Nothing, but it would be great to extend the hours that kids can use the SPA pool! If you also add a mobile hover to your garage so that guests coming by car could use it to tidy their cars, that would be amazing add-on! ☺️

Nice hotel but not for vegans.

Awesome location with an embedded park directly behind the hotel. Also the staff was really trying to support us. 15 minutes to Gardasee.

I did contact the staff before the trip and was asking for vegan options at the breakfast menu. Unfortunately, there were very limited options including one cake and one sweet spread. In the evening there was no a la carte option which hit us completely unprepared.

Landscaping , Lobby, personal Really liked the restaurant staff, the waiter Mirco provided an exceptional service.. always smiling, polite, ready to help, very professional! The reception personal also were very supportive, professional, nice and fiendly!

Great hotel especially for families. All staff welcoming and friendly. would recommed this hotel

the staff were all very friendly and helpful. the breakfast choice and layout was fantastic there was so much choice and food quicky replenished. the pool had planty of seating area and the food at the pool was great. our fridge was not working in the room and they just replaced it no questions asked, very impressed with their customer service.

it was unfortunate that not all the jets were working in the pool. the only thing was the extra bed in the room was a little short for our son and it completely covered the patio doors which made it very tricky to get out onto the balcony.

Nice hotel.

We liked the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was wonderful with great variety. Location was great.

There was no electricity for many hours, could not charge anything and no information about that from staff. At least there should be some discount for the stay, but nothing. Kind a disappointed.

We liked the premises, the green spaces, the pool. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was wonderful with great variety. It's a very pampering hotel.

There was a problem with the wifi and the TV in our room and it took too long to take care of it. We expected a hotel at such a level, and not cheap, for better service but we asked for a compensation and received it which was very nice and decent.

Good hotel for larger groups.

Spacious rooms. Availability of car park. Breakfast buffet is big. The hotel harder is also big.

Some rooms need updated and bathrooms too. We got water only in our first night. Also toilet amenities weren’t restocked.

Strong reccomendation for Garda Lake !!!

My strongest reccomendation for Garda Lake !!! Located 20 minutes from historical center of Riva de Garda. So - not noisy but not far from the center. Inside the hotel, in the garden You do not see other buildings. Great, comfortable room, beds and bathroom. Perfect air condition. Nice view (mountains). Wonderful breakfast with pancakes, omlettes, fried eggs, fresh fruits, etc etc etc. One of the best I've ever had ! Nice smimming pool with little people. Also very good evening bar with lots of great drinks for normal prices. For this hotel it is very important that is does not have many rooms - that's why You feel really comfortable with so many facilities. Friendly and helpfull staff. Parking - OK. My stay around Garda Lake was great also because of this hotel - I will reccomend this place for all my friends - THANK YOU :)

Wonderful stay in a great hotel.

We loved staying at your hotel… it is centrally located, the rooms are beautiful and the staff is exceptional….. especially Anna from Ukraine. She was extraordinary and really helped us when we checked in. Oh, yes, your breakfast was the most varied and delicious breakfast we’ve ever had in all our travels. The omelette station was fabulous and everything was terrific. Thank you for everything. Ruth Dry

a place where you feal like a number

food was pretty good and staff at the restaurant was fabulous great space for kids with plenty of games

they advertised a free minibar at the day of the arrival but it was empty even if we asked twice to fill it. to go the the internal swimming pool you need to book in advance and it was very hard to find a slot with kids. they tried to charge me for the half board that I prepaid

Good place to stay.

Riva de Garda is a important spot on the lake. The hotel is 20mn walking to the lake. Its has a parking, important thing in summer. The spa and outdoor swimming pool are a great surprise, as the restaurant in the garden when you arrive late at night. Breakfast is really good. People in reception really nice.

The room was mediocre. View on the route...but we stay only one night.

Excellent Lake Garda Hotel.

Breakfast was good quality and a good selection. The Breakfast room was very nice with a nice outside seating area. The Swimming Pool are was really nice and the pool attendants were excellent and keeping it looking so neat and tidy. All in all a nice modern hotel of good standard.

There wasn't much to not like, If it was a little closer to town or the lake edge that would have been just perfect.

Decent choice of a hotel for a stay at beautiful Lago di Garda

Breakfast was surprisingly good, lots of choices, above average for this or similar type of hotel. Room was clean, fairly large bathroom, air conditioning was working fine. Staff was kind and helpful, very quick and easy check in/out.

Hotel bar/restaurant was a bit disappointing, we had dinner there one evening and it wasn't too good. Lots of better choices in the town. Also, service in the bar/restaurant was a bit slow and confused. Value for money for the hotel isn't great, although the hotel itself is quite OK, it was rather expensive (we stayed in late June).

A lovely stay in the Astoria, made special by all the friendly helpful staff.

Wonderful breakfast. Masses of good quality food and huge variety. All the waiters were excellent. Special thanks to Alex and Samood. A great team in the bar and all restaurants. Always smiling, no matter how busy. Worth a mention, the beautiful gardens and swimming pool.

NO AIR CONDITIONING! not what is advertised

We enjoyed the spa and the spa treatments. The main building is lovely and the child’s program was also cute. The staff were always friendly.

(FYI-before we showed up-We booked an extra night directly with hotel after we realized their spa appointments were booked up until later than check out time.) When we arrived were given a room that was equivalent to a 2 star room. It felt like a military barracks building. Everything else on the property is nice but they shove reservations to a different location at the back of their property which is significantly lower quality and standards than what they advertise. We were definitely bait and switched. We did not get the toiletries, instead they bolted bottles to the wall. We didn’t have AC in the room which was advertised. Our only option was to open the windows without screens which means you get bit by mosquitoes ALL night. The bathrooms are not cleaned properly. We immediately saw hairs on the floor. The front desk did inform us that the second night was booked directly through them so we would be allowed to move to the building that is advertised. The entire reason we booked a second night is so we could enjoy the spa without having to fumble with our items that day. This property knows exactly what they are doing. This place SHOULD separately advertise their extra building in the back of the property with a completely different name. The hotel already knows how to structure that since they did it with a single luxury apartment that is also on the property.

the staff were impeccable and extremely attentive. The room was comfortable if a little basic, but everything we needed was there.

Sold on the internet closer to the lake than it really is. Not that much of an issue to us but if you had mobility issues it could be a problem.

Lovely hotel with wellness and garden

The wellness area as well as the garden is beautiful. Breakfast was very good. We also loved the live music in the bar every evening.

The facilities, especially the bathroom, is old, but good taken care of. It tends to get very crowded in the parking garage and in the breakfast room.

Exceptional

It is exceptionally good. The breakfast was amazing combining quality with variety. The service was outstanding and all the services provided where excellent. I would definitely recommend it for a family since it is a child friendly hotel. Finally i must add that it is a hotel that cares for the details.

Great relaxing time in Riva del Garda

It was a really warm welcoming, the room was as expected and the staff in general very helpful! The breakfast was amazing also.

I was told that the 2-hour spa slot runs from the beginning of your reserved slot, so if you're half an hour late, you can only stay for one and a half hours. That's ok, but it would have been great to have a little more time as our delayed arrival was not intentional.
