The location is perfect, also the rooms really good. But we booked breakfast and then also included food in the evening. This was a disaster, gnocchi ok, late tuna tasteless, boiled cold potatoes tasteless, fruit cut by a 5 year old. Think it was my worst restaurant visit ever.

Very clean hotel, very simple & modern. We were part of a large family group and all of us had the same experience… not enough towels for all of us in the room even though we paid for each of us to stay there. Then, 3 days in a row, we had to request towels, soap & shampoo as none are given during the daily maid service, and they still didn’t bring us any. We finally gave up! This was a disappointment, especially given how much we paid to stay there. Nice location, nice hotel, wonderful breakfast, but poor in-room service.

We were here for 4 nights during our honeymoon. We had a very nice room in the fourth floor with a large balcony with 2 sun chairs. Personnel of the hotel were very friendly and the location is perfect. Would recommend 5/5.

A fantastic location in the heart of the pedestrianised part of Riva del Garda. Reception staff were very welcoming, although at breakfast quite often overlooked and had to wait a long time for a coffee. Breakfast was plentiful, varied and of good quality. The room for a family of 4 was very spacious with a large double bed, a single bed and a single sofa bed. All very comfortable. Plenty of room to spread out. However, as a 4 star hotel the room was a bit bland and sparse (everything the same neutral colour with nothing on the walls)with no facilities such as tea or coffee available. The lift up to the 3rd floor was fine for us but for anyone with mobility issues they would struggle with all the steps to even get to the lift. Being in the centre of the old part there is no parking. It was very busy being the weekend of the windsurfing world championships! We did manage to find a parking space but it was some distance to the hotel. Again, fine for us but others may struggle. The room and the rest of the hotel was spotlessly clean. The 'solarium' (roof terrace) is a lovely spot to sit and catch some sun with fabulous views over the higgeldy piggeldy rooftops towards the lake. Would recommend and stay again.

The location is great. Close to sights and restaurants. The breakfast is poor, the coffee is a disaster. Staff shows lack of motivation. The so called Junior Suite is a room between staff rooms and bicycle cellar with poor air quality despite A/C.

We chose this hotel for its location and the price. Located in the centre of Riva Del Garda, ideal for activities on the lake and local restaurants. Friendly staff who were attentive and helpful. Good secure parking close by which enabled us to park up for the whole of,our time in Riva, knowing the car and its contents were safe. Nice breakfast, with a good selection of food. The. Only grumble was the air conditioning in the room was not cold enough in view of the high temperatures, and led to some difficulties in sleeping due to the heat. Otherwise fantastic place and highly recommended.

The fittness was only 2 machines. It was not any fittness center. Wifi worked only in reception. The young girl in reception was not professional. She could not help us with retaurant reservation. When you have four stars, and we expect little more. The manager was very good one, lots of thanks for her.

This hotel is situated walking distance from the train station and town centre. Our room was modern yet authentic, clean and excellent value for money. Breakfast was just what we wanted with nice fresh fruit, eggs, yoghurt etc would highly recommend!
