The only positive thing is it’s location and the AC

No coffee or tea in room , parking is a struggle, , no fridge, no help with luggage, elevator too small and sometimes doesn’t go down , furniture is old

Staff of the hotel was lovely & helpful, breakfast was good. There was no window with great view but air conditioning was working as expected and room was quite sound proof.

There was no staff at the reception all the time but I learned to ask at hotel restaurant for someone to come to the reception desk.

Amazing hotel and beautiful scenery in Riva del Garda.

Breakfast was amazing and so was the staff (always with a smile on their faces). Fresh fruit, cold slices of meat, yoghurt, musli, bread, pancakes, scrambled eggs and bacon, pastries...

The pillows was a bit hard and thin. But the rooms as a whole was great. Fresh and clean.

Great location around many restaurants

Amazing breakfast, great location right in the centre of Riva del Garda. Around the hotel are a few lovely restaurants and bars (as well as their own restaurant) - much better quality than the ones right at the lake. Very spacious room, beds are on the hard side and pillows rather thin. Other than that it was a lovely stay.

Hotel situato nel centro storico di Riva d.g. per apprezzare in pieno e a piedi la bellezza di questa cittadina in riva al lago di Garda specialmente nel periodo natalizio.La struttura dispone di belle camere confortevoli e pulite servite da ascensore, in più al piano strada c'è l'ottimo ristorante di proprietà dove la mattina si fa una colazione veramente completa di tutto, specialmente le ottime torte strudel e paste di vari tipi non mancano affettati salumi ecc.Una nota di merito anche per il ristorante pizzeria dove si pranza e si cena ottimamente,in questi giorni natalizi ,nonostante la grande affluenza di turisti e clienti,il servizio ai tavoli e sempre stato veloce e puntuale.La zona dove è situato l'hotel è ztl ma a 5 minuti a piedi c'è il parcheggio multipiano monte oro per parcheggiare l'auto a prezzi onesti.

Per quanto mi riguarda è andato tutto bene.

Albergo consigliatissimo a tutti

Tutto veramente,dalla posizione,in centro zona pedonale, a 200mt parcheggio al coperto a pagamento. La camera perfetta,calda , letto grande e confortevole,ma soprattutto pulitissima e silenziosa. Colazione super, e trovare le fragole a colazione è veramente eccezionale. Lo staff gentilissimo e accorto alle esigenze del cliente.

La camera.. la posizione.. la vista dalla stanza.. tutte cose molto positive

Abbiamo sostato solo una notte quindi non abbiamo molti elementi per giudicare.. l'unica cosa negativa che possiamo dire è l'assenza di personale alla reception perche occupati in sala.. abbiamo sempre cercato noi qualcuno. Ma è proprio un cercare l'ago nel pagliaio

War ganz ok, ich würde auf jeden Fall nochmal hingehen und dem Hotel eine zweite Chance geben.

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und gut zu erreichen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war mit Torten, Muffins, Marmelade ecc. gut bestückt. Aufschnitt und Käse waren nicht ausreichend vorhanden, wurden aber auf Nachfrage stehts nachgereicht. Ich hätte mir vielleicht noch Rührei, Frischkäse u.ä. gewünscht,

Wir hatten leider Gäste im Stock darüber, die hyperaktive Kinder hatten, welche am Sonntag um 7 Uhr morgens anfingen, Möbel zu verrücken und von den Tischen und Schränken zu springen. Wir haben dies den Mitarbeitern gemeldet (die natürlich nichts dafür konnten), die haben gemeint, sie wüssten schon um welche Gäste es sich handelt... Sie meinten, sie würden Gäste mit Kindern normalerweise nicht über anderen Zimmern buchen, aber es ging sich nicht anders aus. Finde ich Ende September bei einer sehr entspannten Buchungslage seltsam und hat mir natürlich nicht geholfen, entspannt in den Sonntag zu starten...

Bed&Food hat uns überzeugt. Handtuchwechsel und Bettenmachen immer sehr gut. Terrasse bei Zimmer 103 sehr angenehm.

Obwohl für das Badezimmer ein Hocker in der Rezeption zugesagt war, passierte nichts. Ältere Menschen möchten beim Zähneputzen und Rasieren gerne sitzen. Terrasse abends sehr unruhig. Frühstück war O.K., Eier wenn überhaupt nur hart gekocht. Aufschnitt ohne größere Auswahl.

Staff je zelo prijazen, čistoča odlična. lokacija v mestnem jedru, dober kapučin in dobro pecivo za zajtrk. V stari zgodovinski hiši tik pri nekdanji cerkvi S.Jožefa, ki je danes vhod v mesto.

Świetne miejsce w dogodnej lokalizacji

Polecam. Obiekt świeżo po remoncie, łazienka w pokoju przestronna z dużym prysznicem i oknem. Codzienne sprzątanie. Śniadania z lokalnymi wędlinami i serami (co we Włoszech bywa rzadkie) oraz serwowaną kawą. Obsługa bardzo uprzejma i pozytywna. Na dole restauracja z przepyszną kuchnią włoską i alpejską. Samo miasteczko bardzo spokojne i bezpieczne, ale i świetnie skomunikowane, bo są dostępne autobusy i promy.

Jedynym minusem obiektu może być brak parkingu, ale mieści się praktycznie na starówce, co samo w sobie jest ogromnym plusem. Dla niektórych niedogodnością może być brak lodówki w pokoju - nam nie przeszkadzał.

Tornati per la seconda volta, una garanzia!

Posizione centrale ma tranquilla, struttura nuova e pulita, colazione eccellente, ottimo ristorante. Ci eravamo già venuti qualche anno fa e siamo tornati. Sicuramente torneremo ancora

Frühstück außergewöhnlich gut, besonders erwähnenswert die frischen Früchten. Außerdem konnte man super draußen sitzen beim Frühstück. Lage perfekt, alles schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen und schöne Sitzmöglichkeiten ruhig ohne Verkehr draußen. Trotz Lage in der belebten Altstadt waren die Zimmer sehr ruhig. Würden sofort wieder kommen.

Eine kleine Anmerkung, wäre leicht zu beheben und würde das Komfortbefinden erheblich steigern. Im Zimmer und Bad gab es leider keine Hacken um irgend etwas aufzuhängen.
