Bad toilets and bedding but good location and facilities like spa

Location is beautiful. Spa is very nice. Access to cable car is also great.

The room was not comfortable. Bathroom design was awful with very tiny toilet on one side of the room and the rest of the bathroom on the other side of the room. The toilet was so small that I with my pregnant belly couldn’t go inside and close the door. Plus it was extremely stinky! Bath had no door so no privacy considering we had a family room. They only gave one pillow per person and the pillow was not even good so had a very uncomfortable stay here. Definitely not value for money. I would give this hotel 2 star.

Beautiful, luxurious hotel in the Alps.

Beautiful, luxurious hotel. Wonderful facilities and room. Great helpful staff. Rooms are very spacious and with a beautiful view. The pool is great and so is the sauna and relaxation room and spa.

Great wellness, there is a spectacular view of the mountains from the sauna. Breakfast and dinner were very tasty. Parking in the garage is a good advantage. Staff were very helpful.

Wonderful location. Staff were helpful and friendly. Food was excellent. Rooms were super clean, cosy and lots of space. Travelling with a small child we were made feel welcome. The pool has a drawer for kids swimming toys and floats. The staff were extra accommodating and gave colouring pages and pencils.

Beautiful views, nice rooms, locations with the awesome spa access. The best breakfast options. The staff was energized, happy to share informations with us on activities around.

The elevator is hard to find in the underground garage. It only needs some signs to guide us. I would say that it was pretty much perfect.

Beautiful views, tasty food and kind staff

The room was super, we had a bathtub and balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains. The breakfast was rich, a lot of options to choose from, and everything was delicious. Also, the 3 courses dinner was very tasty. The wellness had 2 parts, one a little older and the other one quite modern and cozy, with a sauna and relaxing room with stunning views.

On some days/hours, the wellness and the breakfast area were quite crowded. Outside of the season, the location itself is completely empty and there's not much going on around - if you are coming to relax and hike, it's perfect. I personally didn't mind that much, but it would have been nice to have the menu and some breakfast food descriptions in English as well.

Fantastic place to stay, and wish we were able to stay longer. Staff were very friendly and the majority spoke English. The room was very clean and tidy. The facilities were amazing and very clean. The food was very good.

Very good but with some flaws.

Beautiful location, close to the cable car, ideal for both hiking and skiing. Beautiful view from the rooms, large spacious rooms. Restaurant directly in the building, problem-free parking. Quality wellness will help you relax and regenerate after a long day. The hotel provided a free summer "ski pass", which could be used, for example, on the cable cars in the area. Delicious and varied breakfast.

I find room cleaning in a 4-star hotel insufficient. Especialy, It's "nice" that the cleaning lady washes the drinking glasses but then puts it direct on the desk (without a napkin) upside down, this is unacceptable in today's never-ending Covid epidemic. The menu in the restaurant and also most of the tourist information were only in German.

- very pretty and comfortable spa area - food was amazing we had dinner a la carte and the breakfast buffet had great fresh variety. loved the different fruits and Englisch breakfast options - parking please charging available (costs though)

- spa was smaller than expected, sometimes hard to get a spot, small pool was always full - room was super tiny, made me feel uncomfortable at times

Very good

The location was perfect - just 3 min to the mountain elevator. The room was great as well, with the outstanding view. Well organized recreation area with swimming pool and sauna. The food was delicious - my compliment to the Kitchen Team.

I'm not good at writing bad reviews. What I didn't like was the service in the restaurant. We realized that it makes sense to book a room without dinner, otherwise you will have a very limited choice of dishes and long waiting time for serving those dishes. In addition, I had a confusion with the reservation on the booking site, which led to a revision of the price and my worsened mood. This is most likely not the fault of the hotel, but this incident had its impact on the evaluation of my holiday.

The best hotel experience I've ever had! The staff was beyond welcoming. Rooms were nice and clean. The small wellness center was super relaxing and the option to make your own herbal tea was the cherry on top. Breakfast was great with a lot of options. On top of everything, the view was amazing. I like the facilities and how it's clean and updated...the interior design is perfect, the breakfast is nice and fresh with variable choices...I love the kitchen staff they are very friendly and nice...like your family member

The room on the 2nd floor was without elevators and no one to help with luggage, the person in charge (Uttah) was extremely uncooperative when we call them before we arrive to cancel our booking due to a medical issue as we found that the location of the hotel is very high which was not detailed in the explanation. and the way to reach up there is very risky and scary
