I recommendet to all who like to visit Krimmel wasserfale early in the morning with less visitors.

Very kindly staff at Klockenhaus hotel where we had dinner and breakfest for stay at Gastahus Edelweis, located very near to the hotel with own parking spaces.

The hotel is old and there are two facilities in it's holding, the one we were in is located very close to krimmel falls (5 min walk) but was not so comfortable to sleep in and had kind of a scary hallway. The staff was very kind and friendly tho and let us park our car there while we traveled the falls, and the food was ok.

When checking into the hotel, I inquired about breakfast. The lady at the front desk gave me information about breakfast hours and the location of the restaurant. Upon entering the restaurant the next morning, no one was interested in us so we took the first free table. During our meal an appalled gentleman appeared who claimed that it was his table and he had reservations for it. He was right. No one informed us about the reservations, no one took us to our table and the waiter simply threw us away from the table in the middle of breakfast. The situation happened in front of all the guests and we felt humiliated. The hotel manager to whom I presented the situation saw no problem with the whole situation.

Absolutely worth the money, loved it!

We were excited of this hotel. Althought we didn't stay in the main building, we payed smaller price but could use every service of the hotel - sauna and spa, garden and AMAZING food, which was really huge portion. We absoulutely loved it and also the location close to the waterfall. You can actually see that from the hotel garden. Stuff was friendly, they nicely welcomed our big dog and we could bring him to the restaurant. I absolutely reccomend and probably will come back one day.

Very good location.

We stayed at an old guest house without reception. Reception was at another hotel under different name some 100 m away. Cleaning personnel helped us finding the reception. Rated as 4-star in booking.com but hotel said it was only 3-stars.

Super friendly and attentive stuff - they did everything to make us feel great. Very pleasant stay, great playground for kids. The hotel voucher gives you a right for free visit to the waterfalls Also, we had a nice view on the waterfall from our room

The food at the restaurant was very simple and the buffet we didn’t like, however the waiters were very attentive As the rooms are in another building we didn’t have the chance to use the sauna and other facilities of the hotel - walking in the bathrobe on the cold street with a kid is not very pleasant Rooms are a bit outdated and you don’t get the cozy home feeling at all, but you have all the necessities there

Eingestaubt, nicht empfehlenswert, nicht gesund

Das Speisenangebot könnte abwechslungsreicher, vielseitiger, gesünder und qualitativ hochwertiger sein! Viele Fertigprodukte und Packerlsoßen. Das Personal, insbesondere das Servicepersonal, nicht besonders aufmerksam. (Außgenommen das Zimmermädchen, dies war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich) wir wollten uns in diesem Hotel erholen! Wellness und Sauna erst ab 15:30 Uhr geöffnet, laut Aussage an der Rezeption „da kommen ALLE vom skifahren zurück und früher lohnt es sich nicht “ Nicht jeder geht Skifahren und ja, vielleicht möchte der eine oder andere nicht dann Wellnessen, wenn ALLE, schon leicht angeheitert, vom Apreski kommen um sich dort auszutoben! Auf Wunsch sollte diese Option einem oder auch mehreren Gästen nicht untersagt werden! Fraglich ist auch, ob der Umkleidebereich direkt neben der Tischtennisplatte die richtige Platzwahl ist. Das Hotel hat seine besten Tage hinter sich und ist nicht als zeitgemäß einzustufen.

Das Hotel Klockerhaus ist sehr empfehlenswert, Essen war ausgezeichn. wir empfehlen es gerne weiter

Das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Bei HP- Buchung gab es für uns überraschend jeden Tag ein Getränk frei, das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Lage zu den Highlights war zentral. Krimml behalten wir als einen sauberen und gepflegten Ferienort in guter Erinnerung. Die kostenlosen Zubringer- Busse in die benachbarten Ferienorte fanden wir sehr gut.

Die Unterbringung im Gästehaus Edelweiß war okay. Leider befand sich unser Zimmer auf der Etage, wo die Bettwäschen-Reinigung durchgeführt wurde. Oftmals mußten wir um die schmutzigen Bettwäsche- Haufen durchlaufen, was wir als sehr unangenehm fanden.

Außer dem Frühstück und der freundlichen Mitarbeiterin beim Checkout nichts

Wir haben zu zweit mit Hund 190,-€ für ein total abgeranztes Zimmer in der Gasthof Edelweiß bezahlt, gehört zum Hotel Klockerhaus. Ich habe mich leider von den guten Bewertungen täuschen lassen. In der Küchenzeile war außer 2 Bierhumpen kein Glas, der eingebaute Kühlschrank war defekt, der auf die Arbeitsplatte gestellte füllte dann den gesamten Platz aus. Der Teppich war dreckig und hatte ein 90er Jahre Muster - aus den Jahren stammt er wahrscheinlich auch. Mir ist absolut schleierhaft wie die Bewertungen zustandekommen sind, ein Fernseher mit 50cm Diagonale, ein Bad in dem man zu zweit nicht sein konnte und für 190,-€ stand nicht mal eine Flasche Wasser im Zimmer. Ich reise gerne und viel in Österreich und Südtirol und wären da nicht die Wasserfälle - dann wäre die Bude schon zu….
