Absolutely perfect.

The property was in a beautiful location and had suitable parking outside. It was a 15 minute walk from the waterfalls which were amazing. The hotel was very clean and had been updated by the current owners to a very high standard. The bedrooms were beautifully clean and through the refurbishment the owners managed to blend modern with traditional. They had obviously spent a lot of money to create such a lovely environment. This is a beautiful hotel with beautiful views And I would highly recommend it and would return without hesitation. The hotel is a family run business and they offer you an excellent service and maintain that family feel. The evening meal was excellent and was home-made to a very high standard as well as the morning breakfast. We had a lovely stay at Hotel Landgasthof and we had travelled through Bavaria And lots of other places in Austria and this was our favourite hotel. May we thank our hosts for making our stay perfect for being so kind and helpful and for the beautiful ambiance of the hotel.

Location is excellent- 1km to Krimml waterfall, and near centre of village. Clean, comfortable, very good facilities. Great breakfast. Wonderful staff. We had a great four night stay in this beautiful location. Should have stayed longer!

absolutely loved the owners! they very super friendly and even sat down with us for drinks, amazing people :) the food was fresh and delicious, we enjoyed everything - from cheese fondue, through ribs to garlic soup and ice cream the room was very cozy and clean, also with a nice balcony the hotel was very close to the waterfalls and had its own bar

House is made a lot from the wood and is placed in front of the mountains. That gave just blessed feeling and you can get the real authentic Austrian feeling. Owners talk great english and were realy welcoming, friendly and made us feel like home. I recomend this place for sure.

It will be a very nice memory

Very nice, calm, and (child) friendly atmosphere. Ski bus to Hochkrimml leaves just in front of the door, Hochkrimml has good conditions for trying out skiing with a 4 year old for the first time. Ski rental with branches in Krimml, just 300 meters from accommodation and at Hochkrimml warmy recommended.

All was good, we could check in early, the pension is in a great location, close to Krimml waterfalls (free entrance to the waterfalls for hotel guests), decent breakfast, good coffee.

Simple, not very ergonomic room. Lack of shower gel in the bathroom.

Beautiful accommodations in quiet mountain setting near national park entrance and falls.

We were welcomed to this quiet area and the hotel is very easy to walk everywhere to the restaurants and hiking trails. The owner was super nice and welcoming. They have updated and remodeled the property. Everything is very modern, but still has an old-time cabin feel. The breakfast was VERY good; there is a patio to sit out on too to enjoy the surrounding mountains. They offered dinner but we did not eat there, but the menu looked good. I would highly recommend this establishment.

Waterfall walk

Breakfast buffet is really nice. The staff is very friendly and speak good English. The garden and balcony is huge and you can also have breakfast/dinner there. It is very quiet at night. The house is near the bus stop, which is opposite to Intersport shop. Each train to/from Krimml is met by a bus both ways. Make sure you don't miss it. Otherwise, there is a 2km walk from the station.

There is no air conditioning so when the weather is hot, the room is hot. There are millions of flies (but, curiously, not too many mosquitos) in the neighbourhood so it is not a good idea to open windows even though it is hot. A simple table fan would have made a big difference.

Lecker&gut!

Wunderbare Gastwirtin, einfaches aber hochwertiges Frühstück, hausgemachtes sehr leckeres Rührei :). Es war alles sehr sauber, neu und gemütlich im Hüttenambiente. Skischuhe waren morgens warm&trocken, Parkplätze gibt es gleich am Haus.

Ein kleines Manko ist der Kuhstall (Disco) nebenan, aber durch die schallisolierten Fenster kaum hörbar.

Gemütliches Hotel im Zentrum von Krimml

Sehr freundlicher und herzlicher Empfang. Wir konnten nach der Wandertour erstmal im Garten ein Helles trinken. Komfortabel und sauber. Leider auf der Rücktour ausgebucht, aber wir kommen wieder.

Een hele fijne plek om te verblijven. Gevoel van 'thuiskomen'.

Het is een knus gezellig 'Gasthof'. Gerund door een Nederlandse familie die heel aardig zijn en behulpzaam als je vragen hebt over de omgeving. De kamers zijn mooi ingericht. De waterval op 10 minuten lopen en winkels, supermarkt, bank etc om de hoek.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Alles sehr sauber gewesen. Frühstück wahlweise mit Spiegelei-Rührei- mit und ohne Speck. Alles da was es braucht. Abendessen auch echt lecker... Trotz dass wir nur 1 Nacht geblieben sind, war es echt ein toller Aufenthalt
