Okay - but spa opening hours only if you are not skiing

Close to the slopes and lift. Spacious room with the balcony . Nice bed , I slept well. Style and furnitures are from 90.

Sauna and swimming pool are open from 1600- 1900 so if you plan go after skiing and a diner it is not possible . Swimming pool is open also in the morning 7-1000 but we were skiing at that time . Sauna and spa they advertise should be open till 2200 at least . Breakfast was okay but no coffee express and sweets for a coffee was a little bit disappointing

The food was good and the swiming pool was ok.

The heat in the rooms did not work. In the summer doesnt matter, but in the winter is not ok the heat not to work.

Nice area, ideal for skiing, but hotel is little bit obsolete...

Swimming pool in hotel - nice, open all day and almost every time empty - positive thing on this hotel Ski area really close, as well as ski school Waiter in restaurant and cleaning ladies were very nice (despite their difficult job, for example only one person to serve in restaurant - the managemenymt should to think what means the word "service", not just think how to make amobey!). Hotel was clean, people nice. Breakfast with large choise of salami/ham, but you must ask for cofee or tea, no fresh fruit, nothing sweet (2 breads and 1 type of "semmels" and hard crackers), no indication what is in the bowls, glasses, plates...

Equipment in room - squizing door, no hangers in bathroom - difficult to dry wet clothes, wery low heating, in general the hotel is old, some refreshment us really necessary, it is not nice anymore. And I have asked in advance anti-alergic pillows because of alergy to feather - it was confirmed by hotel, but unfortunately not done. Breakfastwas limited, but for 3 stars it is ok. Check out at 10h -if you want stay longer, it is 8€ every hour - unbeliveble, I never had this, but we need to leave at 11h, so I accepted it. More than 20min to check out ( just to pay...). In general, I would like to come back to Niederau, but I'm not sure if I want to come back to this hotel...

The breakfast was lovely. The room was very spacious and clean. The receptionist was extremely helpful in organising taxis for me to get places.

Ubytovanie pre menej náročných

Personál bol veľmi milý a ústretový. Je to rodinný podnik s dlhou históriou a snažia sa, aby boli hostia spokojní. Polohou je 6 km od lanovky v Hopfgarten, čiže nie je to priamo pod kopcom, ale vyvažuje to priaznivejšia cena. Raňajky boli ako klasické hotelové raňajky - miešané vajíčka, šunka, syr, jogurt, můssli. Výber nebol veľký, na jednu noc ok, pri viacerých dňoch by to bol problém.

Hotel by už zrejme mal prejsť rozsiahlejšou rekonštrukciou, ak chce konkurovať. Niektoré izby už mali nové kúpeľne, niektoré ešte nie. Nábytok je už naozaj pomerne starý, aj dvere, koberce... Takisto aj zvyšné priestory ako bar, reštaurácia by si zaslúžili niečo novšie, najlepšie roky už majú za sebou.

Die Zufurkommende Rezeption und Organisation, sehr sehr freundlich, Die Sauberkeit im Hotel.

Reisegruppen schränken das Flair und die Bewirtung von Einzelereisenden und Paaren ein. Stosszeiten, Bedienung. So etwas mussgetrennt sein!

Hotel war sehr sauber und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Frühstück und Abendessen was sehr reichhaltig und sehr gut.

Duurzaam hotel op een ideale locatie voor een ski- en snowboard vakantie

In het hotel hangen overal herinneringen aan de jaren ’50, toen het skitoerisme in Niederau begon. De familie heeft door de jaren heen én moderne aanpassingen gedaan én een sfeer van vroeger behouden. Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een korte of lange relaxte skivakantie is in het hotel aanwezig. Ook ski/snowboard verhuur, een zwembad, parkeerplaatsen, alles in één. De hele verzorging is in handen van zeer lieve, ervaren en stipte mensen. De ligging is uniek naast liften en skischool (dit hotel wás oorspronkelijk de skischool van Niederau!)
