Superb location, great swimming pool and facilities for cyclist.

Perfect location, close to lake and shops. Swimming pool is superb. If you are traveling with a bike, this hotel has a great bike room. Drinkable water - soda stream like - available 24/7.

Amazing hotel with lovely staff. Perfect location for the beautiful lake!

We loved Hotel Venezia. From the minute we arrived, the staff were so attentive towards us. We even received an upgrade on one of the rooms! Breakfast was a great selection for adults and kids. The location is perfect ... 30 seconds to the beautiful lake and 30 seconds the other way to Flora ice cream shop (amazing!!) The hotel swimming pool was also a highlight.

There was nothing we didn't like about the hotel.

Great location for swimming, shopping, walks and the scenic views!

The hotel was very close to the beach, there is a spacious rooftop terrace where we had breakfast and had our “picnic” dinners. The views from there are gorgeous: a bit of the lake, mountains, other buildings and trees. A bus stop to and from the train station is a couple of minutes walk away. Shops and a supermarket are within an easy walkable distance. From the hotel it’s about 20 minutes walking to the Riva port. There is a water dispenser on the ground floor, which was very useful to have, and a bike storage room. The hotel staff were helpful with the bus timetables and suggested local trips.

The air conditioner was a bit tricky to figure out how to use it, but the hotel staff reset it as soon as I asked for it. The food in the food bowls at breakfast was replenished frugally.

Great location and amazing swimming pool

Perfect location in Riva Del Garda - just next to spacious green areas by the lake and multiple walking paths and bike lanes - connecting to old town and nearby city of Torbole. Great swimming pool with relaxing area surrounded by palm trees - very relaxing and green - pool being relatively spacious for the size of the hotel - kids loved it. It allows to comfortably refresh when not in mood to delve into the lake or when lake is too cold / too windy. Overall the hotel has a very relaxed vibe with no-pressure attitude - you're not observed constantly nor offered things - but when you need something you ring a bell, someone appears and you can get it organized. It's possible to use to rooftop terrace freely (it's used for breakfasts as well). Room was spacious, with electric shutters which allowed to control light level inside.

Apartment is spacious but it's one large room with all beds in one area. Not separated in any way. Balcony would be a great plus to the apartment. Fridge and small table would help as well in managing daily life (cold drinks, etc) - still it's a hotel room eventually. Breakfasts are sufficient yet simplistic.

The staff were friendly, excellent location close to the lake and some good restaurants. The washing machine in the unit was a plus and a lovely balcony to sit outside.

The wifi, tv and aircon in the livingroom didn't work for the 4 nights we stayed there.

Fantastic staff, location and cleanliness

The hotel was extremely clean and a fantastic location to walk to the centre of Riva del Garda and Torbole. The shower was extremely powerful and hot! There was a safe in the room and plenty of storage. A great secure bike room for those on bikes. Swimming pool was spotless and great fun! The breakfast was continental and for what we paid for the room was great opportunity to grab a coffee, fruit juice, pastry in the morning before setting off to explore the area. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, from main reception, to the cleaners, and breakfast staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

It didn’t effect our stay but a mini fridge would be a welcomed addition just to keep water etc cool in hot months.

Great little hotel in the heart of Riva. Walking distance to old town of Riva adel Garda. Pool was spotless and with some off street parking a bonus.. lovely hosts be happy to come back or recommend.

We booked a penthouse apartment but the apartment was opposite the hotel and under construction so was not inviting. The bathroom and Kitchen are in need of an upgrade.

A 50s family owned hotel but with superb location

The location is superb and the bathroom water pressure is super good. New swimming pool across the street is a good add (but sadly without control temperature)

The breakfast is poor, so little variations. The building is old which understandable I can hear noise from room above and people who walk from stairs. Minimum amenities for the price they offered. The bathroom somewhat little to bath with a kid. They put boiler in the room but without any glasses to be use.

Perfect little hotel close to the beach.

Really nice hotel. Super friendly helpful staff. For example the breakfast server takes time to explain what is available and how everything works. Breakfast buffet had everything to fresh fruit, juice, eggs, waffles, meat cheese, etc. Breakfast is served on a nice big covered patio. Central location 70 metres to beach. Nice uncrowded pool .... enjoyed relaxing in lawnchairs. Safe secure storage for bikes. Perfect stay.

Relaxing stay

Great location in a quiet street next to the lake promenade, a few min walk from the city center. Nice hotel, room 12 is fantastic! Pool area also nice. Friendly staff. Recommended!
