The price: it was 127 euros for one night for 5 people

On booking they say the parking is included. But you have to reserve it and it costs 12 euros per day! You’d better go to the Monte Oro parking, instead. They ask you to take out the trash, and some spots in the house were not that clean. If you consider that the cleaning cost they charge per booking is 60 euros, this is not a good service. The location is very different from the pictures: they have many houses, and they probably selected the best spots, but they definitely have nothing to do with the house we ended up in (it’s called Rosa). I spent the night in a room that resembled a prison cell. Last but not least, we could hear every single word of the people living next door.

Unfortunately we wasn't able to sleep well as the neighbors upstairs are having a party until 1 am.chairs being moved,their voices,laughter their noise.In the room as we are 3 near the window they don't have "persiani/taparella" so it was cold during the night.

The location of the apartment was excellent — very convenient and close to everything, which made our stay much easier and more comfortable 🌟

The place was nice, but the noise from the cars was a bit disturbing, the parking spots were slightly far, and the apartment’s furniture was a bit old.

Poor facilties. No tea, coffee or water provided. Kettle lead to short to reach the worktop. Bathroom lighting poor.

You can hear everyone from outside. We are basically every sound, talks from our neighbors next door. This wasn’t very comfy.

Location was perfect for walks and exploring Riva Del Garda. Rooms with large and twin beds was very comfrotable and spacious.

We boked an apartment for 5 adults with supposedly one bedroom with double + single bed, one room with twin beds and sofa bed in living/kitchen area which we did not intend to use for sleeping but as living area. We arrived with only one double bed and 2 single beds available and no sleeping options for 5th person (although as I said, it was booked for 5 adults and room layout was said on my booking). Upon contacting property they offered for somebody to stay elsewhere which we did not want to do, as it was a family trip to spend time together. So we ended up getting bedding for sofa bed from other place, but that sofa bed was not sleepable, it was just awful. It was half broken, you could not even sit down on one side and it was creaking and squeking on every move. And it meant no living space for us as somebody was ultimately sleeping in the kitchen. We were told issue will be adressed next day and it is only for one night, but nobody came out so it was left like that for duration of stay. If you are planning on using kitchen, there are some things available, plenty of mugs and plates and bowls, but no kettle or frying pan which we deemed essential to make quick meals during our stay. We were boiling water for tea in pot, not very convenient. Recycling is confusing too, no isntructions provided apart from card to acess recycling are which is 2min down the street. But no bins or bin bags provided in property to organise the waste. Again, we were told it will be brouht to us, but did not happen during our stay. Wander down the bin area first to look what goes where before using single bin provided and then having to sort through it.

Perfect location . Shops, restaurants and lake are just few minutes away by foot. Big enough apartment, very clean. Easy check-in was a nice bonus.

There wasn’t kettle or electric kettle in the apartment and no frying pan too.
