Good location, clean and spacious room

Parking was a little tricky as some spots you had to park so you were blocking someone or you were blocked. Thankfully, we did not have any issues with having to move our vehicle.

Great apartment on the great location

This apartment is on amazing location in the old city center. Walking distance to the coast, beaches, ferry, restaurants, stores... It has all the facilities you might need. I would highly recommend it and would loved to come back!

Loved the location! So nice to walk around the old town.

Great location. Marco the owner was very helpful and responsive to my questions. The apprentice was very clean and beds were comfortable. Great water pressure! Kitchen was well stocked.

No AC. We were there in the midst of a heat wave and it was very uncomfortable, but Marco was very kind and lent us a fan from his home. I strongly suggest installing AC as it will only get hotter. Also with no AC you have to leave the windows open and the area can be quite noisy at night, but again, Marco provided ear plugs which helped.

Very central, cute, with everything we could've needed!

We didn't expect the location to be this central and close to everything, which is especially important for short-stays like ours. The appartment was fully furnished and had everything we needed. We really liked the fact that the apartment was spacious and that it had so much natural light from the outside.

We didn't really need it at the time of our stay, but maybe air-conditioning becomes fundamental for hotter season. The windows weren't fully isolated and we could hear what was going on on the road (only for pedestrians) underneath, even whilst being on the third floor. I'd like to recommend renewing the bathroom as well, since the materials weren't in their best conditions.

Superb

The apartment was cosy, had everything necessary, even books to read, even candles 😀. All kitchen utensils, which were clean, and enough to feel comfortable. The space is big enough, which feels well. The hotel is situated at a nice place, close to the lake, to the square, the port, the mountains. We really enjoyed out time at this hotel both at daytime and in the evenings, as there were small concerts all around to watch and relax in the evenings.

The pillows were the thing to be renovated. Not comfortable to sleep. Also the pin code to enter the apartment arrived later then we arrived to the hotel, which made us nervous, as we could not get inside.

super apartment to stay for your vacation!

everything! we got a really big and nice apartment, it was super spacious and clean, has everything what you need in the kitchen. I really liked a bathroom as well which is quite new, with toiletries and hairdryer. host was super kind and helpful as well, I could stay there longer :)

noise from the outside comes through windows easily in the evening especially but it’s the only one thing :)

- Great location! Withing walking distance of the beach, grocery store, bike rentals etc. - Big rooms - Nice Bathroom - Quite well equipped kitchen. - Fridge + freezer available

- No Air condition (But a desk fan is available) - Lots of noise when the garbage trucks collect trash at ~06:00 in the morning. Not so much noise if you close the windows but that means it will be warmer during the night.

The room was big, clean and comfortable. Great showers, free bed linen and towels and in a great location with a good restaurant a minute away (even less)

Parking is only outside of the walled city (the hotel is inside) not a very long walk but you do need to pay according to the hours of parking which is uncomfortable especially for the morning hours.

The owners were very nice, and the location was ideal for roaming around the city!

It would have been nice to have more than one fan because it was very hot. We had the keep the windows open the whole time (night and day) which meant you could every everything going on outside.

Light sleepers should be aware since this is the very center, the street can be a bit noisy in the evening and night.

Super clean apartment located in the heart of Riva del Garda. Marco, the host, is a good person and answers you fast. The room is big. More than enough for two people, perfect for 3. The small balcony is super charming. The shower is amazing. And the apartment has the basics in case you want to cook.

The Wifi is the only problem of the apartment. The signal is not so good. Only my husband could connect on his phone. I could not. And sometimes the internet was not available.

In centro a Riva del Garda!!!

Struttura in centro a Riva del Garda, a 2 min dal lago e vicino a mezzi di trasporto , parcheggio auto. Dall’appartamento, in 5 minuti a piedi, si può raggiungere la strada del Ponale . Appartamento ben fornito di tutto quello che serve per poter cucinare, pulito e host molto gentile e veloce nel rispondere.

L’appartamento è un monolocale posto in una posizione centralissima, molto luminoso e pulito.

L’appartamento è dotato di Self Checkin il che, da un lato è stato molto comodo ma dall’altra parte non hai la possibilità di avere alcun tipo di informazione es la presenza di uno scaldabagno anziché caldaia, dove parcheggiare. Ristoranti ecc ecc. Consiglierei al proprietario di mandare con le informazioni del Self Checkin qualche giorno prima dell’arrivo e con queste anche qualche suggerimento sulla città o sull’appartamento.

Großes 1 Zimmer Appartment mit Balkon, Küche und Bad

Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Zentrum. Zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Gute Betten. Kleiner Balkon. Reibungsloser check-in/out. Gekühltes Wasser als wir ankamen. Gut ausgestattet. Man kann auch mal kochen. Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach.

Keine Klimaanlage, daher sehr warm. Und aufgrund der Lage im Zentrum teilweise laut. Das muss man bedenken. Kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz ca. 8 Minuten entfernt (14€/Tag). Kostenfreier Parkplatz weiter entfernt und voll.

La struttura e vicino al centro e vicino al lago. L'appartamento piccolo ma accogliente in una zona tranquilla i letti comodi e il bagno spazioso manca il bidet ma per un paio di giorni ci si adatta. Gentili e cordiali i padroni Marco e sua moglie. Grazie Mauro e famiglia.

Sonno disturbato dagli schiamazzi in strada la sera/notte, dai mezzi di pulizia/raccolta spazzatura la mattina e dalla luce che filtrava perché non era presente la tapparella nella finestra della cucina, parcheggio e colazione non inclusi, appartamento al II piano senza ascensore (scale impegnative)
