Few days break, could have stayed another couple of days in this superb Hotel

The Outdoor pool was closed but the indoor pool was very nice. The Breakfast was superb everything that you can imagine was there. beds were very comfortable.

Overnight stay was ok but wouldn’t want to spend more time there.

Breakfast spread was very good. No restaurant on site but possible to get snacks in the evening which were adequate served by a friendly local.There is a terrace which is pleasant.

Bathroom was spacious but only with a bath. No shower screens which meant the floors were very wet after attempting to have a shower.

We would likely not stay here again. It was different than the pictures appeared and not good value go the money.

The staff at reception and at the bar and breakfast were very nice.

Despite the vineyards and mountains featured in photos, It was in an industrial area outside of city center. The pictures made it look like the views of nature were all around but our room had a view of a massive construction site. Then we asked to change rooms and it was to one on the 1st floor right over a parking lot and also partially construction. There were no blackout curtains only very thin ones so it did not feel very private when people were just outside getting into their cars or walking their dogs on the property. The lights on the balcony do not turn off and you have the parking lot light so it’s quite bright to sleep. There were very loud machinery sounds from the farm site nearby on a Friday evening so we could not keep our balcony door open. The interior is very outdated. The cost was very high considering it did not include spa or breakfast and we had to pay extra for our dog. there were no extras, no water bottles no kettle no fridge. There was a strong smell of air freshener which bothered my allergies.

Below expectations

Room size quite good

The hotel closed the day after our stay so they asked us to do the check out by 10 AM. we would have liked to stay longer as we went to Riva for a marathon, so our idea was to do a late check out and enjoy the SPA to recover from the run, but we couldn't. The structure was quite old, and very different from pictures. They asked us 20E per person to add breakfast, which we didn't do. The hotel didn't have a guardian during the night, so we had to enter from a secondary door. It was not really as we were expected. It looked like a hotel that opened just to leverage the fact that they could get some additional bookings due to the marathon, but the service was definitely not up to expectations nor in line with the money we paid

This was the second time in a short time that we stayed at hotel Al Maso. The first time we were very satisfied with the room. This time we were a bit disappointed. It was a room with really deferred maintenance.

Love everything

I enjoyed my stay so much, the room was nice and clean same as in the picture. The bathroom was bing and tidy. The hotel staffs were very attentive and friendly. Love the wine yard surrounding and Lidl is close to hotel as well

Exceptional

This was by far the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. The people were absolutely wonderful throughout my stay. Everything about this hotel is actually perfect. The people are kind and thoughtful, the facilities are clean and accessible, and the location is beautiful; tucked away in a quiet area, but conveniently close to downtown. One of my favorite parts was the bikes you can rent for free! Just leave a deposit and pick it up when you return. The hotel is in a wonderful location because its an easy, flat, bike ride away from the quaint town of Arco, which is definitely worth a visit. I really hope to return here in the future and see everyone again. Thank you for a lovely time in Riva!!

It was Ok

The pool was very nice and the area. Some of the staff were very helpful

We were a group of people and missed not having a bar with some selection and open until 10pm. Few bars nearby. (The hotel has a small bar open until 8.30) We rented an expensive bike that we were told to watch at all times. Not a solid storage for bikes and not able to charge many electric bikes in the facilities offered. Was disappointing because I asked about locked bike storage before I arrived

Nice parking outside the hotel, which is located in a quite place with Lidl nearby.

The room had too much air refresher spilled in the room, that it took couple of hours just to make the room breathable. In the beginning we felt like there was nothing to breathe

Relaxing by the pool & biking in vinyards

Lovely vinyard with pool, yet close to the city (Riva). Quiet place for relaxation and trips to the mountains or lakes. E-bikes for rent available. Multiple shops and restaurants nearby.

Rooms could have kettle and glasses, maybe water as well. Bikes could be cheaper (rental of electric ones).

Passable but not for a luxury stay by any means.

The location was exactly what we wanted. Walkable to the town and lake with free easy accessible parking. Stunning views of the mountains surrounding lake Garda.

The outside pool could have been cleaned. It was early in the season and it was clearly still left unattended all winter. The state of the carpets in the 'redeveloped' wing was awful. They were shabby and worn out. The beds were cheap and hard. No kettle in the room - it needed hired for 5 euro a day!

Great value for money (low-season), friendly staff

We went here in mid-winter in January, so that means that it was completely off-season. The hotel is about 20 minutes walking from the city center but has met all f my expectations - good value for money and super comfy. The breakfast is good as well, although it is somehow unonvnient that you need to choose between a "sweet" (croissant, chocolate & jam) breakfast plan or "cheese & sandwiches" (which i do recommend) and other options, Still great value for money.

Nothing to complain about. The pool might be a bit cold for some peope. I only went in for a quick swim.
