Residence Segattini is a perfect combination of class and comfort. The apartments, the garden and other ammenities are very clean and arranged in a classy Italian style. The owners are extremely welcoming and detailed oriented which makes the whole experience truly exquisite.

Italian charming Residence with a great view

Christiano and his team are very welcoming and nice, always available. The Residence is very charming, well maintained. The room was clean. The location is breathtaking with a view on the mountain. Christiano and his team had great recommandations about restaurants near by. We enjoyed staying at the Residence and loved our trip to Italy thanks to them !

The bathroom is quite simple and the shower in our room was smaller than expected. Our room was on the main floor and we had to regularly close the curtains to avoid being overlooked by the other guests.

It was perfect choice to me.

Beautiful place highly recommended for family vacations but also for couples. I appreciate true Italian style accompanied by outstanding mountain views and beautiful plants. Very tidy, well-kept area. Free bicycles, morning bread service, palms, clean swimming pool and sun beds for all guests. Nothing to add more:-)

Fantastic venue and great hosts - ideal for families, or a relaxing holiday.

Travelled with extended family for a holiday. Cristiano and his team were fantastic hosts - thoughtful, friendly and helpful. The flats are well equipped, the wifi worked well and facilities were great. We enjoyed swimming, and booking the tennis courts was simple and easy to do. There are also bikes to borrow for free to explore and reach the lake side. You can order the delivery of fresh bread rolls for the morning, there is free parking and there are a selection of drinks and snacks to purchase. There is a small supermarket and food outlets within walking distance, (10 mins) as well as some spectacular waterfalls and a yummy ice cream shop around 15 mins walk. Within a short drive there are a couple of bigger supermarkets. The lake is a bit further by foot - around 40 mins along a lovely cycle and footpath but a great walk (and if you borrow a bike its much quicker). It was a great venue and ideal for families (we had young teens with us) - we had a fun time and hope to return. Dont be put off by it being slightly further from the lakeside - the walk is lovely and Cristiano and the team are amazing!

We asked for earlier check-in as we were driving during night - there was no problem for Cristiano to agree for that as room was free - it was also free of charge!

Incredible how our stay is

I personally would like to thank Mr. Cristiano and his team for making our stay as comfortable as possible, the amount of extra miles we received it was incredible, the apartment was super clean and tidy, i highly recommend it for you guys .

Loved the communal spaces, the pool, table tennis, tennis, bar etc. Lovely hosts. Great to be able to use the bikes free of charge. Great location with wonderful views. Spacious living area.

Being near the road was a bit noisy in the morning at rush hour but other rooms facing away from the road would be quieter.

Nice holiday in Residence Segattini

So beautiful views to the mountains from the balcony and the pool. The hospitality of the staff was so warm and nice and they made sure that everything is Ok for you. Everything, the hotel, the apartment and the pool area was very nice and clean. We definitely would like to come back here someday.

Very nice place

Cristiano and his wife are fantastic and very helpful, trustful and enthusiastic. Free bikes, free tabletennis, free tennis court access and all very well organized. Not crowded in or around the pool despite all appartments were full. Very nice and clean poolarea. Nice location to bike path to Riva.

The Segattini residence is located close to a road with some traffic. The appartment we had,had the windows towards that road which was a bit noisy during evenings/nights. The other appartments seems to be better located. Furthermore our appartment did not have a balcony but reserved tables in public area.

Perfect location for families!

hosts very friendly and flexible, very safe for children, perfect stay for families, good comfortable rooms and kitchen, very clean area and friendly cleaning staff, very nice swimming pool, you can play tenis, rent bikes, use laundry and order bread to be delivered every morning to your door :-)

very noisy motor cycles in the evening made a sleep with open windows not possible :-/

Es war ein toller Urlaub, mit einem sehr freundlichem Gastgeber ! Die ganze Anlage ist in einem Top Zustand und sehr sehr sauber ! Wir haben unerwartet ein klasse Apartment mit Terrasse und wundervollem Blick auf die Berge erhalten. Alles war unkompliziert, und hat hervorragend geklappt. Ein Highlight am Gardasee

Die Anlage ist in einem perfekt gepflegten Zustand , die Appartments sind geräumig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Vom Tennisplatz bis Swimmingpool ist alles vorhanden und man fühlt sich überaus wohl

Przepiękne miejsce,wspaniali właściciele,bardzo pomocni,kulturalni,uśmiechnięci.Bardzo czysty apartament,klimatyzacja,kuchnia wyposażona we wszystko ,żeby przygotować posiłki.Basen codziennie czyszczony,przepięknie usytuowany pośród tropikalnych roślin.Roślinność wokół rezydencji wypielęgnowana,co dziennie rano nawadniana.Wspaniale miejsce dla relaksu ciała i duszy.Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu w rezydencji Segattini.

Wundervoller Urlaub

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt und möchten Christiano danken. Unser Apartment mit zwei Zimmern war geräumig, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die kleine Terrasse davor lud zum Verweilen ein. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und wunderschön bepflanzt, der Pool ist groß und wird jeden Tag gereinigt, Liegen sind immer ausreichend vorhanden gewesen. Für die Kinder waren der Kinderpool, das Trampolin und die Tischtennisplatte ein Highlight. Toll ist auch die Möglichkeit kostenfrei Citybikes mit Kindersitz auszuleihen, mit diesen ist man über einen schönen Radweg in 5-10 Minuten am See. Der Brötchenservice funktioniert super und an der Rezeption gibt es leckeren Latte Macchiato usw., also das Frühstück ist gesichert. Supermärkte sind 5 Autominuten entfernt. Auf Empfehlung von Christiano waren wir abends bei „Rolly“ essen - super lecker und ein guter Tipp. Die gesamte Gegend um Riva ist einfach traumhaft schön und wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Vielen Dank für diesen unvergesslichen Urlaub.

Krásné a pohodlné ubytování

Velmi pěkné ubytování, vše čisté, velmi vkusně zařízené, bazén i kurty skvělé, nemůžeme nic velmi milému pánovi, který nás ubytoval vytknout, snad agresivní komáry, za které on opravdu nemůže. 🙂

Vakantie oase met prima voorzieningen in een drukke maar prachtige omgeving.

Recsidence Segatinni is een soort oase middenin het toerisme geweld van het Gardameer. Zwembad, gebouwen, subtropische tuin( uitstekend onderhouden )en natuurlijk de tennisbaan. Eigenaar is toegewijd en punctueel. Uitzicht op de bergen is erg fraai. Afstand tot de stranden / centrum ongeveer 2,5 km. Korte rit met de auto..goed te doen met de gratis beschikbare fiets ( terugweg een beetje klimmen). Prima appartementen en faciliteiten voor als je niet in de drukte van Riva zelf wil zitten. Er is in deze regio genoeg te doen. Geheime tip : lago di ledro..zeker bij warme dagen.

Buitenstoelen zijn wat spartaans.(gietijzer)
