One of the best mountain resorts I have been to.

This is one of the best mountain resorts I have ever been to. The heated outdoor infinity pool is something you’ll never forget, the spa has multiple types of saunas and steamrooms, and breakfast was incredible with a massive buffet selection of pretty much anything you could want in the morning. The room was spacious and quiet, with a big bathroom and exceptional view from the balcony. Check in and check out was easy, and the staff were pleasant to talk to throughout the resort.

We didn’t like the pillows at all in the room, we thought they were way too soft and felt like sleeping on a small blanket instead. There was also no kettle in the room to make coffee or tea in the morning.

Ski vacation with friends

We booked two double rooms with half pension for 7 nights, a ski trip, garden view. Wonderful staff and delicious food for both breakfast and dinner. Good sized rooms with storage for ski equipment. Storage for skis and ski boots inte the basement, and the Dorfbahn is a 1 minute walk from the entrance to the ski storage. Cozy bar/restaurant in connection to the hotel. Tried out the spa in connection to the hotel.

A bit thin doors to the room, you could hear people moving around in the hallway. A big plus would have been to add conditioner in the shower, now it's just shampoo/soap combo. In the spa the water in the infinity pool was too cold to be able to enjoy being outside. But overall we were surprised at how good and convenient our stay was.

Really clean hotel. Loved the Spa! A lot of different sauna’s available with lovely views. Lovely people working in the restaurant with good food as well!

It is a really nice and modern wellness hotel with an amazing panorama.

The SPA facilities were amazing. The location was really nice, especially the mountain panorama. Our room (garden suite) was spacious and very clean.

The food was okay, but not as good as expected from a 4Star superior. It was a bit noisy sometimes (in the "Spa quiet room" you could hear if someone used the whirlpool function in the pool above the sauna area, neighbors next to our room were quite noisy, too).

Kein Frühstücksangebot Montags, keine Aufgüsse in den Saunen, kurze Öffnungszeiten des Wellnessbereiches, begrenztes Essensangebot, Preisleistung stimmt nicht, Sonntagabend Essen nur bis 20:30 Uhr möglich, kein Tauchbecken oder Außen Sauna

Weekend autunnale rilassante

Posizione ottima, in particolare per la stagione invernale in quanto l'impianto di risalita è proprio fuori dalla struttura. Ottima colazione: per un 4 stelle superior potrebbero però aumentare le proposte offerte. La vera chicca dell'hotel è la spa: piscina interna ed esterna fantastica! Area saune e relax varia e ben organizzata. Essendo poi nella stagione "di mezzo" c'era poca gente e ci siamo veramente goduti gli spazi. Forse avrei riscaldato leggermente di più l'acqua della piscina, ma è un parere soggettivo. Inoltre, ci hanno permesso di usufruire gratuitamente della spa anche il giorno del check out, super!

Abbiamo avuto l'upgrade della camera, ma non era nulla di eccezionale, non a livello di un 4 stelle superior. Camera sostanzialmente pulita, tuttavia potrebbero mettere un lenzuolo sopra il coprimaterasso per maggior igiene. Ristorante Susi Alm sconsigliato: veramente troppo caro per i piatti che offre!

Die Lage ist phantastisch, direkt an der Talstation der Dorfbahn. Der Pool ist toll, Skikeller prima. Essen war gut und phantasievoll!

Die Istzustand der Zimmer und - insbesondere - der Badezimmer war - mal wieder - nicht deckungsgleich ! Gezeigt wurden neue Badezimmer mit bodentiefer Dusche etc., wir hatten einbZimmer im Dachgeschoss mit gelben Fliesen und (alter) Standard-Duschkabine. Schade
