11/10 Great location, great room, great stuff. Room was perfectly clean, also had teapot and tea there. We had everything we needed. Just a couple minutes to the lake. Breakfast included, was almost luxurious, which was also a pleasant surprise.

Booking description said my room had a bath tub but it didn’t i was sick and that was the only reason i took this room -to have a private bath. The window of the bathrolm didn’t close and the room was cold and when it rained it was raining inside the bathroom. The description also said the room was soundproof but the noise from the street kept me up at night

Just book a room... beautiful hotel and place

We got a welcome juice when we arrived to the hotel, was really refreshing in the hot weather. The receptionist was very kind and helpful, made quickly our check-in and did show the parking either. The room was very clean, big enough to all of us. The balcony had beautiful view. The hotel is very close to the beach and the restaurants, mall too. The hairdryer has USB port to charge your devices, very practical.

I came with car and I was in front of Hotel. Very fast came person from reception outside and she helped me to take Hotels own Parking place. Very, very good service! Eleven stars from ten!!! All "FAG:s" was in board in the elevator, check out time, breakfast time etc. Easy and simple, saving staffs time! Situation was perfect, only 250 meters from Lake Garda. Good restaurants and gelaterias very near. Buffet breakfast was very good and atmosphere was nice. Thank you!

Exceptional

Very attentive staff, we were a little late for the pre-arranged time. The girl at reception called us, waited for us and offered juice from the road - which was very nice. Parking is very convenient. The location is great, breakfast is good - would recommend a visit to this hotel.

The perfect overnight stop for travelling further into Italy.

The room is solid with some aged interior but very clean and comfortable. The balkony was quite spacious and had a gorgeous view on the lake and the mountains. We received a warm welcome and the lady at the reception was very polite and able to help us with all of our questions. The breakfast was quite well selected and the home made cake was a plus :) Parking was free! I am sure we will return, when we have to make a stop on another tour through Italy.

The elevator's safety "stop" on the door is not good - children won't be able to block it and might get hurt.

Nice hotel at 15 minutes walking from city center

The hotel is ideal for a short stay in Riva del Garda. It is located at approximately 15-20 minutes walking from the city center. There is also the possibility to take the local bus, which stops close to the hotel. However, there are plenty of restaurants near the hotel, as well. The staff was very helpful. We could leave our car in the hotel parking place even a couple of hours after check-out. There is a supermarket near the hotel (around 3 minutes walking).

The most welcoming staff

The staff is extremely nice. The rooms are spacious and tide with all that is needed. It’s very close to the lake, just few steps and you will get an amazing view. There is also a shopping mall just few minutes away.

It’s 20 walking minutes away from the center. But you would get an amazing lake view.

The hotel is near to the lake and the center (2-5 mins). Very good location. The young girl in the reception was very helpful and kindly. She helped with the parking, said ewerything from the hotel. Breakfast was INCREDIBLE! Ower 5 stars, with many cheese, italian speciality, hams, fruits etc. Thank You for all!

I had a room that faced the road, was a bit noisy but not the end of the world. This hotel is geared towards active guests so I assume they expect you're up early? Haha

The staff are very friendly and helpful, location is good, very close to the lake, and can easily access to the main street. The hotel has its reserved parking slot right in front of the hotel.

The facility is a bit old and we found spider web in the room.

Idyllic location and access to the lake for swimming was perfect

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast, the widest range of food we had in any of our 5 locations in Italy this year. The location of the hotel with the beach right behind it is stunning, wonderful place.

The grassed area around the beach had lots of dog poo in it and people were sunbathing amongst this. Not sure the hotel can do much but there were no dog bins or signs and it seemed to spoil what would have otherwise been perfection

Superb

Spacious, clean, quiet room. Great breakfast, friendly, helpful staff. 2 mins from the lake.. Bus 4 mins to Riva centre. Would stay there again.

All was brilliant. The only down side was the shower in our room which had no curtain so water flew everywhere unless you were extremely careful.
