Lovely place would come back

Lovely old building and very nice shared balcony and outside space. Perfect location for town and lake. Lovely welcome and people. Thank you

A bit more in the kitchen like a couple more dishwasher tablets, more bin liners, scissors, kitchen roll would be cheap to provide and useful, no one wants to shop for these whilst on hol. Aircon worked and was nice to have but was fairly weak.

Great position and spacious plus great shared balcony with lots of seating .. great for pre dinner drink and view if bastion … our Hostess was a darling and even drove us to pick up our car!

I recommend this stay if you want to spend your holiday in the heart of Riva del Garda.

This property has an amazing location close to the city center and approximately 7-10 minutes walk to the beach. It is located in a historical building with easy access to parking on blue city lines across the street. We really enjoyed both of the quiet terraces with beautiful views of the mountains, perfect to spend any meal during the day or some drink in the evening. As a group of friends we stayed in the apartment for 5 people which was well equipped, clean and spacious enough + Raffaella is really helpful, nice and easy to communicate with.

I don’t think there was anything we didnt like.

This is a beautiful apartment in the centre of Riva and close to public transport, restaurants and shops. Loved the little outdoor terrace available to share with other guests. Rafaella was lovely and easy to communicate with and available if you need any help.

The one bedroom apartment is on the road side which is noisy during peak driving times. Quiet during the night for sleeping though so it was fine.

We will return both to Riva del Garda and the Sembenini despite the town being busy in August

We found the location very convenient in the middle of town. The apartment was well equipped for cooking. No oven but this didnt cause us problems. We found the apartment a good size with a balcony to dry clothes and towels.

The reviews spoke of the streets being noisy and there was the sound of bikes and street cleaning machines early in the morning. This is the price you pay for a town that is exceptionally clean despite a large number of visitors.

Beautiful house in the middle of the city - Would definately recommend

You are met with a very good atmosphere already in the hallway. Very nice terraces. The apartment is renewed with all needed for a great week. The owner was very friendly and we had a good dialogue. We felt comfortable all week.

Nice accommodation in Riva

Very good location closed to city centre. A lot of bars and restaurants around. Kitchen very good equipped. Nice terrace.

Bike deposit is very small and bad accessible. Parking is a little bit strange here. We had to carry everything cross the street. Towels were not towels🙂but just some sheet or how to say it…

Wedding Accommodation

It was very central and the terrace area was nice.

The apartment was described as a 2 bedroom, it was not a 2 bedroom, there was a room at the back of the kitchen with 2 single beds (not actual beds more like sofa beds that were in an L shape). We stayed for a week & you are expected to clean the apartment yourself entirely as in brush, mop, wash & dry towels, wash & dry bed clothes & this wasn’t explained on arrival. You also have to take your rubbish away but they don’t have their own communal bin, it’s up the street & again we weren’t told this we had to ask. We were staying for our wedding which is why we opted for a more spacious apartment rather than a hotel. We had so much planning / running about to do that week we didn’t have time to wash & dry towels every time we used them & so we asked for more clean ones, we ended up being charged €25 for these that again we weren’t told about until 5 mins before leaving on our last day when we were asked for the cash.

Not what we expected

Location was perfect to wedding ceremony at La Rocca. Plenty of little restaurants near the apartment to eat out. Weather was perfect. Wet room to have a shower was lovely.

second room was too small for two adults. Sheets were not changed the entire week we were there. Had to pay extra to get clean towels. As we were there for our daughters wedding we didn't have time to wash towels. In my option facilities didn't match price for this apartment. Our room was at the very top of the building. Too many stairs to climb as the lift was very small to feel comfortable in.

Location, you're on one of the mainstreets with restaurants and shops nearby! Balcony had a great view.

I had a three day stay but only received one hand and body towel for each person during those three days. Fresh towels daily would have been nice. Bed was very firm. Bathroom was small and you have to take out your own trash upon departure.

NO INTERNET. Bed is very uncomfortable. You have to clean the room by yourself and take the garbage out before you leave even though the apartment is not cheap.

Perfect Family HoT Spot

wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer und auf der Terrasse ums Eck immer privat gefrühstückt. Die Lage nahe an der Fußgängerzone ist grandios. Parkplatz-Optionen sind on top, aber es gibt sie.

Für vier Leute wäre etwas mehr Ausstattung in puncto Geschirr, Toilettenpapier usw. schön gewesen

Jättetrevligt boende med närhet till det mesta och där vi trivdes väldigt bra.

Läget med närhet till det mesta, trevligt bemötande och allt vi behövde fanns. Bra boende för oss som familj på fem personer.

Altanen är inte så smidig att nyttja när man har lägenhet högst upp. Brandvarnare saknas.

Keskeinen sijainti, jossa ravintolat ja kaupunki lähellä. Rannalle noin 500m. Majoituspaikka on siisti ja viihtyisä. Pyykinpesumahdollisuus ja hyvä sisäpiha.

Huoneiston suihku olisi voinut olla parempi. Lämpötila vaihteli myös yllättäen. Ilmastointi vaikutti vain lähihuoneeseen ja öisin oli kuuma.
