Zeer vriendelijke uitbaters. Kamer mooi en ruim. Tuin ook heel ruim. Ontbijt tot in puntjes verzorgd!

Onze kamer had een wc op de gang, wat ik minder leuk vond. Prijs is toch aan de hoge kant voor zowel verblijf als ontbijt. Ook telkens extra’s te betalen bijvoorbeeld voor vroegere checkin.

Posto ideale per visitare le città belghe rimanendo fuori dal caos cittadino.

La struttura è particolare, i proprietari sono gentilissimi. La "nostra" camera (al primo piano) è molto grande. Il posto auto interno è libero, spazioso e comodo per caricare e scaricare. Al piano terra c'è una cucina a disposizione degli ospiti per poter cucinare. Caffè e acqua sono sempre disponibili e c'è un frigorifero pieno di bevande di qualsiasi tipo con un listino prezzi ben visibile e chiaro. Ci sono anche patatine e snack sul bancone della cucina con lo stesso principio. Se prendi qualcosa, lo segni su un blocco con accanto il numero della stanza. Alla fine del soggiorno si fanno i conti. Molto carina come soluzione considerato il fatto che la struttura non è vicina ad un centro abitato per cui, se viene una voglia serale/notturna, si può risolvere così. In cortile c'è una grande vasca con delle carpe molto belle. L'aria condizionata in camera è stata molto gradita sia per il caldo che come repellente anti zanzare.

La stanza al primo piano ha la doccia in camera completamente aperta, senza porta o tenda divisoria, l'acqua non rimane nel piatto doccia per quanta attenzione si possa fare. Il bagno è privato ma rimane fuori dalla stanza nel corridoio. È veramente privato, perché nessun altro accede al primo piano, in quanto le altre stanze sono al piano terra però, soprattutto di notte, è scomodo dover uscire dalla stanza per andare in bagno. Purtroppo non avendo aperto la finestra che, oltretutto, ha la zanzariera, durante la notte abbiamo avuto a che fare con molte zanzare. Davvero inspiegabile come situazione dato che è tutto molto bianco e prima di andare a letto era facile controllare se ci fossero insetti indesiderati. Poi invece, durante la nottata spuntavano come funghi ed erano ben visibili sul soffitto accendendo la luce. Ovviamente è un problema stagionale non certo dei proprietari o della struttura.

Goede tussenstop, voor doorreis naar Frankrijk

mooie locatie, mooie binnentuin, wat je niet meteen verwacht als je het weggetje op rijd omdat je dan eerst langs een bedrijventerrein komt. Goede plek voor wanneer je op doorreis bent. Hele vriendelijke mensen.
