The location was perfect, even though the room was small it was comfortable and just right for myself and my husband. The breakfast was amazing & accommodating as I have various intolerances.

Nice location right on the lake. Short walk to the main part of town. Excellent breakfast.

Location was good. We were expecting it to be a little closer to main part of town. Parking was available right at the hotel. Great massage. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Shower was hot but a little small.

There were not enough plugs to use to charge phones and iPad. When you turned off electricity for room, the items could not charge. Hot tub was not warm enough. There were not enough hooks to hang wet towels and things.

The location was a short walk from the main centre. The check in was easy and staff were very friendly/helpful. The facilities at this place are the big selling point. The wellness centre was so relaxing and well worth taking advantage of after taking in local sights.

Excellent location, friendly staff and good breakfast.

Bed was too hard for us. No duvet cover, only a sheet between duvet and ourselves. The shower cubicle was too small and anyone slightly bigger in size would have difficulty getting in and out. Wellness area should have been limited to adults after 3PM however, due to lack of supervision it was heavily populated with children which resulted in us not being able to use it.
