Don't waste time looking for a better place - you have everything here

Great place, great host and his team. Very clean, great pool, bike storage with e-bike charging. Very good location for bike trips, quiet and peaceful. A 3-km bike path to the lake. An added bonus is the ability to order bread for breakfast, which will be waiting at your door in the morning – top! The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, and the bed is very comfortable. Nothing to complain about. I have to go back. Thank you, Cristiano!

Location was great - fantastic views from balcony and swimming pool area. Very easy access to Riva del Garda centre.

Excellent

This place is perfect for an active holiday. We could use the swimming pool, tennis court, table tennis, city bikes - all for free. The apartment has everything you need and is very clean. All things are very high quality. Cristiano is the best host, he is helpful all the time :)

Lovely stay. The owner - sir Cristiano is so charmful, helpful and comunicative that from the very begining we felt comfortable and relaxed. The place is clean and surrounded with greenyards. Bikes for free, swimming pool, tennis court - great things to use and have fun. Definately reccomended. I will surely come back to spend some more days.

Not to criticise, but to improve. It would be nice to have some salt & pepper, tea & coffee and definately a sponge with some dishwashing liguid. So cosy apartmant should be equiped with such (not very expensive) things.

Just a stunning place.

Cristiano and team were absolutely amazing! They made you feel like you were the only guests there and had their undivided attention. They couldn't do enough for us. The room and facilities were clean and at a very high standard. So much so, we have booked again for next year.

The only negatives for us, was hot water taking time to come through and having to buy essentials for just 10 days: soap, oil, salt and pepper, washing up liquid etc. This wasn't a massive issue, but most was then left over. However, I can imagine most guests drive and possibly bring their own.

Very nice staff. We were always welcomed, were ready to help with all questions. Free on-site parking. A bit far from the city center, but can be reached on foot, by car or by bicycle there is no problem getting there. The room is clean and big. We had 2 floors, large balcony and beautiful view of mountains. Upon arrival a bottle of wine was waiting as a gift. For breakfast you can order croissants in your room, at the reception you can buy coffee, all for a nominal price. In general, I liked everything.

Accommodation was amazing-clean room, facilities, beautiful mountain views, good coffee and very nice staff. To Riva del Garda and Arco on foot 30 minutes, by bike 15 minutes. Great place for the vacation days!

Herbsturlaub am Gardasee

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich aufgenommen. Es war immer jemand ansprechbar. Das Haus bot eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Unsere Wohnung im Erdgeschoss hatte einen schönen Ausblick auf den Garten. Es war alles sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage war gut, wir haben von dort aus sehr viel zu Fuß erkundet.

Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden, außer, dass der Urlaub zu kurz war😀.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub hier! Ein besonderes Highlight waren der Brötchenservice und die kostenlosen Leihfahrräder! Waschen war in der Unterkunft möglich. Tolle Außenanlage mit Pool, Tennis und Tischtennisplatz.

Fantastyczne miejsce na dłuższy pobyt z bardzo dobrą bazą i przemiłym włascicielem.

Pięknie połozona Rezydencja ze starannie zadbaną egzotyczną zielenią wokół. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia, duże przestronne tarasy. Możliwość zamówienia świeżego pieczywa do pokoju oraz zakupienia napojów i kawy przy recepcji. Dobrze wyposażona i zamykana rowerowania. Możliwośc bezpłatnego skorzystania z rowerów, czysty basen. Przede wszystkim bardzo miły i pomocny własciciel.Dodatkowym atutem jest możliwość przyjazdu z psem.

Nieco ruchliwa ulica nieopodal Rezydencji ,z której dobiegały odgłosy samochodów. Nie był to jednak uciazliwy hałas.

Traumurlaub!

Wunderschön gestaltete kleine Urlaubsanlage. Großzügiger Pool mit ausreichend Liegen, gepflegte Wiese mit Spielgeräten für die Kleinen. Außerdem gibt es einen Tennisplatz mit Flutlicht, einen Tischtennistisch - Schläger und Bälle sind vorhanden. Kostenlose Leihräder sind auch vorhanden. E-MTB und andere E-Bikes können gegen Gebühr geliehen werden. Zur Ortsmitte von Varone sind es nur wenige Gehminuten.

Det er så fint et hotel med fine lejligheder. Særligt den store balkon med smuk udsigt. Dejligt sted med børn. Området er skønt til gå - og cykel ture. En fin tur ned til riva del garda via en sti. Gode spisemuligheder nærved hotellet. La Berlera - Rolly - Athos. 2 år i træk vi er her. Stor gæstfrihed. Skal jeg til området igen vil jeg ikke tøve med at booke for 3. gang.

Virkelig skønt, pænt og rent sted.

Virkelig dejligt sted og altid pænt og rent overalt alt. Værelset var meget rent og velholdt. Mulighed for at spille tennis og låne cykler gratis. Poolen var skøn og meget ren. Altid frie liggestole. Christiano er altid obs på at stedet ser pænt og rent ud og spørger ofte ind til om alt er okay. Man føler sig virkelig velkommen på stedet.

Der er ikke nogen opvaskemaskine i lejligheden og køkkenet er ret lille. Spisebordet på terrassen er lille til 5 personer, men det kan fungere. Trappen til 1. Sal knirker meget, så dem der sover øverst vækker hele familien når de skal op om natten. Men alt i alt er det sekundært. Jeg kan kun anbefale dette sted.

Lokalizacja obiektu oraz teren wokół zasługują na 10 gwiazdek. Pięknie, czysto, zielono. Wspaniałe miejsce dla ceniących piękne widoki. Widok z tarasu zachwycający . Bliska odległość wielu ścieżek rowerowych, kort tenisowy , basen - sprawiają, że nie ma czasu na nudę. Właściciel zawsze chętny do pomocy, dba o gości i otoczenie. Rowery bez dodatkowej opłaty dostępne w obiekcie. Parking na samochód przy posesji oraz zamykany garaż na własne rowery.

Saubere und seh schöne Unterkunft

Super schöne, geräumige und saubere Unterkunft. Anlage ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und sauber. Küchenausstattung sehr umfangreich. Cristiano ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben diese Unterkunft beteirw schon zum dritten Mal gebucht und fühlten uns jedes Mal sehr wohl! Der Pool und der dazugehörige Außenbereich ist wunderschön. Es gibt sogar einen kleinen Spielplatz direkt am Pool. Wir kommen wieder!

Gelebte Gastfreundschaft

Angefangen hat es mit dem sehr herzlichen Empfang von Cristiano am Anreisetag. Er hat sich Zeit genommen, um alles zu erklären und bereits Tipps für's Abendessen gegeben. Sehr schöne Unterkunft an guter Lage (nicht direkt im Zentrum von Riva del Garda). Sehr gut ausgestattete Appartements und Frühstückslieferservice (auf Vorbestellung). Cristiano und sein Team sind wirklich mit viel Herzblut dabei und um das Wohl ihrer Gäste besorgt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, und kommen gerne wieder. Grazie a tutti!

Piacevolissimo soggiorno in riva al lago

L'appartamento spazioso, comodo e pulitissimo con bella terrazza e Vista sugli splendidi monti. La cortesia dei proprietari che ci hanno coccolato e fatto sentire a casa. La presenza utilissima di giochi nel parco della struttura, come altalene, ping pong e trampolino, per chi come noi ha dei bambini. Piscina impeccabile così come gli spazi esterni, presenza di campo da tennis. La possibilità di noleggio gratuito delle bici, e per chi vuole di ordinare pane fresco o croissant la mattina per colazione. Tutte piccole attenzioni che fanno sentire l'ospite veramente coccolato. La zona è assolutamente tranquilla e silenziosa, e vicinissima a Riva, raggiungibile in meno di 10 minuti d'auto

Filiżanka kawy i kieliszek wina smakują tu dużo lepiej☕️🍷⛰️ Obiekt świetnie dostosowany do rowerzystów - garaż do przechowywania rowerów z małym warsztatem i możliwością ich wyczyszczenia. Cicha i spokojna okolica. Czysty i wygodny do pływania basen. I przemiły gospodarz Cristiano, który dba o to, by to miejsce było tak piękne i czyste.

Wspaniała lokalizacja obiektu i atrakcje jakie są na jego terenie sprawiają, że nie ma mowy o nudzie. Basen, kort tenisowy, mini plac zabaw, trampolina a przede wszystkim możliwość wypożyczenia rowerów manualnych całkowicie bezpłatnie. Przemiły, pomocny właściciel. Obejście bardzo zadbane. Sehr Sauber und sehr geplegte Wohnung und Aussenanlagen . Toller Poolbereich . Fahrräder Kostenlos zum Ausleiehen . Christiano und seine Familie waren sehr Nett , und hatten bei Fragen immer Zeit für die Gäste . Wünsche wurden sofort Erfüllt . War ein toller Urlaub , wir werden wieder kommen .

Sehr schöne Anlage zum Wohlfühlen

Die Anlage ist super schön und der Ausblick auf die Berge genial. Die Lage ist für uns top. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell in Arco oder Riva del Garda. Den Pool haben wir gerne genutzt. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz steht immer zur Verfügung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nicht weit entfernt. Der Gastgeber ist immer nett und zuvorkommend. Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal da und kommen gerne wieder.

Der Fahrradkeller ist für E-Bikes nicht so komfortabel. Das schwere Bike muss runter und wieder hoch getragen werden. Eine Rampe wäre gut oder ein separater Platz auf dem Gelände (zum Beispiel bei den Ladestationen).
