everything was super nice and clean. we loved the balcony!

we think some things were missing, such as a cleaning towel in the kitchen. but those are little details, everything else was perfect!

A sparkling clean and spacious apartment with poor and slow internet and road noise.

The flat was very clean (a big thank you to the personnel). The apartment was very spacious with a huge balcony, a big fridge, and a Nespresso machine available. Although I did not cook, basic necessities were provided. However, I did find it lacking an open bottle opener, and had to ask a bar to open the wine bottle.

The flat was not easy to find and access, requiring 2 keys and 2 passcodes. Additionally, it was quite noisy due to its proximity to a busy street and direct exposure to noise. The WiFi was very poor, with no reception in the room or bathroom. It was only available in close proximity to the entry door, which was frustrating and slow.

location was nice, a bus to the city centre just in front of the building

the flat doors were damaged, the terrace was dirty, poor kitchen appliances - the apartment was reserved for 4 people but anyway we had 2 glasses to share, very uncomfortable bed just next to the kitchen sink

Really nice place

I love absolutly everything. Apartment was clean, nice and comfortable. Airco helped a lot during hot summer in Bologna. To the center of Bologna is like 25 min by walk so it was just a nice walk. I recomend this place and for sure will come back.

Wasting time and money

Apartment was clean

No clear information about the location. Hotel for check-in is very central but apartment is far away in town. Is not given proper location address till checking is done. I have spent more than 2 hours between busses before reaching the apartment. Once in the apartment there was no tea or coffee and kettle. Is not worth to reserve apartment with Astoria Hotel

Decent value for the money

The location and the area are nice and you can easily walk to the city center, the place was also clean and had various amenities ( hairdryer, dishwasher etc.). The receptionist gave us all the info from the beginning and informed us that even though we took the key from the reception ( which is 2 km away from the actual apartment), when we leave we can simply leave it on the table. This stay was overall a good value for the money we spent.

I didn't like that there was a lot of noise,the apartment faces a main street and you can hear people and especially cars constantly. At first I thought we didn't close a window properly but then i realized the windows were closed but the sensation was that we are still on the street, the walls are probably really thin. We are 2 couples so we used both rooms, the main room was ok, but the second one had an extendable sofa instead of a bed and this is not comfortable at all and makes a lot of noise every time you move just a bit.

the kitchen top was chipped, the bathroom was rather dirty, the shower door and wall full of lime stone, soap was empty, glasses and cups for only 2-3 people available

A clean and pleasant apartment located in the central part of the city. Reasonably close to the historic center.

Parking problems are specific to many Italian cities. You will meet them here as well. But. the helpful staff at the hotel reception will also help you in this matter.

Illumination system produced too much heat, even the air conditioning couldn't keep up to cool the apartment. Had to almost not use lights during the second night
