Wonderful hotel right near the 5th highest waterfall in the world.

The woman at the front desk was welcoming and very helpful. The room was large and had a balcony with a view of the waterfall. The hotel was also within walking distance of the falls saving you the 8 euro parking fee plus the hotel had free parking and gave us free admission to the falls. The restaurant was also wonderful and a great value,

The bunk beds in the room had very soft mattress but the queen bed in the main bedroom was fine.

Enjoyable and Quiet visit

Friendly staff and welcoming reception. Very good breakfast and spacious clean room. Parking available on site. Close to Kimmel water falls, just 8 minutes walk. Highly recommend this place, will visit again.

Great Hotel to stay in

The hotel is located in the most perfect location, a 10 minute walk to the Waterfalls. . We only stayed 1 night, as we wanted to do the Waterfalls the next day. The room, where we stayed, was perfect, we had a lovely balcony and a very comfortable bed and pillow. It was clean and well worth the money. We had a meal in the evening, 4 courses, which was absolutely delicious, as a starter there was a buffet, salad etc, then a choice of 4 different meals as the main meal, then either a dessert, coffee or schnapps. The first drink was on the house, so a huge bonus there, and the service was great. Entry into the Waterfalls is also free, if you stay at the hotel, saving you 8€, so that's also a bonus, we were also allowed to leave the car in the hotel carpark, after checkout, whilst we walked upto the Waterfalls, saving us another 7€. So all in all a perfect holiday was had by both my husband and myself. I can honestly say, this hotel is one of the best we've stayed in.

Overall I would choose it again.

Location is very nice, it is next to the National park with Waterfalls, ski lifts are also not that far, reachable by skibus standing nearby or by car. Halfboard was an excellent choice as the food was delicious, the services such as wellness area are very nice and cosy.

The mattress was a bit soft, probably could have been already changed and no proper ventilation in the bathroom was quite a minus.

Awesome place to stay after a hike to Krimml waterfalls.

Location is right infront of Krimml Falls Entry. Great view from the room, you can see the falls from the bed room. Best Part was the restaurant. 5 🌟 🤩 for the Dinner set menu. The 3 course menu comes at a price of 10 euro only. It is worth at least 30 to 40 Euro. Don't miss the dinner .Jamie the server was just too good.

Great place to stay

We booked a room with breakfast and dinner and were totally happy - both variety and quality were great. The balcony provided really nice view, the bathroom was very spacious and absolutely clean, wifi worked fine. The staff was really nice and helpful. I'd recommend staying there if you're going to visit Krimml waterfalls.

Awesome Krimml Waterfalls

The dinner first night was awesome (Italien buffet). All other nights were good too, but the first one was unbeatable. The location is good, less than 15 minutes walking to the Krimml waterfalls. The staff is friendly and gave us advice regarding hiking on one of the days. We were provided with a kettle on our request, I found it very nice too There is a very nice pound outside with sunbeds and a swallow area for small kids. It was very hot during our stay and we loved to stay there. and there is a kids room with different toys. We have got free admission to Krimml waterfalls with a guest card, it was a nice bonus for us.

A hotel is a bit "dated", but well maintained. As well you could hear a waterfall (that's good) and a street (that's bad) from a hotel room with open windows. so if you are a light sleeper, it could be a problem (it was not a problem for us) I missed having additional hooks in the bathroom (on the door for example) and a little fainting couch in the room. I couldn't see the waterfall from our room, only heard it :( but there are rooms with a waterfall view, so it is you and your luck

We received a very warm welcome. As we were celebrating a family member's birthday, we had a few requests which were all fulfilled with a smile and very, very nicely. Wonderful relaxation is possible at the pool. We had not imagined the stay to be so nice and also the food was very good.

Lovely hotel in gorgeous location.

Beautiful rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is amazing opposite the waterfalls and next to sweet town of Krimml. Meals are excellent -we had half board. Service and hygiene very good. This was our second visit but we really want to come again.

No proper shower just flat on the floor with curtains. Limited view of the waterfalls.

- Der Spa-Bereich war klein aber fein - Das Hotel hat allgemein einen gepflegten Eindruck gemacht - Teilweise war das Abendessen sehr gut - Skiraum und Parkmöglichkeit waren praktisch - Die Massage und die Masseurin waren super - Die Lage des Hotels ist super

- Das Zimmer war klein und es gab nur eine Glastür, die das Bad inklusive Toilette vom Zimmer getrennt hat - Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig - wir haben den Gast im Zimmer nebenan schnarchen gehört - Das Frühstück war okay aber eher Standard - Das Abendessen war teilweise sehr gut aber teilweise auch eher enttäuschend (besonders der italienische Abend)

Das Personal war super nett. Immer hilfsbereit und alle Sonderwünsche wurden erfüllt. Das Frühstücksbuffet und auch das Abendessen haben unsere Erwartungen absolut übertroffen und keine Wünsche offen gelassen.

Zum Skifahrern ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Skibus, aber Haltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel.

Tolle MitarbeiterInnen, das Haus selber entspricht leider nicht mehr den heutigen Anforderungen

Das Essen war wirklich einmalig, beim Salatbuffet gab es eine Riesen Auswahl, dasselbe gilt für das Frühstücksbuffet, die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und zuvorkommend, es gab immer ein paar persönliche Worte.

Am 1. Abend wurde uns lapidar mitgeteilt, dass mehr Gäste als Plätze im Haus sind und wir warten müssen, bis ein Tisch frei wird, das geht einfach nicht. Das Haus ist leider schon veraltet und entsprechend abgewohnt, wir hatten die Suite gebucht, auf der Terrasse war ein alter Teppich, der sich an allen Ecken und Enden löst.

Mooi hotel vlakbij de waterval

De prachtige tuin met zwemvijver die wel heel koud was. De badkamer is zo mooi. En je loopt zo naar de waterval. En met de cardioloog we van het hotel kregen, konden we gratis naar de waterval. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker en het avond eten was ook goed

De eerste avond toen we gingen eten liep alles niet. 2 nieuwe bedienden die alles niet in de gaten hielden. Wij hebben 1,5 uur moeten wachten op het eten en toen we er wat van zeiden kregen we een grote mond van de een terwijl de anders niets in de keuken doorgeven had. Toen ik zei dat iedereen die na ons kwam al hun eten gehad hadden kregen we excuses en een drankje. Volgende dag verliep wat beter. Maaar de twee laatste dagen verliep alles vlekkeloos. Deze mensen zagen wel alles.

Erg fraai en stijlvol hotel, met erg veel oog voor details. We hadden een hoekkamer met uitzicht op de indrukwekkende (grootste van Europa) waterval. Uitstekend gegeten. Echt een aanrader!

Tolles Hotel, zum weiterempfehlen

Die Zimmern waren sehr schön, das Bett war bequem. Der Teich beim Hotel ist sehr schön und man kann nach dem Wandern sehr gut entspannen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Großes Frühstücksbuffet, frisches Gebäck.

Wir hatten nichts zum aussetzen.
