Great base for exploring Lake Garda and Monte Brione

Good location — just a few minutes’ walk to the lake and to the starting point of the Monte Brione trail. About 30 minutes’ walk from the historical centre. Nice indoor pool and sauna. Outdoor pool looked also nice but we didn’t use it as we stayed in late October. Excellent breakfast with a good variety. Friendly and helpful staff.

Hotel mainly oriented towards large German tourist groups — the staff even spoke German to us by default. Room and some areas feel outdated and could use renovation.

Not worth the money

The room air conditioner was good

1- Parking is not as promised. If you arrive after 10 pm it is almost impossible to find a spot. Before that, you often need to double park and ask reception to create or free a space. 2- Reception hours are limited, which is very unusual for a hotel advertised as 4 stars. 3- Rooms are outdated and not 4-star quality, more like 3 stars or less. 4- The lobby feels more like a hospital reception than a hotel. 5- The balcony view was very disappointing, facing an empty property, which really was a waste for advertising that my room have a balcony. 6- Location is inconvenient, about a 20-minute walk or 8-minute drive to Riva del Garda town center.

No vegetables at breakfast. We decided to add dinner at the hotel for the price of 30€ plus drinks and unfortunately were very disappointed with the quality of the food.

Big room, nice balcony, lots of breakfast options. The outdoor pool seemed great, unfortunately we did not use it because of the weather. Sauna was decent.

Coffee was not great, unless you asked for it directly from staff, then they would bring a good cappuccino. Felt a little bit crowded everywhere. We couldn't use the inside pool because there were lots of kids jumping and screaming everywhere.

Location is superior, having balcony facing the nice view and see part of the leak was amazing.

I think it need some Renovation and upgrades It’s very classical. Maybe it needs some enhancements in pest-control

Relaxing and beauitiful

Hotel property was beautiful. Breakfast was excellent. Room had a deck overlooking pool. The location was ideal. Nightly music on the patio was wonderful. Our first time in Garda and we fell in love.

The front desk staff was helpful but didn't provide any hotel information (check in check out, pool hours, breakfast hours, dinner schedule) when we checked in so we had to ask for a lot of information during our stay. If you ask, they will help.

Location was good. It's near the beach. The majority of city restaurants are a bit further. Breakfast was also good. There were two chefs - one was baking pancakes, other was baking eggs/omelette. The variety of foods was satisfactory.

Wonderfull

fantastic location, beautiful surroundings - mountains, 5-minute walk to the lake, wonderful staff, helpful ladies at the reception, large swimming pool, delicious food - breakfast and dinner, everything you need. Lockable monitored room for bicycles, underground garage, playroom for children daily animations. we felt at home here :) we will definitely come back. See you !!!

A hotel that does it all & well. We were really impressed & had a wonderful 4 days with our children.

We loved everything. The hotel is a real winner in terms of cleanliness, good staff, great food, facilities and location. we were really impressed. the hotel appears a bit tired in parts, but it is absolutely spotlessly clean and has everything that you need. really great quality breakfast & lots of choice. we ate dinner once and it was the same quality. As a family of 4 with 2 small children, we really had a lovely time and would go back in the future. our children loved the pool.

A beautiful hotel has its own indoor and outdoor pool. The garden is beautiful and also has a children's area. In front of the hotel is also a beautiful, large terrace. Rooms and bathrooms were very good. Breakfast was perfect. Thank you for all.

Very good

Great breakfasts, delicious cheeses, and perfect bread. Hotel room spacious, beds with good quality mattresses comfy duvets and nice linen. Big bathroom with two washbasins, a bidet and a rainshower. All super clean, room service daily including changing all towels.

Breakfast: there was almost no fresh vegetables, juices were not natural - extremely sweet.

Beautiful hotel in a great location!

Although I had booked a single room, I was upgraded to a double at no extra cost. I had a balcony with a partial view of the lake. The hotel had plenty of parking. It was also within walking distance of the town center of Riva del Garda. The hotel had a nice garden and wellness center. Breakfast was delicious with good variety.

The hotel was well-heated for November. I could not figure out how to adjust the temperature. The room was a bit too warm!
