A great hotel for a relaxing stay in the mountains.

This hotel has such a relaxing atmosphere. The staff are lovely and very helpful with any information you may need. We all loved the outdoor pool and the food was delicious. We would love to visit again.

Exquisite quality!

Excellent hotel. Practically we booked a villa for my family of 4 . Kitchen, living room, sauna, relaxing lounge after sauna, all for us 4. Everything brand new, I believe from last summer . Heated pool excellent! Excellent cuisine, la label Gault& Millau is not displayed without a perfect reason ! You have the bus in front of the hotel 2 times per hour to and from the ski tracks. 6 places taxi for less than 20 euros the trip are also available. Enough parking place. Heidi, the hostess, is fantastic! Thanks for everything!

Nice place but way overpriced for what you get.

The hotel was clean and had a nice furniture. The pool and the sauna are decent, anf the opening hours of the pool from 7 am to 9 pm are so convenient (sauna only starts in the afternoon though). We had nice bathrobes and slippers in our room. If you manage to get everything you want for breakfast, it’s actually nice for the most part.

The breakfast. It’s not a buffet and the lady comes with a wagon to each table with most of the breakfast stuff on it but you cannot take it yourself. This can take forever to get everything you want and you feel pressured to choose immediately. Also, we are vegetarian and we got a sausage plate to our table without being asked before what we want. We felt bad for giving it back, and the only response we got was a harsh you should’ve told us. The whole place is absolutely not a 4-star location and definitely overpriced for what you get. The bathroom is just a glass front and the door didn’t close, we had zero privacy. The room has no fridge and the dinner costs 65€. Check out on booking.com is 11.00 but had to check out at 10.30.

tranquil time in the beautiful location

Exceptional location all benefits of the hotel but in the private shale. Gorgeous views, a quiet place but very close to the village and the ski lifts. Exceptional service super clean and comfortable.

Absolutely Amazing

Absolutely amazing chalet, amazing views, amazing pool, amazing staff, sending food. Had a really great time staying here in h one of the chalets. It was so good that it was hard to leave to go skiing! Will definitely be back.

Moderne und neue Unterkunft. Der SPA Bereich war sehr schön. In der Nebensaison hatten wir den Wellness Bereich fast für uns alleine.

Extrem unfreundliches Personal! Wir würden deshalb DIESE Unterkunft NICHT erneut buchen. Wir wollten Abends noch etwas Trinken. Das passte der Chefin überhaupt nicht, sie hat mit einem sehr unfreundlich Ton gefragt: Was wollt ihr denn noch trinken? Wir: Ein Bier und das zweite Getränke wussten wir noch nicht… Die Chefin: Ja dann lest doch hier die Karte (diese lag uns nicht vor und wir standen zu diesem Zeitpunkt im Speiseraum)! Total unverschämt! Das Frühstück wird wiederum nicht an einem Buffet serviert sondern wieder persönlich von der Chefin. Sie diktiert alles was auf ihrem mobilen Wagen steht und dann muss man sagen, was man möchte! Fanden wir überhaupt nicht gut. Wir haben uns bei diesem Service (von der Chefin) nicht wohl gefühlt. Sehr schade - das Hotel an sich war wirklich klasse.

es waren sehr schöne Urlaubstage, zum Erholen, zum Genießen, Wandern etc

Das Hotel liegt wunderschön, wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick zur Hohen Salve und seitlich sahen wir den Wilden Kaiser. Betten waren sehr bequem und Ausstattung gemütlich. Pool, Wellness modern, sauber - alles zum Wohlfühlen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, vielseitig, für jeden was das Herz begehrt. Wir hatten tolles Wetter und konnten das Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit wunderbaren Blick genießen. Wir haben uns auch zum Abendbrot die tollen Menüs gegönnt - einfach lecker. Wer gern wandert, wird nichts vermissen. Haben auch den Bus genutzt, der mit der Gästekarte kostenlos nutzbar ist. Ein Stückchen musste man hinlaufen. Wir haben unser Auto stehen lassen. alles mit Laufen, Bus erreicht.

Sehr freundlicher, herzlicher und zuvorkommender Umgang in einem familiär geführten Schmuckstück. Sehr sauberes, freundlich-modernes Zimmer. Super Frühstück. Außergewöhnliches Abendessen! Danke nochmals an Helmut und seine Küchencrew! Feiner Spa-Bereich.
