The WiFi and the location are the best parts of this stay

- NO AIR CONDITIONING - this stay is on the TOP FLOOR of the building, and you will only have a single, dusty, very loud fan to keep you cool. you must be okay with this or you will be uncomfortable - UNFIT FOR SOLO FEMALE TRAVELERS - the bathroom has a flimsy turn lock which can be very easily unlocked from the outside using a simple coin. this is a problem because whoever is staying in the other room has access to the hallway your bathroom is in, so pretty much anyone can enter the bathroom if they really want to- even if it is locked. - NO LAMPS - this is so odd, but the only lights in the room are super bright white lights. it's like a hospital in there. so you either have full bright white light or none. it's very annoying. do not expect to "unwind" at the end of your long travel day here, it's not comfy like that. - WEAK REFRIGERATOR - do not expect to store food here, the fridge was barely cold and had no temperature settings inside. i wouldn't trust it with anything that could go bad if stored improperly - AWKWARD ARRANGEMENTS - you enter from the cobblestone street, very charming, and go up to the top level (no elevator, if you need one, do not book). enter a code and the door opens to a very dark hallway. on the right are two doors- one of them is your room. on the left are two doors, one of them is your bathroom. there is a 5th mystery door which i assume leads to the real apartment. this very much reminded me of how we had to live in university, or in a hostel. the bathroom is dark, no window, and black tiles. this entire set up is great for young bachelors who dont care about much, everyone else should keep looking. i was relieved to move to a nearby hotel for my final night in Riva.

Nettes Zimmer direkt in der Altstadt mit eigenem Bad überm Flur. Erst etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, dann aber kein Problem. Bad und Zimmer sind ganz neu renoviert. Mit Code hat der Zugang zum Zimmer super geklappt.

Nichts, alles gut.

Super gute Lage und Zimmer und Badezimmer sehr sauber. Check in ganz unkompliziert via Code. Vermieter war nicht persönlich vor Ort, aber stets erreichbar wenn man sich gemeldet hat. Sehr gut.

Man hat jedes husten aus dem Nebenzimmer gehört. Es war sehr warm im Zimmer. Standventilator war vorhanden, jedoch dreht er nicht leise und ruckelt, das hat beim schlafen gestört etwas. Kein Handtuchwechsel während dem Aufenthalt.

Am Hauseingang Vicolo Passera 5 in Riva del Garda gab es kein Schild mit dem Hinweis, dass es sich um "Papoena Holidays"handelt. Der Zimmervermieter war persönlich nicht anwesend. Demzufolge hat er auch keine Rechnung über die Zahlung ausgestellt und keine Touristensteuer gefordert. Daher vermute ich, dass es sich um eine illegale Zimmervermietung handelt.

Mega Lage, bequemes Bett, modernes Bad :) Es sind 2 Zimmer mit je eigenem Bad in einer „Wohnung“.

Die Lage ist super zentral gelegen. Ich kann zum Personal nichts sagen, da ich niemanden persönlich getroffen habe. Ich hatte kurz telefonischen Kontakt, aber der war super nett und hilfreich

Das Zimmer liegt in einem Wohnhaus im 3. Stock. Mir hat ein Mieter im Haus geholfen, da ich sonst nicht gewusst hätte, dass dort mein Zimmer ist, da keine Hinweise gegeben sind. Es wurde auch kein Frühstück angeboten. Das Zimmer ist modern eingerichtet. Allerdings fehlen noch Nachttischlampen oder einfach ein wenig Flair und Herzlichkeit. Für meine Zwecke hat es gereicht, aber meinen Urlaub oder einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich dort nicht empfehlen. Dadurch das das Bad ja auf dem Flur wäre, wäre es schon wenn es einen Fön oder einen Spiegel im Zimmer geben würde.
