Nice location with friendly staff

Excellent location with direct access to the old town. Big enough rooms. Breakfast buffet overwhelming. Nice staff.

Partially worn out, however clean. Pool not open anymore in mid October was a slight disappointment to kids, swimming in lake garda made it easier for them.

Great location with exit straight into the old town near bars and restaurants. Friendly staff. Pool area looked lovely but didn’t have enough time to use as only staying one night.

Excellent place to explore Riva, wish we had planned to stay longer.

Amazing location and property. Very clean and very nice helpful staff. Lovely pool and hot tub! There is a cool side entrance from the hotel That opens directly to the old town. We had the apartment which was very spacious and comfortable for 4 friends. Was surprisingly quiet at night given how close it is to the city center. Had a lovely sleep! We rented e-bikes from the hotel to explore the Strada Ponale which was very close. Excellent value for the price!

Fabulous apartment just close to the pool. Walked out the door to the right and doors opened to Riva centre. Great breakfast lots of choice with good coffee and super excellent service. Family owners couldn’t do enough they were brilliant so helpful with everything. Bike hire and paddle boards on site. Can’t wait to return 😁

The location is fantastic with such easy access into the old town. Surprisingly quiet and relaxing!

It was a bit cramped for the five of us up in the attic, but we still had a really good time!

Great hotel & apartment in centre of Riva

This fab hotel with apartments is right close to the centre of Riva del Garda. We stayed in an apartment which was well equipped with small kitchen and hob to cook on and fridge plus basic cooking utensils. Air conditioning was a godsend. Clean, modern bathroom. Nice pool area, and the little spa with 2 saunas (wet and dry), waterbed and hot tub was fun to try out. The back (pedestrian only) exit door takes you right into the old town of Riva del Garda. This was really useful. Staff were friendly and helpful the few times I needed help with a few things.

Parking was a bind as it's very, very limited at hotel, so you really need to plan to park in car park opposite or find somewhere else but there's nowhere free close by.

Ok for a night but would not repeat

Great location to explore the center

The property is right next to the main road, the pool in fact is overlooking it - so it is not beautiful nor relaxing because of the noise. No coffee/water in the room. The whole apartment felt small and claustrophobic.

Exceptional

Great location, really nice and well organized swimming and relax area, good breakfast. You can access Old Town directly from the patio/garden. And all the People working in the Hotel are very kind

Having option to keep your mind free and having option to park itself is great, but if couple of big vans are parked there, handling is much more difficult. Bad luck if something like that happens at departure when you are tight with your travel plans

A magical stay that our children will never forget

We were completely charmed by Casa Canarino. A very short walk from the ferry dock, walking through narrow cobbled streets, arriving at the door of the building which opened into a tunnel leading into a sheltered garden with a pool was just magical because it was so unexpected. There is even a pet rabbit in the garden. Apartment was lovely and cool and faced onto the streets below. The location was exceptional.

nice pool but it’s not worm, nice breakfast (12€ per day), friendly staff

no black curtains in the apartment, too much light impossibile to sleep, too many extra some not very clear (I.e beach towels), then the parking, breakfast… better to spend an higher price with all included then having the illusion to book something cheap that it’s not

Location is amazing - Just in the old town. Parking on site at 10€ for day is great (but need to make reservation ahead). Great value for money. Receptionist was very nice.

Disappointing

The breakfast

Apartment no. 50 where we stayed has no bathroom in the room( no one mentionated this when we make the booking ) . You had to get out of the room and the bathroom was in the hallway. I mention that I was with a baby ( 9 month old). there is an old building and a new building, the 4 stars of the hotel are for the new building. We will definitely not come back again !

The location was perfect. Within a few minutes walk of everything! Stunning building, apartment and pool. Everything that we needed was included. Beds and bedding were so comfy!

The location was great, it was so nice walking out and being in the old town part of Riva del Garda. The apartment was a perfect size for our family. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels.

There is mold in the bathroom (on the wall and on the shower head) and the mattresses were not comfortable.

Great location: front entrance on the main street leading out of town with a back door that exits right into the pedestrian zone of Riva del Garda. We checked in late but they were very accommodating. They also allowed us to check out later than the agreed upon time.

Emplacement parfait, le reste est à revoir.

L’emplacement parfait ! Une porte à l’arrière vous donne accès directement à la rue du centre ville ! Appartement spacieux pour quatre.

Appartement très vétuste, jacuzzi inutilisable cassé, aucune prise dans la salle de bain, des interrupteurs cassé et donc pas de lumière dans certaines pièces, télé d’une des chambre qui ne marchait pas, odeur d’égout +++ à chaque passage à la douche ou au toilette, aucun volet nul part dans l’appartement donc réveillés tous les matins à 6h (avec 2 enfants c’était moyen) !

Bellissima location

Siamo stati piacevolmente sorprese dall'ottima posizione e dai servizi offerti. Appartamento bellissimo ben arredato e con tutti I comfort, sauna inclusa nonostante ci sia un centro benessere. Bellissima la location ed il passaggio che porta direttamente in centro a Riva. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Das Appartement war generell geräumig. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut bezüglich der absoluten Nähe zur Altstadt und dem direkten Ausgang dorthin. Hunde werden akzeptiert.

das 2. Schlafzimmer ist leider eher klein und insbesondere der Schrank war selbst für ein verlängertes Wochenende viel zu klein. Die Ausstattung ist insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen, die Handtücher teils schon zerschlissen, die Betten ziemlich durchgelegen. in der Sauna gibt es kaum Handtücher. In unserem Badezimmer war in der Dusche Schimmel an der Decke. Der Fitnessraum ist lächerlich klein und macht überhaupt keine Lust darin zu trainieren, die Sauna eher eine Gruft.. Die Leihfahrräder sind ein Witz..

Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che sia le federe dei cuscini che gli asciugamani NON erano affatto puliti. C' erano le macchie di bava di altre persone. Ma in compenso, nella loro cucina c'è tanto di cartello con scritto che se TU NON LAVI LE STOVIGLIE TI METTONO IN CONTO 25€. Allora io cosa dovrei dire o fare?! Anche voi non avete LAVATO A DOVERE LA BIANCHERIA però non ho avuto indietro 25€. Piuttosto di mettere cartelli (giusti eh in altre circostanze) fate meglio il bucato. Grazie
