Very friendly and welcoming hotel staff… as well a clean and contemporary hotel with great atmosphere!

The property was really clean. All the staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful with a smile. We really felt welcomed by the worm hospitality. We appreciated the cleanness of the rooms, and all hotel facilities. And we have enjoyed our short stay as a family.

Great location, walking distance to main part of town. Great views, staff fantastic.

Breakfast was exceptional. Staff very helpful, accommodating. Adjusted opening time when we had an early departure. Very pleasant, The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, great view. Staff were helpful, accommodating, gave great referrals for eating. Staff made excellent arrangements for transportation. Did not use the pool. Bartender excellent, very knowledgeable, great to interact with.

Perfect location with the most wonderful staff working there.

Breakfast was very good every morning, fresh fruit, local produce and eggs anyway you like. The staff were unbelievable friendly and kind, always made an effort with our 9 month old baby and were so accommodating and helpful.

The Gym has 1 weight machine (multi purpose) and a runner and a bike, could have a little more weight's or equipment.

Faultless, incredible, phenomal, the best gluten free food in Italy!

Exceptional staff, sublime gluten free food, great location, free parking. Breakfast host was the best we have ever had at any hotel ever, she was phenomenally attentive and friendly. We even had the most incredible lake and mountain views from our room. Just wow!

We always find something to write here for every hotel we stay in but this is they first time ever it was simply faultless. Thank you!!!

Perfect place

The bedroom was amazing. The bathroom was really good as well. The blue lunge was mind-blowing. Nobody was using it the whole day, so, my girlfriend and I would go to the hot pool to rest after a long morning walking around the beautiful city.

Great hotel, Ferica from the dining room she was charming and warm and gave us a feeling of family, made our daughter a cake with a candle for her birthday and sang her happy birthday in Italian.

Lovely honeymoon stay in a junior suite

Great breakfast, excellent location close to Pini Beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice, clean, and quiet rooms in a modern hotel with great views from the balcony. A cozy pool area, and so lovely to have another pool on the 2nd floor! Room service works exceptionally well. A nice plus was to be able to rent bikes and e-scooters from the hotel.

Wifi worked well but the speed was moderate.

The staff was amazing! The breakfast team was just fantastic and the front desk helped us with everything from laundry to dining reservations. The hotel offers state of the art technology in the rooms, which are very well designed, new, clean and very comfortable. We loved this hotel and recommend it without reserve.
