Most lovely stay in Garda!

Absolutely everything! Well located, quiet, very pleasant atmosphere, fantastic breakfast, cute wellness, very friendly staff, extremely clean, rooms have all you need, lovely balcony. On the top of that they allowed us to check in before time. Wonderful!

The Turkish sauna could have been a bit more humid/hot. This is a minor thing that they can adjust any time (and we did not ask for it!).

Fabulous hotel and excellent staff

Great location and great facilities. Shower is good and I have the view of the mountain from the balcony. It is clean. The breakfast is definitely commendable. The front desk ladies Fabiana and Silvia are excellent! Super helpful and went beyond their job. Kudos to both of them. I would to stay again when in Riva.

Our last night , the old male at reception treated my wife really bad. My wife went to reset the room Key, and the guy straight up was being rude.

Lovely staff and great location.

Staff were superb - especially Fabiana at reception. She was always smiling and happy to help at any time. Breakfast was really fresh with plenty of options. We didn't eat or drink at the hotel beyond this. The hotel is central but hidden away off the main road so it is extremely quiet and peaceful. The views from our room balcony were incredible.

There was no complementary water at all in the rooms and I feel as a 4 star hotel and the cost compared to other hotels in the area, I would have expected this. The rooms and bathrooms are clean but small and extremely dated and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The spa area was lovely but the "humid" facilities such as the sauna etc. were only turned on after 3pm - this was disappointing for us as we only used these facilities before this time. The staff claimed the water in the pool was heated but we felt it was uncomfortably cold. The ability to rent bikes at our hotel was super handy but these were the exact same cost as renting them from any bike shop in the area where there would have been a much wider selection of bikes to choose from.

The room was lovely and spacious. The spa was a good addition. Could use their bikes to cycle into town. Good location Nice pool area.

Lack of atmosphere. Did not eat there due to this. Could maybe do with some entertainment. Breakfast needs fresh fruit - not tinned fruit which was not very appetising and always the same .Otherwise breakfast was good. Lots of lovely cakes/ croissants.

Exceptional staff and fantastic hotel

Our stay was wonderful. All the staff really went above and beyond and were exceptionally friendly and helpful. My fiance and I got engaged while here and noticing the ring the staff even left chocolates and gifts in our room. Truly special experience and I couldnt recommend it more.

A very pleasant and relaxing stay with great facilities and friendly staff!

We really enjoyed our stay! The pool and sauna were great — perfect for relaxing after a long day. The breakfast was super delicious with a wide variety of choices. The room was clean, cozy, and the bed very comfortable. Also, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The room was not well soundproofed — we could hear people talking in the hallway.

Breakfast was exceptional variety of products including cakes Prosecco cheese and chocolate fondue on Sunday . Spa pool and steam rooms . Outside pool . Electric bike hire at hotel and wine tasting on Thursday in the garden .

Really friendly employees, motivated to make you a good time! Amazing breakfast, great pool area and natural garden to relax in the sun, but also get some shade from the trees. lovely!

Quite some differences between the rooms, some are really old fashioned and barely international 4* standard, others fresh renovated and great!

Small room with IKEA type furniture without any decorations or paintings. Very old small showercabin that did not close properly. Beds were not nicely made after the first night. Very un-romantic.

A very pleasant hotel with a good spa area. Breakfasts were varied, service was courteous and of a high standard. Arriving with a dog was not a problem.

Nice hotel with a great wellness area

Location is great, very close to center of Riva del Garda. We enjoyed breakfast - good variety of food and beverage. In addition, we liked the wellness area.

The furniture is outdated, but kept very clean. The green colour on the walls was not our taste.

This room where we stayed does not cost 250$ per night. It was a very old room and small one. If you want to have a balcony, pay additional 40$ for the old room.
