Perfect accommodation for a girls trip away

Location was perfect - right in the centre. The facilities were great - particularly the shower and complimentary wine on arrival! We didn’t get a catch to play the in games room but was nice to know that was an option

It wasn’t very clear when booking that the second bedroom was on a mezzanine, rather than in a second room but it wasn’t an issue.

Excellent location and staffs.

1. Location, 2. Owner as he is the receptionist and very professional and cooperative, 3. Apartment is super. 4. Air conditioning. 5. Safety. Very safe place.

1. Stair to reception(Around 6 steps), For elders there is an electronic stair to upload them. 2. No porters to help on carrying the luggages 3. Car parking (In the building only 5 car parking), and another car parkings located around 100 meters away.

Fantastic stay at a perfect accommodation for Lake Garda.

Great property at an amazing location. It has everything I anticipated and more. The two bedroom apartment we had were very well equipped and was in an immaculate condition. There's no reason to stay anywhere else!

Excellent location close to the beach and the centre of Riva. Clean, convenient and very comfortable. Very friendly service, on-site charger for electric cars. Pet-friendly. I recommend it.

Just for information , the apartment view was not as per the prior reservation, and the mistake may be from the hotel or Booking, but the the place deserves really a good rating, spacious place, cleanliness, 24-hour services, high-end assistance.

Riva del Garda.

Location was good, nice and central close to shops, supermarkets and foreshore.

Lack of facilities, no washing liquid, no tea towels, no soap bars or shampoo. Lighting was very poor, lack of reception staff, stayed 4 days and didn't see anyone in reception office the whole time.

A great place to stay in Riva Del Garda for familes! We will come back.

The whole place looks new and designed well, very clean, amazing location (just cross the road and you have a big supermarket and restaurants, plus 3 minutes walk and you are in the center of town. They also have on the basement floor a play room (with PS4, ping-pong table, etc.) and a laundry room with two washing machines and a dryer. We missed that when we booked the room so it was a nice surprise. The reception person was very kind and responsive.

The parking is a bit challenging, but a good driver can manage. I wish there was an option for breakfast, even to order into the room as an extra service. Other than that I liked it all.
