Excellent hotel for your winter holiday

Well-equipped hotel, convenient rooms, wellness centre available. Great variaty of meals for breakfast. Convenient parking. Well organized and accessible ski room, ski bus station just outside the doors. 20 min. to closest ski area. Attentive staff.

Sauna sheets should be provided in addition to towels to improve sauna experience. Wellness area rules should be highlighted more, and maybe, some people would follow, allowing others to enjoy the area. E.g. kids should not enter after 6pm, in theory.

Wonderful family hotel in a stunning location

Absolutely stunning location and perfectly equipped for a family. Lovely and plentiful breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful despite the language barrier. We wish we were staying longer but will be back!

Great location close to the waterfull and a nice view to the mountains. Beds were comfortable and we slept well.

Full of moskitos! Curtains are not completly dark so the room is bright at sunrise. Breakfast is ok but not taking requests for eggs due to allergies ( lactose intollerance)

Great place to relax

located close to the falls this newish hotel has it all. Good breakfast, friendly staff and well appointed rooms. The whirlpool and sauna are just what is needed after a big day out. Wish we had booked for longer stay

Breakfast had a lot of variety. The room was clean, with a balcony and a view of the mountains. Bed was super comfortable. Everyone can use the sauna and jacuzzi on the 3rd floor(also amazing view).

I can't say anything bad about this hotel. One of the best experiences.

all in all a good stay, fast acces to hochkrimml for ski; close to waterfalls;

Nice breakfast, service maybe a little slow; coffee is good; sauna and jacuzzi after ski; nice common areas, playroom for kids;

dinner; but that was a problem everywhere we went, food too salty; they were closing the common areas at 10pm though

Location was great with skibus stop right in front of the hotel - 15mins to skilift. Hotel was nicely renovated and clean, wellness was good and not crowded.

Bed and mattress was really poor.
