The building is in a good location close to the downtown, 10min walking distance. Parking is available. The room we've got wasn't in the main building, it was in the backyard. But I can tell you it was a nice wooden structure appartment with a well maintained nice garden in front of it with flowers. It was spacious and comfortable. Beddings were clean and general cleanliness wan't an issue. There was a fridge in the room and worked well. Air-conditioner worked well. The batroom was clean too and spacious, so you can place you personal belongings. The breakfast was acceptably OK, - I'm not saying rich - however you have to ask for egg or sausages or for the salty things, but the sweet bakery selection was ok, and the coffee as well.

Unfortunately the restaurant below is closed, due to low level of guests. (Gives place for the breakfast.) As a general impression I have the feeling that the guest-house is also close to be finish/close or prior/concidered to sell. However it is in a good condition, clean. So not run-down, nor in poor condition at all. Price... well... high! Too high for the value. And this makes me think again to the low level of guests... Take care that the reception desk is not available in full time, so better to get them contacted way in advance about your expected arrival, to don't be disappointed to find that they aren't there when you arrive. ((Just as a reference in Sirmione we've booked way cheaper a room which was full extra, with swimming pool on top of the hotel, and excellent/unbeatable continental breakfast incl., with bikes/rollers available as well. Located in a clean, rich and so nice area. It was way over to my expectations.))

The chalet had a funny smell and wasn’t the cleanest

The location was pretty central which was nice. The breakfast was ok, mostly just yogurt and granola. There was a significant lack of fruit and fresh produce which was disappointing.

Our room was very dark and our view from our window was this closed in deck thing. It was impossible to get sunlight in our room at any time so it ended up feeling like a dungeon.
