Ein wunderschöner Kurzurlaub, und wir kommen gerne wieder

Die Lage des Hotels (und des Zimmers) ist hervorragend, sehr angenehmes Ambiente, viele kleine Extras, die mich als Gast freuen. Das Personal war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Das Frühstückbuffet war reichlich und ausgezeichnet und auch beim Abendessen gab es gute Auswahl und war die Qualität ausgezeichnet.

Bad toilets and bedding but good location and facilities like spa

Location is beautiful. Spa is very nice. Access to cable car is also great.

The room was not comfortable. Bathroom design was awful with very tiny toilet on one side of the room and the rest of the bathroom on the other side of the room. The toilet was so small that I with my pregnant belly couldn’t go inside and close the door. Plus it was extremely stinky! Bath had no door so no privacy considering we had a family room. They only gave one pillow per person and the pillow was not even good so had a very uncomfortable stay here. Definitely not value for money. I would give this hotel 2 star.

Die Lage und die Ausstattung. Das Frühstück ist der Hammer noch nie ein so großes Buffet und so viel Auswahl gehabt. Das Essen ist insgesamt sehr lecker. Die Aussicht ist phänomenal. Sehr hundefreundlich. Das Personal ist immer gut gelaunt und sehr freundlich. Wir haben sogar zum Abschied was geschenkt bekommen und auch der Hund hat ein Leckerli-Tütchen bekommen.

Dass unser Zimmer nicht mit dem Fahrschul erreichbar war.

Es war eine tolle Zeit mit Verwöhnprogamm.

Die Lage ist großartig. Wir waren zum wandern da und das Hotel liegt direkt am Wanderweg! Der Spa Bereich ist wunderschönen lädt zum Verweilen ein. Ich hatte eine tolle Massage bei ein freundlichen Masseurin und fühlte mich sehr wohl!

Skvele ubytovani, mily personal, podzemni parkoviste, velky balkon u pokoje, slevova karta na aktivity v okoli, wellness luxusni, bazen, sauny, zupany na pokoji, odpocinkova mistnost, joga, u bazenu servis i s napoji zdarma, moderni system vse na cip v karte, denni uklidova sluzba. Me i detem se zde moc libilo, velka spokojenost a pri odjezdu maly darecek 🙏

Ein rundum wunderschöner Erholungsurlaub ♡

Das Hotel liegt super, umgeben von Bergen und herrlichen Tälern. Überall Wasser und wunderbar freundliche Menschen. Das Hotel ist wirklich super schön, sehr sauber, super freundliches Personal, immer hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Saune und der Ruheraum haben einen traumhaften Blick in die Berge. Im Pool kann man entweder entspannen oder seine Bahnen ziehen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist wirklich reichhaltig, sogar mit veganen Optionen, falls das jmd wünscht. Eier werden auf Wumsch frisch zubereitet. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen und das Gesamtpaket stimmt einfach! Danke an das tolle Team ♡

Es gibt vll zwei kleine Sachen die sich optimieren lassen. Einmal die Lautstärke der Türen beim zufallen und das zweite, einen etwas größeren Fitnessraum mit Fenster um frische Luft beim Training zu bekommen.

Wir waren hoch zufrieden und würden das Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen bzw. selber wieder kommen.

Das Frühstück war super: Reichlich, mit großem Auswahl, alles frisch und sehr gut schmeckend. Die Personale sind super freundlich und kümmert sich um alles rechtzeitig. Im Vergleich zum Preis war die Qualität des Frühstücks beeindruckend und empfehlenswert. Auch die Lage war top: Hoch, mit weitem und schönem Blick auf den Bergen und vom Schnee bedeckten Gipfels. Auch der Wellness-Bereich (Poll und Sauna) fanden wir super und übertraf unsere Erwartungen.

סה״כ חוויה מצויינת, אבל קמנו עייפים..

המלון מקסים, היינו בחדר מודרני גדול מאוד, מרפסת נעימה, הספא מהמם, הבריכה חמה ארוכה ומזמינה, החדר מנוחה מהמם, סאונות מעולות, אחת עם טקסטיל והשניה בלי. הארוחת בוקר מצויינת כל אחד יימצא משהו לאכול.

המיטה בחדר כל כך לא נוחה, ממש לא הצלחנו לישון כל הלילה, מיטת קפיצים מיושנת וכל כך חבל כי כל שאר המתקנים במלון פשוט מעולים. ארוחת הערב הייתה בסדר, קצת יקרה ולא הכי טעימה. המיקום של המלון קצת מבאס, כי זה מתאים מאוד לאתר הסקי, אבל מרגיש אזור מת בתחילת יולי.

l'emplacement est bien pour des balades en montagne (station de ski) Trés belle vue sur les glaciers Alentours tres jolis avec le lac et les chutes d'eau exceptionnelles Le Spa est superbe et la salle de repos avec de gros lits avec la vue sur les glaciers est magique Le personnels tres professionnel et aimable Le petit déjeuner est vraiment exceptionnel, copieux, à volonté, riches en choix pour tous les gouts (froid et chaud) La terrasse pour déjeuner dehors est vraiment appréciable au soleil avec une trés belle vue

Le diner est bien mais il manque un peu de produits locaux / ambiance tyrolienn.

Wonderful experience, would gladly come back. Great for couples or families.

Wonderful location. Staff were helpful and friendly. Food was excellent. Rooms were super clean, cosy and lots of space. Travelling with a small child we were made feel welcome. The pool has a drawer for kids swimming toys and floats. The staff were extra accommodating and gave colouring pages and pencils.
