Very friendly stuff. Nice location. Compareably cheap. We had a parking lot included.

We had two single beds placed beside each other. It's not very comfortable for a couple. One bed only was too small for both of us. There was no sign telling the room service not to come in. The breakfast was ok, but I would have expected it to be more "Italian", better coffee, etc. The air conditioning had no °C scale and quite a delay so it was hard not to have it too warm or too risky for getting sick ...

A very nice hotel to stay in Riva del Garda

All in all, this is a really nice hotel. It is conveniently located within walking distance to the city center. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Always concerned in maximising the customer's experience. The breakfast is a kill. Very nicely stocked buffet to start the day on the right side. Quite conveniently, it runs from 7:30 to 10:30, so pretty nice for early birds as well as for big sleepers. The property and rooms are neat and clean. I would certainly stay in that hotel the next time I am in beautiful Riva del Garda.

I was a little bit disappointed by the following: 1/ lighting of the room is a bit too low. only a LED ribbon on top of the bed 2/ ceiling in the bathroom (and in the shower) a little bit too low (but I'm 1.9 m tall) 3/ shower a little bit too narrow (looks like 60cm per side) 4/ parking lot might be crowded. you better come with a small car than a big suv. nonetheless this is still a big plus of the hotel from my point of view.

Maybe the parking facilities. Personally never had any problem as regards to find a parking lot however sometimes I found it quite difficult to manouver the car in limited space.

We stayed for a week and it was great, it’s a family owned property which means the benefit of them really caring about your stay, everyone was very accommodating with all our requests. Location is amazing. Definitely recommend staying here!

This was my second stay in this hotel and again it was a perfect one. I chose it because of great location, few minutes walk from the center, great breakfasts and very kind and helpful owners. Breakfasts are very tasty with a variety of products. Separate story is coffe served for breakfasts, which quality is comparable to served in restaurants, if kot higher. Rooms are spacoius with a modern furniture. Villa Maria will be my first choice for stay when I visit Riva del Garda again.

Disappointing

Staff is really friendly.

The air condition did not work at all, we weren’t told of this beforehand and only found out at night time when we came back. We had to sleep with the open door and the street was very noisy, it felt like the cars are driving through the room. There also was no ventilation in the bath room and no deodorant. After showering the bathroom was humid for ages and opening the door made the air inside the main room even worse. Sorry but I cannot recommend this accommodation. I was here two years ago but I will never stay here again, there are better options.

Very nice family-run hotel located just few minutes walk from Riva old town. The room was very clean as well as the whole hotel. Great breakfast, everything was high quality, fresh, tasty and served with true Italian cappuccino. But all of these is not surprise considering the very kind owner, who is really care about comfort of his guests.
