Disappointing
Room was nice and clean. Location was directly to the lift which we liked. Checkin was smooth. Checkout was a bit confusing, due to us searching for the reception.
Staff was helpful but there seemed if there was no real reception at the hotel. We were confused. There were just two bags of tee and no coffee in the room. Parking is not locked. It is just outside the hotel on the street.

Everything was very clean. Rooms have balconies and big windows.
There was no coffee, no shampoo nor a shower gel, no normal reception, no usual breakfast option and the parking is simply horrible. One car parks, another has to park behind you, and you get blocked.

Nice family run place and Susanna was very helpful. Breakfast was perfect for a day on the slopes and room nice and clean. Great location for the ski lift and a short walk into the town.

A lovely stay.
We had a lovely stay at Pension Kauffman. Susanne and the team were very welcoming. The hotel is spotlessly clean and in a great Iocation for the gondola and the village. We would definitely stay again. :)
