Great hotel overlooking the lake

Great hotel with a fantastic view over the lake. Very friendly staff and the food in the restaurant was great and reasonably priced.

The was only 1 lift and lots of rooms so there was always a long wait for it.

Very nice , central located hotel, in the middle of everything in Riva ; big room and bathroon, clean, cosy and well equiped

Really enjoyable, suprisied by how cheap eating and drinking in such a beautiful location was.

Stunning Location, rooms were OK and clean, although a little basic(hence the price) staff really friendly and excellent breakfast. Reasonably priced parking close by, dedicated to the hotel.

I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel during my stay last weekend.

I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel during my stay last weekend. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, with stunning views of the lake and mountains. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the lake and the charming town center. Breakfast was delicious each morning, with a wide variety of fresh options to choose from. The peaceful atmosphere and top-notch service made it a truly relaxing getaway. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Riva del Garda and will definitely return on my next trip!

Wonderful location and fantastic view. Hotel were really helpful in switching dates due to illness even though outside their t&cs - many many thanks

It’s on restricted access pedestrian area and booking.com advised to contact them in advance but we didn’t pick up on this as it is in the middle of the usual blurb - (our fault for being blase! )and gps took us to back of hotel(hopefully no fine 😢) - I would advise booking.com to highlight this bit

The wifi in the room was difficult to connect it was not strong . Also the ac in beginning of april was not working where we were not informed about it. we open the window and it was so noisy at night

Location was the best with a beautiful view from our room of the lake! Bike storage option was ideal. Breakfast outside directly on the square was the perfect way to start our day😃

Location, cleanliness, plenty of space in the room.

Lack of grab rails around the shower and toilet - just one suck-on type grab rail. Carpark has no disabled bay for easy access for wheelchair users - just standard size bays.

Location was good, right in the center. The staff was pretty nice and welcoming.

The AC didn't work even though it said on booking that there is AC. It was very hot so sleeping In a room with no AC was not the best... when asking the staff about the AC, they said it is broken in all of the hotel rooms. (Didn't apologize for it, didn't have any fan to supply as an alternative) Also, arrival with a car was super stressful (the hotel is inside a ZTL zone, but no one told us. So we had to talk with them on the phone in order to understand what to do while blocking other cars) Breakfast was pretty poor as well.

- Great location with a beautiful lake view - Plenty of restaurants and cafes close by - Reasonably priced parking with a reserved space, a short walk away (very important in this town)

- WiFi was mediocre, dropped connection a lot - Somewhat noisy at night with partying in the piazza below

The room is quite small for 3 peeps with baggages but we could organize so it’s ok.

Hotel in a good location in a lovely city

The location and the staff are great.

The bed is very uncomfortable. The room for some reason got incredibly hot during the night even though it wasn't warm outside. The windows has to remain shut because of the noise from the street, however the AC does not work. Reception told us that the AC is not supposed to work.? So either ask before booking if the AC works or just book somewhere else.

The location was very good. There was street entertainment in the square outside which was good.

The location couldn't have been better for a view of Lake Garda. The bathroom was particularly nice with a very open shower. A nice spacious bathroom with good non slip tiles in the shower.

The decor of the beds was not the greatest when we entered the room although the beds were comfortable enough. Not a lot of room around the beds.
