Mir ist die Urlaubslaune weggegangen…..nie wieder

Würde hier nicht noch einmal übernachten

Mageres Frühstück. Wenig Besteck und Telller. Man durfte nur den einen Teller benutzen was auf dem Tisch stand. Kein Korb für Brötchen oder so. Überhaupt wurde mit allem gespart. Man durfte nur dort sitzen wo es zugewiesen wurde. Ich habe dann gesagt, dass ich dort nicht sitzen möchte da ich mich dann unwohl fühle. Die Antwort war „ die Chefin möchte es so“ Nach hin und her durfte , da ich das Frühstück schon abbrechen wollte ; durfte ich weniger zentral sitzen, trotzdem hätte ich diesen Platz nicht gewählt. Die Amtwort war, „ es geht aber nicht anders“. Infra Sauna durfte man nur zu einer bestimmten kurzen Zeit benutzen.

Für eine Nacht gings.

Das Frühstück war gut, das Zimmer ok; wie beschrieben. Die Dusche war absolut ebenerdig und spendete rasch Warmwasser. Die Lage des Hotels und der Blick vom Balkon boten schöne Landschaftseindrücke.

-Wir bekamen gegen 17 Uhr den letzten freien Parkplatz in der hintersten Ecke. Andernfalls hätte nur noch ein 300m entfernter Ergänzungs-Parkplatz oben im Dorf zur Verfügung gestanden. -Der einzige Fahrstuhl war recht eng und mit einem Erwachsenen samt Reisekoffer und Tasche praktisch voll. -Weder in der Dusche noch sonst im Badezimmer gab es einen Shampoo-Spender oder die üblichen Fläschchen. Wir behalfen uns mit mitgebrachter Seife. -entgegen dem Schild vor dem Hotel "durchgehend warme Küche" und den Hotel-Unterlagen im Zimmer konnten wir nicht einfach kurz nach 19 Uhr a la Carte essen, sondern mussten eine Viertelstunde mit mehreren Bedienungskräften und zuletzt mit der Managerin vom Dienst hartnäckig verhandeln, dass wir wenigstens gegen 19:30 und nicht erst ab 20 Uhr essen konnten. Grund für diesen Stress war, dass wir kein Abendessen vorgebucht und damit gastronomisch nicht als "Hausgäste" galten, wobei wegen angeblicher Überlastung der Küche zuerst die Hausgäste bedient werden sollten. Da wir das Zimmer mit Frühstück gebucht hatten, waren wir aber zum Frühstück wieder "Hausgäste". Beim Servieren war das Personal aber durchaus freundlich. -Das Frühstück war insgesamt gut organisiert, aber man sollte sich nicht an Gästen stören, die nur in Schlappen, Shorts und Unterhemd erscheinen. Vermutlich waren dies Anwender von Fitness- oder Wellness-Einrichtungen.

Lå smukt - men ringe service

Vi havde bestilt to dobbeltværelser med dobbeltseng. Det første var fint 👌 lige som bestilt. Det andet var et lille kammer med to enkeltsenge. Og nej som damen sagde, de var overbooket og vi skulle jo kun sove en nat. Mad til aften kunne først ske kl 19:30 efter de øvrige havde spist, da de have mad med. Da vi skulle betale sagde vi , at vi jo ikke havde fået hvad vi havde bestil - så fik vi da hele 3€ rabat. Service - nej 👎 på ingen måde

Tolles und sauberes Hotel mit guter Ausstattung

Zimmer waren groß, geräumig und sehr sauber. Mit Kegelbahn und Hallenbad auch bei schlechtem Wetter eine tolle Sache.

Leider war das Personal im Restaurant nicht soooo freundlich wie erwartet. Das Buffet am Samstag hätte das ein oder andere Fleischgericht vertragen. Schweinebraten und Hähnchenschlegel isst eben nicht jeder. Geschmacklich allerdings sehr gut!!!

Brilliant hotel to access Itter and local towns and mountains

The food was brilliant. The dinner and breakfast package offered a great buffet breakfast with a huge choice of hot and cold food. At breakfast you could also make a roll or sandwich and wrap it for lunch, take a piece of fruit and a carton of fruit juice for lunch. Dinner was lovely and typically Austrian with soup, then salad buffet and then main course with choice of three meals and then a desert. On change over days there was a buffet for the main course instead. Dinner included drinks on tap with a choice of white or red wine, beer or soft drinks. You could top up as needed. The package felt more like full board! We had two rooms for three and the sofa bed in one of them was big enough for two. The balconies were great and we had beautiful maintain views. We booked late but the staff accommodated us with rooms opposite each other. If they had been booked earlier and next to each other I believe the balconies could easily open to a-join them. The heated pool was great and often empty if we went down earlier after lunch. There was no separate jacuzzi but a seated area in the pool that you could start up similarly to a jacuzzi and was very relaxing. I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to go back again!

Alles sehr unpersönlich. Hier fehlt die Herzlichkeit der Betreiber. Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Schade dass ich als Alleinreisende immer die schlechtesten Zimmer bekomme. Anscheinend wird kein Wert darauf gelegt dass man wiederkommt. Das wird auch nicht passieren.

Für einen Aufenthalt von 2 bis 3 Tage ok.

Das Frühstück bot eine große Auswahl, sogar wirklich gut zubereitete Spiegeleier konnte man ordern. Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter im Service waren freundlich und aufmerksam. Beim Abendessen konnte man aus einem umfangreichen Salatbuffet wählen. Geschmacklich sehr gut und die meisten Salate dürften im Haus zubereitet worden sein. Das Ábendessen selbst war durchwegs gut.

Der erste Eindruck im Hotel an der Rezeption versetzt einem mindestens 30 bis 40 Jahre in die Vergangenheit. Im Vergleich zu anderen 4-Sterne Hotels fehlt es am Flair und zeitgemäßem Stil. Ein Hotel zu führen bedeutet natürlich auch Investitionen. Diese wurden zwar in in den Zimmern teilweise getätigt. Die Einrichtung wurde etwas modernisiert. Das Waschbecken im Badezimmer unseres Zimmers war wohl eine Zumutung. Als wir das gesehen haben mussten wir herzhaft lachen. Allerdings ist ein Waschbecken mit einem Durchmesser von rund 20 cm (!) nicht mal zum Zähneputzen zu gebrauchen. Die Auswahl an Flaschenweinen ist kein highlite. Bemerkenswert sind die Einheitspreise pro Flasche in Höhe von 38 Euro ohne nach Qualität, Alter ect. zu differenzieren.

Te duur (232 €/nacht) voor wat je krijgt

Het hotel in C was ok, vriendelijk personeel (eigenaars stuk minder naar mijn aanvoelen). Een mooi uitgebreid en verzorgd ontbijt met naar ieders smaak iets.

Die Sauna Kabine zu klein mussten teilweise warten bis einer raus kam. Einzelzimmer zur Berg seite ist das Bad verbaut, wenn man die Toilette benutzt kann man gleichzeitig die Haare im Waschbecken waschen.
