Modern rooms, short walk from beach and town. Friendly helpful staff, especially Giorgia.
Wasn’t aware hot tub was restricted to certain rooms when booking, otherwise all really good

The apartment was spacious and very clean. The two bathrooms were really nice for us as we are a family of five and three teenagers. :) The location was good, as there was a big supermarket and some shops very near and the beach was also close. The walk to the city centre wasn't too bad either and we mostly dined in the old town. The bikes that you could borrow were a nice bonus, as we were able to see the sights and nearby towns more easily without our car.
The pool area was fairly small, but it was nice to have access to a pool nevertheless.

the appartement was very clean and spacious. the building including the pool area was clean as well. the receptionist was exceptionally friendly and helpful. great location, free parking

The location is really cool, just 10 minutes to the lake, a grocery store ca 5 min waking distance. The street is busy, but we had an apartment away from the street, so no street noise. The staff was very nice, and we liked the bike rental available on site for free (old bikes, but still usable)😊. We really liked the quick beach access, and walking along the beach to the city centre in ca 20 min
The apartment house is really old, the beds, bathroom and kitchen very old, crammed, a renovation is more than overdue. It seems that the owners didn't invest into the building in the last 30 years😅🙈. the building has paper walls, You hear EVERY WORD said in the neighboring apartment (or the one above), also really in the morning or in the middle of the night. So no chance for a good sleep. The beds are old and hard (and you need to bring your own bed linens🤷♀️). The kitchen is like from an old camping (50 years old) with absolutely no comfort. It would be nice if the owners invested at least 5 eur/ stay for a hand soap in the bathroom, dishwashing liquid in the kitchen, a few kitchen towels/ bathroom rugs, etc - the smallest comfort for the guests🤷♀️. Otherwise you need to go to the grocery store on the first day to buy all of these basics and then throw them out at the end of your stay - a waste of money and unenvironmental🤷♀️
