Average hotel

we traveled around lake Garda and stay in different hotels, this one was the most expensive and the least our favorite, nothing special, standard rooms, advertise kettle in the rooms, wasn't any kettles, need to ask at the reception, which I have been told no kettle in the rooms, but young guy from the bar offered mug of hot water from the bar (thank you) the lady at reception was very helpful with everything. Nice breakfast, 10 min walk to the lake, parking on site.

You have to experience it

We visit this hotel repeatedly. The facilities, hotel services, generous breakfast, relaxation by the pool with a garden, and cleanliness are the reasons why we keep coming back. Once again, we were completely satisfied with the staff—their helpfulness, warmth, and kindness. On behalf of everyone, I would like to mention ANTONIO - the heart of the entire hotel—who is always ready to advise and assist hotel guests. We are already looking forward to returning to "our favorite hotel" next year.

Great stay

A lovely hotel just a 2 minute walk from beautiful Lake Garda, albeit a little dated but everything was perfectly clean and tidy. Breakfast was great, everything you could need. 20 min walk from the centre of Riva, but still plenty of restaurants and bars close by. Just 1 minute away from the local bus stop which was very handy.

Maximum satisfaction in all aspects

Professionalism, willingness, flexibility in solving any problem. The heart of the hotel, among other employees, are Antonio and Sueli, for whom their profession is a mission and not an ordinary job. We wish the owner of the hotel the best of luck in renovating the bathrooms. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We would love to come back again.

Alright for two nights - not for a cosy holiday

Spacious parking (for free), comfortable beds, room was spacious, pool area looked nice but we didn’t use it, easy and quick check-in and check-out

-Loud (you could her the people talking and watching tv next door, dog next door which was barking late at night, fridge was loud too as well as the air-con) - shower was broken and dripping all the time (also loud and bathroom floor was wet) - long walk to the old-town of Riva (20 min) - in general old hotel not cosy or inviting - quality of some breakfast items was not good - no „real“ scrambled eggs, bacon was not good

Staff was very kind, location was good.

Worst breakfast i ever had! I was here for 8 days and i couldn’t eat anything because there wasn’t anything. Every tray was empty, all the time. Doesn’t matter when you arrive. I was here last year and it was much better. This went from 10/10 to 2/10 They also changed pool depth. Now you can walk across the whole pool. No depth anymore. Also, way to many people at the pool, if you don’t come early, you won’t have sunbed.

Everything was perfect. The room was clean and spacious, with a nice view to the swimming pool. The breakfast was nice and various. The swimming pool was nice and it was good to know that it is being cleaned every morning. The lake is very near, but you have to walk a little further for the city center.

Although they advertised air conditioning this was not available until after June 1st. This should have been noted on their website. Rooms were extremely hot and very difficult to sleep at night. They said it was a local council rule but there was air conditioning in the breakfast room.

It has a good facility for parking, nice pool, excellent breakfast (buffet). Staff very helpful. Not far from centre and beaches. Nearby by there is also a shopping Centre, with good restaurants' etc.

Clean room, nice breakfast.

The hotel was easy to find, the room was modern and clean and the breakfast had a good variety of food and was enjoyable.

It was a shame there were no drinks making facilities in the rooms, e.g. kettle, tea and coffee. Also, we understood from the local tourist office that the hotel should have supplied us with the Trentino Guest Travel Card so we had free transport, but despite several requests, they did not supply us with one. Not very helpful.

Everything was clean in the room, even the inside of the fridge 😊😊😊 Pool seemed quite nice and clean and was included in the service. Easy check in and check out. They stored my suitcase for a couple of hours after the check out. Breakfast was a great idea, fresh and delicious food at the buffet, good coffee and wide variety of food (salty and sweet choice). Position of the place was good, close to a supermarket as well, walking distance 15min to downtown city center. A 5min walk to a bus stop where there is a bus to take you to Rovereto and Trento.
