Great for a short stay

Location, spa, comfy and modern rooms. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was great.

The room was relatively small and with direct view to the ski lift in front which made it a bit noisy. The toilet only had a glass door with open space at top and bottom which means.. u hear everything (!). The price was very high due to the holidays.

not value for money. It is a quite expensive hotel, so the service expectation is accordingly. Both room service and restaurant service capacity is much below the required for such hotel size. We arrived before noon and parked the car. They said rooms will be ready around 2 pm. So, went for skiing. we came back 14:15, rooms not yet ready. They said it will be ready by 15:00. At 15:00, they said it is quite busy day and rooms will be ready at 16:00. At 16:00, they said rooms are ready and gave us the keycards. We went upstairs to rooms: surprise, rooms not yet cleaned. and they said rooms will be ready at 17:00 ! It was half board. At dinner, it took 1,5 hours to serve the main dish. dinner starts at 18:30, was there at 18:30 because kids were quite tired after skiing. After multiple reminders, main dishes arrived at 20:00 ! During breakfast, they ran out of plates and glasses at the open buffet and had to wait. During check-out, I checked the extras and drinks of the table next to us during dinner was on our bill. When I told this, they checked and corrected. However, this is a big fault in such a "premium" hotel.

A perfect stay

Extremely well managed. The staff were highly competent and friendly, from reception to housekeeping, and everyone in the restaurant. There were so much attention to detail, the rooms were clean, spacious, and well equipped, the quality of food and the presentation was fantastic. The sports program was well thought out, the equipment incredible, and the spa facilities excellent. The whole hotel shows a level of thoughtfulness and competence that is extremely rare. The proximity to the ski lift is a huge bonus, too.

Very relaxing and comfortable.

The location at the foot of Hohe Salve and within walking distance of Hopfgarten centre is great. It is very convenient for exploring the wonderful surroundings. The hotel is comfortable and has great facilities. Breakfast offer is very good.

Evening meal which we only booked once is a bit expensive for what was offered. 5 courses are not really necessary. It was a shame that while we were there, a lot of the fitness courses had to be cancelled through lack of staff. But this is most likely just temporary.

There is a bike room that is accessible with your room keycard. Breakfast is amazing, and the view is phenomenal

If you don't use the facilities (swimming pool, etc,etc.), it can be a little overpriced for just a night sleep.

We stayed here 4 years ago and food was exceptional. Unfortunately it s gone really bad. No longer feel like a 5 star hotel.

The food was great with a huge variety. Lots of suggested activities. The pools and sports facilities are very good. The location near mountain lifts is superb.

Some construction works nearby, but understandable. Service could be slow during dinner sometimes, but very friendly

Great hotel close to the train station and next to the ski lift. Lovely wellness area with pools.

We upgraded as our original room faced a building site. The 'new' room was really nice and big, and was only 20 EUR more per night. The hotel was modern and the facilities were really good.

We wanted to do some fitness classes, but they were mainly during the day, when we were out skiing. Would have been great to have some yoga/stretch classes in the evenings or early morning.

Clean, nice, warm designed hotel with proffesional staff, fantastic buffet, great gym with proffesional coach to hire, heated outdoor pools, very nice wellness and spa area, comfortable parking included in price right next to hotel, good ski room with direct access to parking place and ski lift as well
