The apartment is located in the old city so no car is allowed there . There is a safe parking at 4’ walking distance ( 10€\night) . Communication with owner was excellent . We agreed on an arrival time and Massimo was waiting for me - under the rain!- to guide me in the garage. He kindly helped me with my suitcase because there is no lift and accompanied me to the apartment . The location must be top during the high season. Extremely close to the lake and all facilities. In the wintertime, it was depressing to walk in the cold and rainy empty streets with most restaurants closed and nobody around. The flat was very clean and warm in temperature. It has everything useful in the kitchen ( sponge, cloth, many ustensils, coffee machine etc..). It was very much appreciated that the owner was thoughtful enough to leave for 3/4 breakfasts rusks, Nutella, jam, coffee capsules , tea bags in generous quantities ; and also salt , vinegar and olive oil in single doses. The bathroom has also soap and single doses of shampoo. A plus: I received my invoice before even arriving at the facility .
I chose MAMA apartments based on the excellent reviews. I don’t know if I was given the worst apartment but I found the apartment very different from the booking.com pictures . Very dull and cold, almost like a hospital room. A little bit of extra colors would have been very much appreciated ! Just how they are shown on the Booking pictures . I really didn’t manage to feel at home ( was there for 3 nights).
The kitchen is well equipped but: almost all pans were scratched . And a gas cylinder is used for the cooking. I didn’t think it was very safe because I could smell some gas even when it was shut off. Moreover to access the apartment there are a lot of steps : in the garage and to access the facility from the street. After these steps there is a lift in the building though. Don’t take too much luggage if you choose this location.
You could clearly feel the owner’s effort to make sure it had all the necessary equipment but this particular flat lacks a warm atmosphere and the necessary home ambiance to make its guests really feel welcome. As a conclusion , I don’t think it was worth the money, especially in low season. I was expecting more , based on the Booking.com pictures and the price paid ( I found 100€ high for low season )

Good location, close to the lake and restaurants nearby. Spacious, clean apartment with curtains to keep the light out during sleeping. Friendly and helpful hosts with restaurant recommendations with a discount. Toys to borrow, some kitchen and bathroom basics for the stay and breakfast stuff for the first morning provided, Trentino guest cards early so we could use them for the bus ride from Rovereto.
Nothing major, the apartment (superior loft apt) was great :). Some things noted: The bowls and plates weren't microwave compatible? They got very hot in there while the food didn't. We mainly used the stove fo heating instead. The tv screen was functional but had a heavy dark blue tint while on.

We had a wonderful stay here! The location is perfect, just about 4 minutes from the ferry station and a 10-minute walk from the bus station. It’s close to all the main attractions and great restaurants. The apartment itself is spotless. Honestly the cleanest Airbnb I’ve stayed in throughout Italy!
It had everything we needed for our stay, and the space is super cute and nicely decorated with thoughtful little touches. The host was amazing, very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. He greeted us when we arrived, walked us through the apartment, and even shared great local recommendations for restaurants and groceries. He also went above and beyond helping us find the best route to Milan for our flight and kindly allowed a late check-out since we were traveling with young kids and seniors.
The price is also so reasonable, hard to beat for what you get. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place, especially for families. Truly an amazing host and a perfect stay in Riva del Garda!

The apartment was absolutely perfect — modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The location in Riva del Garda was ideal, close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always available and making sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.
