Good location and clean and comfortable for the price.

Location was great. It had a lift. Was close to restaurants and transport and an easy walk to sights. Very clean.

Minor issues - Only 2 teabags provided in the room and no milk. We were charged €5 extra for a tiny bit of milk and 2 more tea bags. The shower was fixed on one temperature and flow rate and we couldn’t change it to get hotter water so the evening shower was cool.

Great location. I felt kinda bad driving into the pedestrian section to drop off luggage.

Breakfast was great, many options. Automatic espresso drink maker was fun. Staff were friendly and helpful!

Bathroom space was a little awkward, but not unexpected for remodels in old buildings. Parking was a bit far, but nice to have as an option.

Ratio cost/benefit excelent

The hotel is located right in the center of Riva del Garda. It's small but very pleasant, with helpful staff for whom nothing is a problem. Breakfast was excellent – a typical Italian one, including their authentic Italian espresso.

The price you pay for such a central location is the parking, which is about 500 meters from the hotel – but everything worked smoothly. Upon arrival, be prepared for a bit of adrenaline due to the narrow streets, but nothing you wouldn’t be able to handle. :-)

Pleasant

Located in the old town - this was a bonus for exploring the old town but not so good for parking. Good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff, but not available after 19.00 when reception closes.

The room was very small and awkwardly designed with the fridge under the table and therefore no space there for the chair - this meant the chair blocked the wardrobe and had to be constantly moved. The shower too was miniature and awkward to use. The reserved parking was quite far from the hotel and we had problems deciphering the code for the hotel's main door when we arrived back at the hotel after 19.00.

Highly recommend this hotel for price, location and above all, friendly and helpful staff.

This hotel was a joy. The communication was excellent - they booked us a parking place for overnight and kept us well informed. They could not have been more helpful. As we had an early start the next day they went and prepared a tray with a large breakfast, kettle etc. The hotel is very well situated, is spotless and has efficient AC - very welcome in the very hot weather. It fitted its description perfectly and had everything we needed for an overnight stay.

The hotel is located in the center. The staff was friendy and helpful and we had a fantastic breakfast. The building was quite quiet.

Charming hotel

The stuff was incredibly friendly, especially the receptionist (unfortunately don't know her name) was very kind, gave us good advise about the restaurants to eat and places to visit.

The building of the hotel is not isolated, so one can hear the neighbors.

Superb

Was there just for one night. As for arriving late at the evening get clear and good directions how to get the key. Everything in room was great to not unpacking your own things and to have a fast breakfast at the morning with the fastest check-out and get to ferry in 5 minutes by foot from Hotel. Super! PS Its better to put some instruction about air-conditioner for the late -arriving guest also :)

Good, quiet place to stay. Just check parking before you arrive.

Nice and very good hotel in the middle of town. The only reason for the less than perfect score had to do with the location. Great if you're visiting the town, not so much if you arrive by motorcycle, as the hotel is located in a pedestrian zone, but that is all on me as I didn't check up on that beforehand.

If you're travelling by motorcycle, you can't park near the hotel due to it being in a pedestrian zone. Having to carry your luggage while wearing motorcycle gear in late summer weather isn't recommended as you turn into a walking sauna after 100 meters or so... Again, I should have inquired beforehand, so this isn't negative about the hotel itself.

Bella la posizione in pieno centro di Riva del Garda. Camera silenziosa, spaziosa e pulita. Colazione a buffet di qualità. Personale molto cortese, a richiesta oltre a consigliarci un ristorante in zona molto valido, hanno anche provveduto a chiamare e prenotare per conto nostro. Nel complesso tutto bene.

Nulla in particolare, forse la camera un po' "fredda", ma nulla di ché...
