Nick and Caroline were the perfect hosts, great location and scrumptious breakfast.
All good but if anything maybe the shower room could be
a little larger.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were very clean and home-y
The Tv was very small, wifi connection wasn’t the best and you are beside a road so expect a lot of noise during the night and early morning

Nick and Caroline are wonderful hosts, the location was fantastic and the breakfast was wonderful! We could not recommend it enough! The rooms are pristine and the amenities are perfect!

We both thought the breakfast was excellent,
Car parking was unavailable and the room was a little bit small but do understand that in an English seaside resort they are all very similar standard.
