Great location with delicious breakfast.

The location is great, just a few meters from the waterfront. The supermarket is really close. The breakfast is delicious and offers a good variety of options. Everything is clean, and the room service is excellent.

The room is quite small, and the glass door and walls for the toilet and bathroom are a bit strange, especially the glass door that doesn’t close tightly. Overall, the impression is good, however, one thing that left a negative impression happened after checkout. We left the room on time and asked if we could keep our car by the hotel entrance for just 20–30 minutes to visit a nearby shop before leaving. We were simply told that it wasn’t allowed, without any alternative options. We ended up parking for free at the nearby supermarket, which was fine, but it would have been helpful if the reception had suggested this or allowed a short stay. This small detail slightly affected the overall experience.

Enjoyable stay

Very modern comfortable hotel. Excellent rooms and breakfast with restaurant overlooking the Lake. Helpful staff. Sky bar was good for a drink in the evening although no shade in the daytime.

The loud music from the adjacent cafe all day and evening meant we didn’t use the balcony as much as we would have liked. A good 20 minute walk away from the town itself and the ferry port. The area in front of the hotel is actually public park area so no chairs etc available to sit by the Lake.

Beautiful hotel, rooms were spotlessly clean, perfect Location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was really lovely, had a beautiful meal our first evening and there was lots of choice at breakfast. Roof top jacuzzis and bar were very quiet and accessible. Incredible views!

Beautifully located hotel with comfortable lakeside rooms and good buffet breakfast.

Breakfast buffet was good and outdoor tables were pleasant place to eat. View of lake and lakeside park from our balcony was excellent. Enjoyed watching all the park activities and people. Room was comfortable and very clean. Hotel location was excellent, outside the congested center of Riva but walking distance to center on lakeside path

I loved this hotel and I will definitely recommend it. It might be a bit pricey for its size but the location is fantastic away from the noisy main streets and right in front of the beach. The view is amazing. It’s a nice 20 minutes walk to the city centre however the Main Street has all amenities including small shopping centres and variety restaurants and cafes. Staff are very polite and helpful and the room is spotless.

I would suggest that the breakfast could be enhanced with options like English breakfast and non pork sausages

Beautiful views, yummy food, great staff!

We had the terrace and I think it was the best view we had of the entirety of the lake! Truly the balcony alone made it worth it. The cleaning service was so tidy and quick, they even did our laundry and folded everything. The staff was extremely kind and the breakfast was awesome!

Great location, right on the lake with the sky bar offering exceptional views. Friendly and helpful staff throughout, great choice for breakfast from fresh orange juice and fresh fruit to cooked bacon and eggs.

Our room was quite small but that was more due to our choice of room as there was bigger ones on offer.

Spending another birthday there

We stayed at this hotel last autumn and were absolutely in love with the property, staff, service and of course views. This time we travelled as a group of 5 and stayed in a separate building, 30 sec away from the main one. Welcoming lady at the reception desk gave all the necessary instructions and checked us in swiftly. The weather was slightly windy so we ended up having dinner at the hotel restaurant. It was a great decision because food (pizzas and house wine) was splendid so was the ambiance. Summing it up, we highly recommend having a room in the main building if you travel as a couple because it’s more intimate and a bathroom is to die for. Also, make sure to have breakfast there. It reminds me of an endearing morning moment in a boulevard romance. You feel nothing but warm happiness inside. High quality fresh food, polite and accommodating staff and mesmerizing view of the meadowy riverfront. Please note, the separate building has a convenient parking. The main building has a spacious one but you will have to drive there and be picked up by the hotel staff and delivered back in no time. All good, just includes some moving around.

Beautiful view

The hotel is situated just by the lake and it's was really a deal breaking for me. Old city it's just a walk away and this walk is very beautiful. Apart of this it's a normal hotel. When booking be aware that there are two building - the apartment complex and the hotel itself. I would recommend to book in the hotel and not the apartments (stayed in both) - the rooms are much better the apparts.
