Very disappointing for the price.

We were asked before our stay if we had any dietary requirements, these were not met. The breakfast was very greasy and poor. The croissants and bananas were not replenished. The bathroom was very small and the positioning of the mirror meant we hit our heads. The bed was also very small.

The only thing was parking , it was awkward if you wanted to go and you was the car behind been blocked in , it wasn’t an issue if they were in but if hey were out you would have problems as I don’t think any of us left our keys with the owners to help move the cars if needed

Excellent stay at the Pebbles, close to the beach and Karen and Paul were excellent hosts.

The location was very close to the main beach. Karen and Paul were very accommodating and friendly and the room had all the facilities we needed (tea, coffee, remote controlled ceiling fan and fridge). The breakfasts were spot on!

Short stay in Weymouth

Paul took good care of us, the stay was really good. Very close to the beach and convenient. The breakfast was really good, full English as you prefer. You do have 1 parking space at the rear so you don't have to search elsewhere.Overall I would recommend staying here.

The sink is located within the bedroom, not with the toilet and shower, it's still fine but would have preferred for it to be together. The other minor point is the car park to the rear is tandem parking so if you're blocked in you'll need to inform them in the morning before the car owners are already out.

Excellent will stay again

Great location for us , quiet but nice little walk to get to esplanade in minutes . Room comfortable , spotlessly clean , great facilities . Mini fridge with fresh milk and water provided , tea and coffee. Can’t fault the hosts and facilities .

Superb short stay in a clean and comfortable guest house with very friendly hosts

The guest house is very very clean and maintained. The owners Karen and Paul are very kind and helpful and always in for a good chat. The breakfast is made to order and you can get a full English breakfast, porridge, cereals, fresh fruit, you name it, they have it. They have 5 parking spaces of their own, so you don't need a permit or a ticket if you come by car. All in all this was a very nice place to stay with lovely people and friendly dogs. We will definitely come back!

Great but not in the dark

Quiet clean and walking distance to the prom. Excellent service for breakfast.

Very confused with the lights in the room and how they work! There are no light switches they are on a remote control which is impossible to find in the dark and no instructions anywhere. Would be great to be notified before arrival of this and have instructions or just a light switch.

The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was very clean, and the location was convenient. The Host was amazing!

Parking was a bit of a pain as you had to block in other guests and arrange with them to move cars around when needed. There was a blue light on the mirror in the bedroom that would light up the room, and I struggled to sleep.

Disappointing

The breakfast was good, the room wasn't as advertised on suite wasn't great as the sink for the on suite wasn't in the bathroom it was in the main room by the window .

As advertised on booking.com that payment would be taken on arrival .but wasn't it was taken out 2 weeks before ,as I had a medical emergency I had to leave and go home for medical care and only stayed for 3 nights and was charged for 7 nights

Mmm!!

Bedroom was a fair size and nice and clean.

When we arrived to book in the owners started shouting/arguing with each other from the bottom of the stairs and what was our room on the first floor discussing our booking, we felt very uncomfortable, also their dogs were running around!! Our en-suite was disappointingly very small and you had to leave the door open to be able to use the sink properly. Breakfast: entry to the breakfast room is done in two sittings due to their COVID policies, we were the second sitting and we were delayed due to these policies and unfortunately our breakfast was served cold on both days which I did not eat, no feed back was asked for by the owners and I felt that they really did not want it!! Parking at the rear of the property is a problem if the property is full as you have to park two cars deep, therefore if you go out leaving your car at the property and another guest wishes to leave with their car they cannot do so! We felt that our stay was overpriced for what we got.

Great weekend break

Nothing to dislike

The hosts were very inviting and friendly. Very good breakfast. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were very clean. Would thoroughly recommend. You can easily walk to the beach and town in about 20mins.

Being on the ground floor. Friendly staff. Cooked breakfast was excellent.

The room wasnt really big enough for a couple and wardrobe space was inadequate . More variety at breakfast e.g fresh fruit.
