Pleasant accommodation- great location

Nice location, near the management office for easy check-in. In the heart of the town and Close to good restaurants, cafes, bakeries… free parking near by and a quick walk to the ferry. One of the nicest towns on the lake.

If you want to experience real Italy...

Perfect location in the city center was top! Also the number od towels that were provided. The kitchen was quite well equipped.

The non existant parking place was not mentioned in the description! We had to pay extra for parking,which was more than 500m away and 2€/hour. We had to carry the bags and food and stuff every time we passed by the car. I was a bit unpleased about the cleanlinesss of the floor. The switches were a great puzzle to us. ...and the drain was rather blocked when taking a shower. We were given 2double duvets for 4 people, very uncommon for us, especially the kids...

Excellent location and very practical apartment.

Excellent location in Riva del Garda, it is the second time we have stayed in the same apartment. Functional, practical, with washing machine and everything you need in the kitchen. You can do anything by walking in Riva del Garda and get quickly to the bike / hiking tracks or to sail on the lake.

One room is a bit small; and would prefer proper quilts. I do not like that you cannot hang the hangers easily outside of the cabinets.

Decent value for money

First of all, the location is excellent, close to the lake and in the middle of the pedestrian street. There is an arranged parking very close by. The apartment is fully equipped, including a washing machine. And the x factor is sergio. who was available for any problem. we had trouble getting because the hotel in the ztl area he came to us by car and even paid us the parking report we received. A kind and helpful person.

Location is excellent and apartment was simple and clean. In April heating worked very well and it was warm. Could to again if I go to Riva.

I had an immersive and amazing holiday and enjoyed returning to the spotless and quaint apartment.

Sergio was very helpful, he was quick to help us when we called and even offered to lend us his bikes when we couldn't find any to rent from bike rental shops! The apartment was spotless and everything I needed was provided, I had enough cutlery for my family of 4 and even the children enjoyed the stay. He gave reccomendations and also linked us up with transport from Milan airport to the apartment. Overall it was an amazing experience and I hope to stay there if I visit again!

Nice place to stay

Casa Alpino was a perfect place to stay for 2 nights. Location right in the city center, close to the restaurants, walking distance to the lake. Sergio was very welcoming, he helped us to park our car and check in - he was waiting for us in front of the hotel. Apartment was very clear, all the necessary items were there. Really recommend it for staying in Riva!

Owner Sergio is always positive and ready to help to solve every problem. The location is perfect and the apartments are comfortable. The washing machine was useful during the ten-day stay. Very convenient.

Lovely place

It was a good time in a perfect place! Sergio is a amazing and so hospitality owner! The apartment in a great location, just in a heart of main street, its 2 minutes from a Garda. I like it place so mush and want to come back so soon!! FREE PARKING!!! And they are pet friendly, and more over accommodation for my was also FREE!

Excellent. Had some difficulty finding the parking place (our fault) but Sergio was kind enough to find us and direct us in person. The apartment was perfect - well equipped, clean, comfortable and in a great central location. The balcony faced onto a fairly quiet side street with a restaurant below and was a great place to sit and soak up the atmosphere. Would definitely recommend!

The property was very comfortable, clean and very well situated. The view from the balcony was amazing and you can truly take in the beauty of Italian streets as well as a breathtaking mountain background. Also worth mentioning the amazing host (Sergio) who was very helpful and accommodating! Absolutely made our trip!

Sergio was really nice and the location perfectly situated for a vacation mix of sports & leisure: Perfect starting point for bike tours as well as absolute closeness to city center with plenty of delicious restaurants just across the street or a stroll to the lake & beach. All perfect!

Riva del Garda is a fantastic place and we enjoyed our 3 nights there

location in the old part was excellent, but finding the place was difficult. Need to contact host on arrival to assist entering the city as you need to drive through pedestrian only places, which is okay for visitors on completion of paperwork with the host

would have been nice to have an ordinary hot water kettle as needed to boil water for coffee in a pan. Toaster was a pain to use. Would also be nice to have some ordinary coffee cups rather than the HUGE cups provided

La ubicación es fantastica, muy limpio y calentito, se aprecia mucho con el frio que hacia, muy recomendable.

El único pequeño detalle, en la cafetera, el filtro estaba sucio ya se que se dejaron los posos en el filtro, un pequeño detalle sin importancia.

La casa era propio in centro disposta su 2 livelli con un unico bagno ma molto spaziosa e dotata di tutti i confort necessari stoviglie lavatrice super consigliata non abbiamo visto nessuno dello staff abbiamo preso e reso le chiavi nella cassettino del check in out sotto indicazioni

L'unica nota negativa se così si può chiamare e che nella casa non c'è neanche 1 specchio i meglio solo 1 nell'armadio della camera da letto

La posizione è l'unico punto di forza.

L'appartamento casa Alpino n°8, posta al piano 3°, è un sotto tetto con potenziale ma recuperato approssimativamente. Purtroppo abbiamo trovato un livello di qualità abbastanza basso, il cuscino del letto dove avrebbe dovuto dormire una bambina di 3 anni presentava delle macchie gialle; Il nostro piumone ed il copriletto con altrettante macchie cosi come il relativo coprimaterasso; Ragnatele presenti in cucina ed in bagno, senza parlare della ruggine presente all'interno del datato box doccia. Forniture della cucina scarse (es. assenza di tovagliette per la colazione) e, non essendoci la lavostoviglie, purtroppo abbiamo riscontrato un livello di pulizia delle stoviglie decisamente scarso, probabilmente a causa dei precedenti inquilini, anche se l'igiene dovrebbe essere in ogni caso assicurata dalla struttura. Non consigliato se si desidera vivere l'appartamento per più giorni come casa vacanze.

Que decepção, Casa Alpino!

Riva é maravilhosa e a acomodação tem uma boa localização.

O apartamento era muito frio, e nao não havia instruções para ligar a calefação, se é que funcionavam! Também tinha muita poeira debaixo das camas, Internet sofrível e nenhuma taça de vinho ou xícara de tamnho normal! No banheiro, com box mínimo, não havia nenhum cabideiro para as roupas e tive que colocar uma cadeira da cozinha para suporte.
