Lovely stay at Garda lake

Breakfast was very nice. Mountains view. Great location - close to the city centre but not in a busy quarters. Extremely nice and hospitable staff. Though we stayed shortly, we had a proper rest and enjoyed the accommodation a lot.

I would suggest a bit of renovation of a bathroom. Everything was working just fine, no complains here. Just a suggestion for the future.

Great location - Room - and Breakfast

Great location! Able to walk into downtown in a few minutes but also with free parking nearby so easy to get into my car to visit other nearby sites. Check in was easy and quick. Continental breakfast was great. Room was nicely sized with a balcony seating area as well.

Just what I needed

Comfy room not too far from the town of Riva del Garda, shops, cafes etc all within a short walking distance. Great view out the window, bed was comfy, room was clean & the staff friendly.

Well located for dining, biking and shopping. Easy parking. Good value.

I liked how we were treated from the first to last contact. Friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and bed was quite comfortable. We stayed just one night and wanted to cycle around, considering this the B&B is very well located and just ~700m from several restaurants.

We were there just for one night during the infamous heat wave, air con did not work as it should. My children had a tough night of sleep, we improved our conditions at early morning when the air outside had cooled down.

The villa is in a really good location and the balcony was very nice. The owner was lovely, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was tasty and filling.

Great staying 🤗

We liked the property a lot! Andrea was very nice and kind with us. The location is very good, really close to the center, 10 minutes walk and in less than 5 minutes you can get by the car in the mountains. We had a very nice staying overall.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable for us, but is hard to find a better bed than the one you're used to 😁.

During the winter it was not cold but also not heat inside the room! We cannot control the room temperature. It should have air condictioner. The breackfast is too small, if you don´t arrive early, you will not have a cleaned table.

good location. Very close to the city. Large and clean room. Garage in which we could securely store our e-bikes and also charge them.

the room was rather noisy. Not so much from the outside - but from the inside. If in the next room somebody was flushing the toilet you could hear it quite well in our room. The staff was a bit distant and not that talkative.

Wifi was great in the lobby (~100mbps) and rooms (~30mbps)! The breakfast was plentiful and included pancakes, fresh pastries, yogurt, meats and cheeses. The room was comfortable and had a good working desk.

Lovely hosts, great facilities and yummy breakfast!

The breakfast provided is fantastic and they even went the extra mile to make sure we got breakfast on our last day even though we were leaving an hour before the usual breakfast start time.

Disappointing

Great location

Leaky toilet (was noisy), no one in reception, owner doesn't speak english. We weren't informed about services like bikes or relaxation room. Thin walls so you hear noise from other people's rooms. Poor breakfast.

Great location, authentic Italian stay with amazing views

The view from our balcony was amazing and the balcony size itself was pretty big. The room was cleaned every day which was not expected. The breakfast was always fresh. The location of the B&B was great as it's less than 10 minutes walk to the centre of Rival del Garda. Towels were very clean and were nice to use. The B&B felt authentic Italian and the owners were very friendly. They're also available any time, just ring the bell.

I had a hard time sleeping as the bed was not the most comfortable for me. I have a memory foam mattress at home so I found the bed too hard, but that might be just me. We stayed for 4 nights so the breakfast could have had a bit more variety.

Exceptional

The place is very cosy and clean. It is very close to the town center, just a couple of minutes walking. We had a wonderful view on the mountains from the balcony. The staff is very friendly and positive- especially the owner- he gave us a free upgrade of the room since we were traveling with a kid. Breakfast was very tasty as well (bread, yogurt, some ham and cheese, croissant, eggs, cereal, coffee, tea, juice- could add some vegetables). All in all a great stay and we would gladly come back.
