Breakfast was made to a very high standard. Everything was tasty. Rooms were clean and view from the balcony breathtaking.
For such a big hotel spa facilities could have been bigger

Location and gardens were stunning.
Pools were brilliant and so much choice at breakfast.
Staff were really nice and we were left a bottle for getting married which was a nice touch.
Was a shame the children’s club was from 3 (we did know this though and still chose to book!) the next hotel we stayed at in the Dolomites was from 1 and up. Was a lovely hotel and place but as it was just the 3 of us our 2 year old got bored sometimes just being with us. She did love the park at the hotel though :)

All the facilities were amazing. Rooms were exceptional
Found the service to be quite bland. Nothing wrong but no feeling of staff genuinely wanting to serve guests

The property itself is beautiful and the location is superb! Our room was lovely and we appreciated the ground floor for our son to run around in. On our first night we tried the main restaurant which was both disappointing in food and service. The breakfast in this same location was lacking freshness but the made to order eggs and pancakes saved it.
On our next night we had dinner at the restaurant near the bar and had a far superior experience. The staff were excellent and the food was much better. We enjoyed the indoor pool as the weather was getting colder but the lack of acoustics made for a less than relaxing experience. I enjoyed a spa treatment there and the beauty therapist was lovely. Over all a good stay.

- Wonderful resort with huge beautiful gardens and facilities.
- They were kind especially Ardiana from the reception and gave us a gift for our honeymoon.
- The breakfast was exceptional.
- Staff was helpful everyone is smiling and willing to serve you.
- Proximity to beautiful area of lake Garda. City center is 15 min walking down the beach of lake Garda (the best walk ever with lake Garda’s scenic views).
- We booked the design room but I’d recommend taking the room with balcony overviewing lake Garda.
- In short, the best hotel you can book in lake Garda I’ll book it again if I ever come back.
- Room design is too basic. Doesn’t match the luxury of the resort’s facilities.
- Our room had a minor unpleasant odor. Small bugs seen beside the window.

We travel a lot but very rarely return to the same place. But this is exactly the place we'll definitely return!
Exquisite breakfast, wonderful park with private pool and access to beaches on lake Garda.
We spent couple full days just relaxing near the pool with mountain view. It was almost impossible to force yourself to leave and do something else.
Absolutely must: ferry from Riva del Garda to Limone and then walk on Ciclopista di Garda!
Expensive!

This is my second stay within few years in this extremely large property with a lot of activities all around. We stayed in the 2-BR Suite with four beds. The room was perfect with great view of the garden and the mountains.
Staying in such room and paying ~Euro900/night, we were provided with only 2 coffee capsules. When I asked for two more, the receptionist said I'd have to pay e1 each which is very ridiculous. Fortunately, she changed her mind after some straight forward discussion. We also asked for an ice bucket and the F&B will charge us e5.- in delivering it to our room. I ended up obtaining it myself from the bar in another building.

The location, breakfast and staff- especially Leonardo in the main restaurant 😊
One of the restaurants, may have had an off night but staff and food not great!

The park where the hotel is located and the terrain are magnificent.
You could feel as if you are stepping into a Mediterranean heaven.
We couldn’t help but notice that the overall experience feels overpriced. While the food is decent, it doesn’t quite meet the standards expected from a five-star hotel.
The spa area is rather small, and on a rainy day, it became overcrowded and chaotic.
Staff appeared tired and not particularly engaged, which impacted the atmosphere.
Cleanliness throughout the hotel could also be improved.

Nice location
Trouble with air conditioning needed another room for the night. The room given was of a kesser value and we were not compensated the difference

Location, service, facilities , bungalow size and easy access to garden and pool
I couldn’t cast on tv or connect it to WiFi and I couldn’t change the language settings to English so we can easily choose channels and I wish there were some international tv channels with different languages
Also I think adding a washing machine in bungalows for families will be good as this is important for a place with swimming pools and a lot of activities.

Stunning hotel, stunning location, every visit has been special and worthwhile. Just wonderful.
That we had to leave to continue our journey. We would have happily stayed longer had we had the time.

Everything… location is superb. From the first conversation with the attentive receptionist, right up until the goodbye from the same lady, the whole experience of this hotel was perfection

Very nice hotel with really lovely gardens and grounds. Very good restaurants with multiple areas to relax in.
It's quite big and with lots of families. Brilliant if you are a family with children going but less so as just a couple. Didn't go in the indoor pool as it was full of kids.

A big thank you to the hotel staff for making our stay truly enjoyable. It was our second stay at Du Lac and the quality of service has remained implacable: clean and well maintained rooms, gorgeous garden, relaxing spa and most importantly delicious food & drinks at the restaurant and the bistro. Paired with great location allowing to go for runs, hikes and bike rides, it’s a perfect destination for a relaxing holiday. Thank you for your hospitality & see you next year.

Beautifully located resort with view on the lake and mountains. Truly idyllic with palms and tasteful decor. Kids and dogs are welcome here. If you are planning your stay, check if Miniclub season already started.
We had one of the bungalows and really loved it here. Every day we were visited by the ducks and the kids made friends with them. Downsides: Not much space for a family of 4 and couch/bed not really comfy.
Breakfast is good. Friendly service. We always had lunch and dinner outside. There are many options. There is a Coop and pharmacy just across the hotel.
We can recommend bike rental at Gimme Bike.

Great park and area
Very good breakfast
Hotel location
Hotel stuff is young and unhelpful.
After we check in, no one explained or showed hotel premises or working hours of the pools, breakfast and so on...
Also we got single beds instead of double.
There is no free water bottle in the room to make tea or coffee, you should buy it for additional price. This is not what we expected from a hotel where room cost ~500 euro a night

Grounds were beautiful; breakfast was great and staff were very helpful, even if their English was a little spotty.
No Air Conditioning even though advertised. Staff kept saying it was "not possible". We had to sleep with the balcony door open and the room not very dark. Never did get a really good night of sleep. Also, room was so minimalist that it always looked cold and uninviting.

Magnificient gem. Not our first time and definitely not the last.
Naked Gernans in SPA. That's acceptable in Germany - but in Italy, for courtesy reasons - I would expect them to respect others and put on clothes
