A family owned hotel with very friendly and engaged staff

The staff stood out. They were always genuinely happy and would look to proactively assist in any way they could. The quality of the food, we were on a half board basis, was very good and drink prices were reasonable. The ability to eat outside in front of the hotel was fantastic. There is a well equipped gym, although not air conditioning, and two good pools. The room size was good and it had a west facing balcony.

I’d got the impression, from photographs online, that whilst in the town of Soll the hotel had country views from the sunset rooms. Whilst this was true if you looked in to the distance you first had to ignore the hotel car park and other buildings. It was very hot during our stay and, like the vast majority of Austrian hotels, the hotel does not have air conditioning. For us the room was hot but the hotel were very kind and lent us a fan.

We can’t wait to come again!

Everything was really wonderfull! Hotel is great, especially for families with children! You can rest and enjoy everything while kids are having great time! Breakfast was truely delicius! Location is also great, because you can in 3-5 min walking get to ski centre, shopping area and restaurants. Pool is amazing, as well as the kindergarden and teacher! So many options for children. Staff is really helpfull and kind and loveable!

Overall as a family we had a fantastic stay and will definitely come back.

The hotel and staff are what made our holiday. They couldn't do enough to help you. They always greeted us with a smile and made you feel very welcome. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. We stayed several years ago and this time it was even better :) The spa and wellness centre are really great after a days ski-ing. Or even if you don't want to ski it's great to relax there for the day :)

The only criticism we had was that despite turning the radiators off and opening the windows the rooms get very warm, particularly at night time.

The spa area. The breakfast. the location in the middle of the village. The staff was very nice and friendly. The application on the phone to open the hotel doors is a nice solution.

The type of room without a balcony. The restaurant was closed at 22h00 and no alternatif was given by the stuff. Nothing else to say. The rest was really perfect and very clean.

Luxurious Short Trip in Söll

We booked one night/ half board. Breakfast and evening meal, both delicious. Our comfortable room was equipped with a modern bathroom. Central location within walking distance to shops, restaurants and cable car. The newly built spa, swimming pool and fitness area is wonderful. Very attentive, friendly personnel, especially in the restaurant.

Our table was very close to the coffee machine which meant a constant queue by our table! Not great in Covid times as guests weren’t wearing a mask. I would have preferred the mask rule at the buffet breakfast.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist schön und das Wellness Angebot mehr als ausreichend.

Mein Zimmer war außerordentlich klein. Ich war jetzt zum zweiten Mal da, und war ehrlich gesagt ein wenig schockiert wie klein mein Zimmer im vergleich zum ersten Besuch war. Gleiche Kategorie gebucht und auch gleicher Preis. Darüber kann ich noch hinwegsehen…was aber ein echtes Problem war, war die Tatsache das man als erwachsener stabil gebauter Mann nicht mal ordentlich auf dem WC sitzen konnte. Es war so dicht an der Wand auf der einen Seite, und so dicht and der Badewanne auf der anderen Seite, dass ich schräg sitzen musste und dann noch mein Bein quasi über die Ecke der Wanne legen, um das alles irgendwie komfortabel zu gestalten. Ein Großer Minuspunkt bei fast 200€ für die Nacht.

Geweldige vakantie in dit heerlijke, centraal gelegen hotel. Je komt niks te kort hier.

Luxe, centraal gelegen hotel en van alle gemakken voorzien. Er werd van alles georganiseerd, zoals morning en apres-ski yoga. Zwembad en wellness ook prachtig! Je kan er helemaal tot rust komen. Mooie eetzaal met veel mogelijkheden qua avondeten en ontbijt en ook de jause is een fijne bijkomstigheid. Super vriendelijk personeel! Iedere ochtend met de de skibus naar de piste, aangezien de skibus halte naast het hotel is.

Als ik iets aan te merken zou moeten hebben; Wijnen waren wel erg prijzig. Ook erg warm in het hotel.

Wasserdruck in der Dusche war nicht sehr hoch und der Fön im Zimmer ging nicht immer. Hat aber beides nicht sonderlich gestört
