Great stay by the lake in a cute old town alley

Good location, close to the lake and restaurants nearby. Spacious, clean apartment with curtains to keep the light out during sleeping. Friendly and helpful hosts with restaurant recommendations with a discount. Toys to borrow, some kitchen and bathroom basics for the stay and breakfast stuff for the first morning provided, Trentino guest cards early so we could use them for the bus ride from Rovereto.

Nothing major, the apartment (superior loft apt) was great :). Some things noted: The bowls and plates weren't microwave compatible? They got very hot in there while the food didn't. We mainly used the stove fo heating instead. The tv screen was functional but had a heavy dark blue tint while on.

Amazing home for family with kids

We had a wonderful stay here! The location is perfect, just about 4 minutes from the ferry station and a 10-minute walk from the bus station. It’s close to all the main attractions and great restaurants. The apartment itself is spotless. Honestly the cleanest Airbnb I’ve stayed in throughout Italy! It had everything we needed for our stay, and the space is super cute and nicely decorated with thoughtful little touches. The host was amazing, very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. He greeted us when we arrived, walked us through the apartment, and even shared great local recommendations for restaurants and groceries. He also went above and beyond helping us find the best route to Milan for our flight and kindly allowed a late check-out since we were traveling with young kids and seniors. The price is also so reasonable, hard to beat for what you get. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place, especially for families. Truly an amazing host and a perfect stay in Riva del Garda!

The apartment was absolutely perfect — modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The location in Riva del Garda was ideal, close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always available and making sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

Centrally located in the historical area close to great restaurants, supermarket and waterfront. The premises were spotless, spacious and well appointed. Comfortable bed and pillows and excellent communication with host with great advice and recommendations. Would highly recommended these premises

It was a great stay, exceptional experiance. I wish that every host is as prepared and as welcoming and full of passion as it was during our stay in MAMA Apartments. Additioanlly apartment is located in Riva Del Garda - old town. It had everything we needed for our family. 100% We will come back there. Moreover option for a garage in walking distance and guidelines book where to try local specials w/o seraching internet, but with recommendation from local person is priceless. Great position . Owner very helpful. Able to park our car nearby for 10 Euros. Apartment clean and had most things as needed including washing machine . 2 toilets .

Fab location, great host

Amazing location in Riva. Great restaurant recommendations - we tried many of the places in the book at the accommodation, all of which the host had arranged a 10% discount at, and they were all very good. Lots of other tips. The loft apartment was clean, good little area for simple cooking. Washing machine available. The host was great - he met us to show us the car parking (4 min walk from the apartment) and then showed us the apartment.

Knocked our head a few times on the beam above the bed - recommend some padding is put there / a strip of different colour to alert people.

Great stay in central Riva del Garda

The MAMA apartment we stayed in was super clean and comfortable. Very spacious and had two bathrooms and two toilets. It is very well positioned and central in the beautiful old part of town. The hosts are very helpful and accommodating. Helping with organising private parking nearby was very appreciated. I would recommend staying here to anyone as they also have ability to accomodate guests with mobility issues.

The location was fabulous for the lake front, restaurants and shops. If you like to be in the heart of it, this was perfect. The property had a washing machine and airer which meant we could wash and dry our cycling gear .

The owners make it very clear about the loft room access using a spiral staircase. It wasn’t a problem for us at all but for others it might be.

The apartment is modern and beautifully designed, offering a very comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. The apartment is excellently equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The hospitality of the owner is absolutely incredible, making the stay even more enjoyable.

If you prefer a lot of natural sunlight, this apartment might feel a bit dark due to its location in a historic building in the city center. However, this is quite typical for older properties.

Fantastic apartment, great location and very comfortable!

The apartment had everything we could possibly need, it was in a great location right in the town centre so perfect for accessing shops and restaurants but also lovely and quiet at night as the closest shops and restaurants closed early enough. The bed was so comfortable!! The host was very friendly and helpful, met us at the car park when we arrived and kept in contact during our stay. We would recommend staying here and would definitely stay again.

Amazing place on a very cute street, the room was nice and clean and had the most perfect view over the town and lake. The kitchen was stocked with some of the essentials for food like salt, pepper and oil. Bed was very comfy (10/10 pillows) and the help and service was also amazing!

A beautiful apartment in a stunning setting.

The property was ideally located for enjoying everything Riva del Garda has to offer. Our room was very spacious and the kitchen well equipped. Our host was very welcoming and quick to respond when contacted.

The only disadvantage of being so centrally located is that you will hear people enjoying themselves in the street below until quite late at night.

Amazig apartament and hosts - both Massimo and Piera are wonderful. Location right in the city centre, a lot of nice restaurants and shops i just few steps outside of the apartament. Great contact with hosts, Massimo helped us a lot with planning one of our trips. Can recommend without any hesitation to anyone looking for place to stay near Garda lake!

Lovely loft

We enjoyed a lot our stay at Residence Trieste. Everything was very nice and our host Massimo was super caring and helpful. The location is really good - 10 minutes walk from central bus station, there are a lot of cafes and restaurants around. Our room had everything we needed - the bed and pillows were comfortable, there were towels, hair dryer, iron, fridge, microwave, small coffee machine and beautiful lake view. Excellent experience, we will definitely visit again!

Amazing welcome from Massimo and Piera!

I usually don't do any comments on such platforms, but Massimo and Piera deserve the effort. The welcome is incredible and the sense of service amazing. The flat was perfect and ideally placed in the village. Massimo and Piera are great people and very easy to contact whenever needed. We will come back for sure if we have the opportunity.

Very good location. Good facilities in room. Wifi worked well. Hosts were good and replied to messages quickly.

We stayed in the loft room and this staircase is definitely not ideal for anyone with reduced mobility. We did not realise it is on entry to the flat and it felt very claustrophobic initially. Could be a hazard if you also had a volume of alcohol to drink. Definitely not highlighted enough when booking. Also feel the flat looked bigger in pictures than it is in real life.

Comfortable place, big room

We enjoyed the big room, kitchenette and AC. During hot period it was really good to have. Nice area around. Very central. Caring host, helped us with all questions. The place is also adapted for people with limited mobility. It's cool that this is the attitude of the owner.

All was great. To make the place even better : for those who like to cook, a few extra kitchen tools would be good addition. I would recommend changing a few lamps to a warmer spectrum.

Superb

Right in the heart of Riva del Garda, this is a clean, spacious, and comfortable residence with very good facilities, including a well-equipped kitchen (and a slightly less well-equipped, but perfectly serviceable, bathroom). Massimo, the friendly host, provided us with ample information and excellent advice concerning restaurants and other establishments in the vicinity (discounts are available in some cases).

Inevitably, given the central location, there is some noise from the streets.

We really enjoyed the stay. We were warmly welcomed and the appartement was really nice and clean. We had a nice view over the lake and could ask for help every time. They care a lot about us to feel comfortable. We will come again :)

Very good

We like Riva very much, and Massimo, our landlord, took care of us very well. We were really satisfied, especially by the position of the residence Trieste, which is just in the heart of the old town. The only point which makes worse our evaluation is the apartment in the highest floor just under the roof . It was well equipped and for 2 persons quite OK, but the spiral staircase leading in the room is narrow and not reccommended for older or robust people, not speaking of ill people or handicaped ones. Nevertheless we will be happy to come there again !
