Great place, but cleanliness lacked a bit

Location and breakfast were great! Staff were very agile and helpful.

For the price that we paid, I was overall disappointed with our experience due to the room.

The location was pretty central which was nice. The breakfast was ok, mostly just yogurt and granola. There was a significant lack of fruit and fresh produce which was disappointing.

Our room was very dark and our view from our window was this closed in deck thing. It was impossible to get sunlight in our room at any time so it ended up feeling like a dungeon.

Superb

Best thing about the hotel for me was the breakfast (don't forget to ask them to prepare eggs or a plate of meats for you). Excellent location, clean and convenient room, but there are no elevators. The staff was kind and helpful, though reception is closed throughout the day, perhaps it was because I was there off season (end of March). I mainly needed them for information, but there is a great tourist information spot nearby. It is close to Riva's main streets.

Amazing value for money and great location

Amazing value for money and great location just at the corner of Riva city centre. Small and simple room, but it was very clean and cosy. Breakfast was great, more variety than expected. Free parking is 10 min away on foot, but also affordable parking is possible at the hotel garage. All in all, we had a great time at Antiche Mura and can warmly recommend it.

The location is excellent and the place is clean.

The room was very small with no window. It had a tiny bathroom and the mentioned parking has an extra payment of 10 euro ( that's a fair price, but better to mention it in the description).

Very good

Parking was available and we had a place to stop to take the parking keys. The hotel is very close to the touristic part of Riva del Garda so easy to just walk around and even if you want a ferry to one of the towns you don't have a long walk. The staff were very kind and generous. The room was good and fairly comfortable. I would definitely recommend that you book a table at the hotel's restaurant, it's very good and well priced for what you get. Breakfast was very good!!

The room didn't have AC (which we knew) and did get warm. There is a ceiling fan but if you suffer from heat at night it may be a problem. Shower a bit small but enough.

The hotel location is very convenient to reach downtown and lake beach. The staff is quite attentive and professional.

Ideal location and the cabin was fantastic for a family of four.

The cabin we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. There was a separate bedroom with ensuite shower and the lounge area had a large sofa bed for the children to sleep in. The small seating area outside the cabin was a lovely addition as it meant we could sit there with a drink from the bar while the children got to sleep! Although we didn't use it there is kitchenette area which appeared well equipped. Breakfast was very nice too and the parking was very secure (the clearence was well over 2m).

Nothing we didn't like. We would happily return.

Very friendly staff. Cosy, clean and lovely stay. the water heater and the microvave in the stairway where great for some tea or to worm up babyfood. Close to waterfont.

A very cozy and sweet place, good value for money.

The staff was very nice, the room was warm and in order. They even managed to put up a cute Christmas tree in a small lobby. There was a tea corner in the corridor to help yourselves in the evening, for example, what we actually did. Even though I didn’t request a crib for a child it was still in the room, so it was a very sweet gesture.

The disadvantage I noticed is that there was some hair in our shower cabin, when we arrived. The walls are not noise isolating so you can here your neighbors. But I already read it in the reviews so I was ready and it didn’t bother us much.
