A nice stay in a pleasant town.

A nice location, good breakfast and a nice restaurant. The staff were helpful and pleasant.

The wifi was poor, fine in the restaurant and reception area, but non existent in my room. The car park was a good 5 minute walk away.

The broken toilet seat .

Hi, I had Bad experience with Hotel Primo. In my room was broken toilet. but I booked my room almost three weeks ago. And they didn't even apologize for their fault. I asked for the room with same facilities but They don't care. They showed me the room with the least facilities. I have never had such experience in my life. I cancelled my reservation for the next day. they don't care. They need to learn how to treat with customers.

Excellent hotel on the shore of Lake Garda

The location was great, just on the lake shore (you could see the sun rise over the water from the balcony), and only a 2 minute walk from the old city center. The hotel was very clean, well maintained, beds comfortable and the staff friendly and professional. Not to forget the excellent breakfast. Highly recommended!

If I must say something here, it would be that the windows didn't reduce the traffic noise, but take in consideration that I am a very light sleeper 🙂

Adequate for a short stay en route to other destinations but not very comfortable for a longer vacation.

Located in walking distance of downtown along the beautiful Lake Garda area. The breakfast provided was very nice and had lots of options.

No unloading area or parking on site for our vehicle, had to carry the luggage from across the road. Parking was advertised as free but wasn’t available so had to pay for overnight parking at a local business.

Only the staff of the hotel was good.

Washroom was very small. Shower cabin was too small. No kettle for hot water. No tea or coffee in the room. Considering the price we paid, it was disappointing. Breakfast was very ordinary

Receptionist was very unprofessional person - when we arrived he was in other room on his mobile phone having personal pleasant conversation with someone and ignored us for a long few minutes even though he saw us, I made 2 times him a sigh to come over and he knew we were waiting for him. Their parking (actually it is free unsupervised public parking lot) is few blocks away and they never tell you this in the hotel description. so you have to park far away and then carry your bags bc there no space for temporary parking in front of hotel. Very poor quality unhealthy breakfast, not much of a choice to eat. Croissants supposed to be filled with crema but there was only small smudge of crema inside of it and old lady in restaurant made some kind of lame joke "put me in the jail now?". Bread buns weren't fresh and maybe 2 days old.

Everything was fine and perfect for that price point more than i expected, hotel was even less expensive than camping and still fine breakfast included

I think this has to to with booking, but every time i book two seperat beds most of the time we get one double bed. But the staff was so friendly and cave us a room with two single beds.

The location is convenient: close to the restaurants and the promenade.

Very small room, nowhere to put suitcases. The bathroom is too small, it is not comfortable to sit on the toilet, not to put your knees on the shower door. Badly cleaned and dirty. Noisy and bad smell. My husband had allergies from the blanket.
