Expected larger grounds & facilities, but it was still great. Would go again for the pool & spa!

Loved the spa (sauna's, steam room, plunge pool, cold showers, resting beds etc) in the basement. Also enjoyed the food a lot, especially the buffet breakfast. Dinner was great too, but the same menu every night, no buffet, so if you're on half-board you will go through most of the menu! Room layout was lovely, fancy, comfortable and clean.

- Do not be fooled, this hotel does not have air-con in the rooms! It has a weak ambient airflow system throughout the whole building and connected to the rooms, controlled by the maintenance staff, but you cannot change any settings in your room. So, it is not very effective at all, it's more for air freshness than actual temperature control. The first night we got there, our room was boiling at 26 degrees, and the receptionist said there's nothing they can do. Of course it took ages for the air outside to cool down overnight, so even with the door wide open, we didn't sleep well. Luckily the receptionist provided us with a fan which we had on constantly every night, which helped. This is fine for a 2 star hotel, just wouldn't expect this at a 4 star! I dread to think what it would be like in July or August, as we were there in September so the heat had subsided a bit. - Buffet dinner or changing menu would have been better for this 4 star hotel. - The grounds are smaller than you would think, and the hotel is surrounded by suburbian buildings that you can see all around. It is not as spacious or private as it seems in the pictures. But, it is still pretty and the facilities are great. - The gym is smaller than I thought it would be, but it was okay because it was only us using it most of the time.

Great value, well equipped hotel for an active holiday closer to Riva old town than the more expensive hotels on the roa

Good pools. Properly equipped gym. Squash & 3 tennis courts. Loads of parking right at the door. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Lots of choice & plentiful. Spotlessly clean & rooms cleaned daily. Great access to roads for trips to Ledro and other valleys to the north.

We stayed in September so it was quiet.

Nice place but expensive for the room.

3 pools , loads of deck chairs to sit out. Food was good. Plenty of options for breakfast.

There was 3 of us in the same room on single beds. There was very little room and we were paying 320 euro a night

An excellent place to stay for swimmers, cyclists and triathletes!

A wonderful hotel for sports people with an excellent swimming pool, well-equipped gym, secure bike storage, very healthy and plentiful breakfasts, and a great location for cycling. Perfect in so many ways! staff were friendly and helpful. Location very good with just a short walk into the town centre. Plentiful parking.

Great option for an active vacation, the hotel lives up to its name (sporting)

Breakfast was good, a lot of choices, a lot of activities in the hotel (indoor and outdoor pool, saunas, fitness, pingpong...). The staff was accommodating and really nice.

The AC in one of the rooms was set to really cold and since the AC unit doesn't have controls in the room we needed to fix the problem with the reception and the only thing they could do was to shut the hatch.

Great hotel for families and active people

Great location and a perfect place to start expolring Riva and all it’s surroundings. The rooms are nice and clean and the breakfast is great. The staff is nice too. There is a full size gym in the basement which also include a squash court! The perfect place to stay for an active vacation.

Comfortable, friendly hotel in a beautiful location

The staff are really great, they were friendly and helpful and made an effort for us. The hotel is really well set up to deal with families - plenty to keep the kids busy, and easy to keep an eye on them! We had some wonderful tennis coaching, organised by the hotel, and we enjoyed many hours lounging by the beautiful pools! The breakfast was excellent, with lots of healthy options available.

You'd have to push me to say that there were any shortcomings, but the rooms were a little tired, and the balcony furniture was a bit awkward to use.

Great breakfast and dinner. Beautiful inside and outside pool. Well air-conditioned rooms. A lot of amenities for sports (pool, bicycle garage, tennis courts). Great for families with children too.

Awesomeness

This hotel is a great place for family. 10 min away from the town (old town) ans everything else you might need (supermarket, restaurant, mountains, waterfall etc. Very nice indoor pool & outdoor , which has no restriction for its use by children.

Molto valido per chi cerca relax

La struttura è ottima a livello di servizi. Noi abbiamo usufruito dell’area wellness; grande piscina all’interno con idromassaggio e poi saune con area relax. In camera abbiamo trovato due asciugamani e due accappatoi, molto apprezzato!! Colazione top di gamma, c’era veramente una vasta scelta, tra frutta - salato e dolce, inoltre c’era una signora che preparava crepes e pancakes al momento. Tutto molto buono e di qualità.

Unica pecca, nel bagno della zona saune, non c’era il sapone per le mani.

Das Frühstück war hervorragend, für jeden etwas. Die Zimmer waren sauber, großzügig und schön. In 10 - 15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in Riva. Tolles Wellnessangebot (Pool, Sauna...)

Leider gibt es nur eine Kaffeemaschine beim Frühstück, wodurch man recht lange anstehen muß.
