One of the best ski resorts I have ever tried.

The swimming pool
I expected that for the price per night I will have a refrigerator and coffee machine in the room . Also I was. Rey disappointed that We charged for tap water at dinner. I think it is outrages

Modern hotel with fantastic location. Great staff but not cheap and not perfect
Location, spa, ambience, nice breakfast, good service from staff.
No tea or coffee facilities in the room. Nowhere to dry ski clothing in the room (radiator) Not enough cushions on the sofa. Seating area in the room uncomfortable. Bedroom upstairs seems potentially hazardous. Bedside table and lighting only on one side. Evening Meals were nice but lacked choice. No help with luggage. Charging for tap water at the table seems a bit stingy.

Very poor
The staff is extremely inflexible and not family minded. The facilities are small and there is nearly no entertainment areas provided. The pool and spa is ultra small. The food menu is extremely limited with only one menu and one alternative for the main course. The problem is that as of 5pm there is no more connection to town possible so you are kind of kept hostage to the poor choice. The experience was so bad that we left after two days although we booked for a week. Full price for the week was charged, nobody cared about our experience. Never again!

Meget meget hyggeligt hotel med dejlige værelser, super god mad, super service fra personalets side, gode afslapningsfaciliteter og flot beliggenhed.
En lille ulempe er at man ikke kan komme til/fra hotellet efter kl. 16.30 om vinteren, når skiliften er lukket. Men det er jo vilkår, man kender til når man vælger hotellet.

Alles in Allem einfach wunderbar und unbeschreiblich schön und erholsam
Es war einfach alles super, die Kraftalm ist ein ganz besonderer Ort mit ganz besonderen Menschen, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und jede Minute dort oben genossen. Die Lage, die Luft, die Berge, die Aussicht, das Haus, die Zimmer, der Pool, die SAUNA!!!, der Ruheraum, das Essen, das Frühstück, die Getränkeauswahl, die Menschen, das ganze Team, etc. etc. etc,. hinfahren uns selbst erleben! unbedingt!
Das wir nach 5 Tagen, dann doch wieder runterfahren mussten und es nach Hause ging
